Runmeter Running & Walking GPS for Positive User Reviews

Awesome.Pretty handy little app. Some of the gps mapping is off but hard to tell if that an iPhone problem or the app. Works on par with everything else that I've tried. Can Sync with daily mile to which is a big plus..Version: 7.0.4

Runmeter very goodEasy to use and great for running to track your distance and speed.Version: 6.0

Awesome appThis app has everything you could need for tracking your daily run. I wouldn't bother getting anything else. However, the GPS is only as good as the iphone. Identical runs can be recorded as slightly different distances. As this is no fault of the app it has retained a 5 star rating. The extent of the options and the ease at which you are able to navigate them makes this app second to none. Highly recommended..Version: 6.0.2

Incredible applicationThe combination of superb engineering and refined software is incredible for this app. Well worth every penny and more. The power features are kindly enabled with a subscription so the initial cost can be kept low. The level of customization and flexibility to customize this app is far greater than i could ever use as a hiker, runner and cyclist. It complements Apple’s native apps and works incredible well with the watch. The developer and user support is also exceptionally good..Version: 10.7.9

A great app for athletesWell worth the money - have been using it for last 6 months. A great running app - announcements from daily mile and Facebook are fantastic.Version: 6.0.1

Love itGreat app! Have much increased running with it.Version: 5.0.5

Awesome GPS running appLove being able to save routes and have it track my best, current, average and worst runs against the route. No issues with this version yet. What a great tool for 5 bucks..Version: 0

Great!Great running app. Best choice of voices. Auto-stop detection is really handy..Version: 5.0.9

SuperbI've been using this app for a couple of years now (in fact, i'm sure i've '5 starred' the app back when i first used it). Initially i tried the majority of the available running apps and favoured Runmeter and have not been disappointed during my regular use of the App. The support given by Abvio has never been less than top notch (even via emails which are responded to quickly) and the continual updates are most welcome and always innovative. The iPad support and synchronisation with the iPhone is superb and allows easier viewing of history which is a most welcome addition. A fantastic app and well worth any outlay..Version: 9.0.2

Fab AppI love it and so do my friends as they also receive email updates and it motivates my other friend who doesn't train with us to train as she can she how much training she should be doing for City2Surf..Version: 5.0.5

Great AppI've been using this app to train for a 10k after a 15 year break from running. The app has helped me in building up my speed and distance. On the days I don't feel like going out, and we all have them, I am spurred on by the calorie counter as I use the app in conjunction with myfitnesspal. I got confused with the settings at first but am finding more things to do with it every day. I asked for advice from the team at the app and got the help I asked for within 24hours in an email from a real person not just a generic reply. I love it !!!.Version: 10.0

Great App, Unbeatable SupportI have been using this app for a year and I am still learning new features! I have resorted to contacting the developers for help on a few occasions. They respond very quickly and fully, which has helped me to get more out of what is really a brilliant- life enhancing piece of tech. The calendar view is particularly motivating when you can see at a glance not just the number of runs, but the number of green arrows achieved..Version: 10.8.3

Great productIt just works. Very informative while exercising. I use it for running and cycling. Keeps me focused when it warns me of being better or worse than best or average times. Also provides useful info during session. Summary is great too!.Version: 8.0

Fantastic Program - Best thing I have bought in iTunesFor once an App that does what it claims. I tried a cheaper App to record my exercise which did nothing but drop out every time I used it. I have been using this one for about 3 month and it has never let me down..Version: 6.0.2

AwesomeThis is an awesome application. It does everything it is supposed to do and does it well. Very easy to operate while running which is great as some applications can be more annoying than helpful when training. Thanx for a great App !!!!!.Version: 0

Very versatile pace / velocity tool for trainingIf you want decent data (precision limited only by phone GPS) about your training this is a great tool. You can adjust the measurement units for speed, pace in metric or imperial, the pro module allows for setting to be adjusted depending on workout (e.g. speed for bike vs pace for running or rucking). Also, my favorite part is using the customizable announcement feature to give me a “ears-up” display without having to look at my watch / phone. Just play the announcements through a headset while you train!.Version: 12.0.17

Impressive response by developersBrilliant direct response by developers relating to an issue I was experiencing with the app. 10/10 for customer service..Version: 10.9.9

Best running app out thereI’ve been a Garmin guy for the past 15+ years but decided to see if I could switch to my Apple watch and be as happy. I tried a bunch of apps but didn’t find one that I liked better than my Garmin until this one. It does EVERYTHING and then some. My favorite feature is one that surprisingly few apps offer, the ability to compete against your previous times on a rout (ghost runner feature). This is something Garmin has always had and I’m glad to see in incorporated into this app. The only thing lacking is the ability to use it as a stand alone. Currently you have to take your phone along for the ride. I don’t have a problem with this, it fits nicely into my running belt, but I know others do..Version: 10.9.15

GreatPractically great and fully featured in almost every way. Surprised there’s no lock screen or Home Screen widgets though. Update after developer response: There is a widget for the Today View, but no widgets for the Lock Screen or Home Screen as yet..Version: 12.0.42

Great appLove this app and all its features. Keeps track of so much info and gives greats stats to help you push your running to the next level..Version: 10.6.2

My running mateThis is definitely a user friendly app. Top of the class for runners, walkers, hikers etc. I rave over the dynamics of it: splits, maps, pace, calories... so many goodies! and you can even email the run to yourself or friends while you are running; check out the street view in 'maps'. I really like the way it allows iPod and in coming calls too. I'd like to see a kilojoule option to calories in a future update? but that's not a criticism, just a suggestion, thanks heaps!!.Version: 0

Very goodI shifted from MMR because it was draining too much power. Been using Runmeter for about 6 months now and very happy with it. It uses less power and less memory. Only issue has been installing the datebase from icloud (updated after using app on iphone) onto the ipad app - the ipad takes some time to recognise that there is an updated database. It might be an icloud issue rather than an app problem..Version: 10.4.3

Loving this appI've had this app now for a couple if years and still think it's great. I run with a number of friends all of whom have different apps but runmetre seems to come out on top in terms of the breakdown of info that it provides. It is such a useful training aid, proving real time info whilst I run as opposed to trying to remember to look at the kitchen clock before I leave and when I come back from a run! The only feature it doesn't appear to have is what I call a pace setter. For example if I want to run a sub 1hr 30 min half marathon what pace do I need to be running at and am I maintaining it through out the run. I would find that incredibly helpful..Version: 8.1.3

Does the job wellHave had issue with incorrect GPS readings showing 1km every 500m, but did phone restart and all corrected. Love the way the music does not stop when voice kicks in, but just drops to background until voice finishes, then kicks back in. Had this app for ages and use it for run and ride. Overall does the job well..Version: 9.1

AIRPLANE MODEPlease adapt this app to be able to function in airplane mode (AM)! Winter is coming and our phone battery energy gets zapped within a few short minutes because of the cold. Also, for the fact that people forget or don't have time to charge their phone before or after they go out to run, allowing the gps to effectively work on AM would be a huge convenience. I love this app BUT since the Nike running app uses this feature, I'll be using that app until this app gets up to date. :).Version: 10.7.4

The free version is goodI’ve used it for many years and it’s a nice basic app. The map works really well, I’ve have some minor issues when it’s very cloudy out but it still recorded all runs. You can also name your routes and use them again for comparing your timing with each run..Version: 12.0.16

Extremely promising, well featured GPS runners logLiking this application a lot after trying a few others. This appears to be a runners app for runners and as a long-time runner I like the main page data which gives right at the top of a clear, easy to read screen, my elapsed time and distance run. So simple but so essential. Lots of other features, such as setting running loops and ability to compare runs, calendar of results, graphs etc. Developer advises data can be extracted to csv in an upcoming release (2.0 I think) which is excellent news for more analysis of data..Version: 0

Good for tracking sailing and running and cyclingUse this for running, cycling and take it on the boat on Saturdays to record the track. Having weather is great and the dashboards I also like a lot - now I can see very easily how my running is improving month month or getting worse after having too long a break. Great app. Been using it for a few years. Data uploads to apple health, my fitness pal. Very happy with the app, not just for running though. My sailing buddy was very impressed when i took it on the boat and we saw have badly we were taking, or should have been taking..Version: 10.6

YayAwesome app.Version: 10.4.7

QualityPrice-quality-support 👍🏼 Been here for about 7 years. My wish list would be to have a search bar for history and routes. As well as some kind of downloadable activity map with all the places I’ve been..Version: 12.0.33

Never run without it!An excellent App, which I prefer to its competitor Runmeter, that keeps me motivated the entire run. My distances have been increasing and times improving through its reliable feedback and superb mapmaking skills. I have run it on both the 3S and the 4S iPhones. It is marvellous with the 4S as it has a far better GPS chip than the 3S. It is OK on the 3S but sometimes lost my position due to the limits of the internal chip. Fully recommend this App - preferably if you have an iPhone 4 or higher..Version: 6.0.2

One of the best apps for sureThe stopwatch is keep stopping. But I guess it's because instead of using an earphone, I use the main bottom when I change I-pod songs during run. Is that correct? Anyone can answer? Also If anyone know how to put on "CALORIES" on the stopwatch screenshot like the above's one? Mine's show as "ELEVATION" which I dont really care, wanna get rid of it and put the Calories on. I know we can see how much calories you burn WHEN you press "stop" and "Done" but would like to see during run as well.Version: 0

Awesome AppI use this every time I run and it's been accurate nearly 99% of the time. Great way to record your progress and learn how to judge distance and beat your previous times..Version: 9.1.1

Great appThis is a great app, easy to use, very customizable, stable, the notification feature is great !!! But I wish the "Pro Upgrade" is cheaper than 5.49$ , it would be nice to have the facebook sharing and iCloud sync for less than that ....Version: 10.0.1

MerciSuper cela me garde en forme et je sais combien de Kilometre je fais super application.Version: 12.0.5

Love this app... but...I have been using this app for a few years and love the flexibility and detailed data is tracks. However, I do not want to rely on having my phone with me when I run. Unfortunately I will have to settle for a different app to use now that I will be relying on my Apple Watch 3 as my run tracker. Please make the changes needed to have this app stand alone with Apple Watch..Version: 10.7.11

Couch to runningI love Runmeter! I went from couch to 5k and now working on 10k. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the app. Switch to the Irish announcer, you won't want to let her down :).Version: 10.5.2

Great app.I agree with the reviewer who said the interface can be a little confusing with the details, but the basics work brilliantly and I don't need to fiddle with the details at all. The training programs are fantastic being integrated with the recording side of the program..Version: 9.1.2

Love itI only jog once or twice a week but it's an extremely motivating tool. No complaints. Emailed the support team with a query before I bought the app a few months ago and got a response the same day. Nuf said!.Version: 0

Best running app! This is by far the best running app on the market! It is so extremely customizable and accurate that it will take your training to a whole new level no matter what your goals are. I've tried plenty of free apps and nothing can compare to this one!.Version: 8.1

Great app!Great app, and easy to use. The free version has all of the features needed for a non-serious runner like me. The only issue (and I’m writing this without checking for updates) is that it always truncates ( rounds down) the distance I run. So if I run 1.99 miles one day, the app will save my total as 1 mile. If I run 1.99 miles the next day, it will round that down too, so my “total” distance will be 2 miles..Version: 12.1.10

Great for runningGreat app.Version: 5.0.9

Still a great app! This is one of my most used apps! Have used this every time I run for over ten years, including over 500 miles while training for my first marathon. Easy to set up and easy to review every run..Version: 12.0.9

3yrs using this app: I love itThe only thing I would love to change is the ability to show distance in KM when syncing with iCal. Right now eventhough my setting is set to KM, when syncing with iCal it still shows as miles.... PLEASE FIX Over than that I love this app..Version: 10.5.6

ProgrammesProgrammes d'entraînement progressif très bons. App un peu compliqué, mais on y arrive😉.Version: 10.6.9

PerfectCan do everything I want it to do, and even more that I don’t yet..Version: 12.0.40

RunmeterDo I need to purchase the “elite” for the running app and the cycling app..Version: 10.9.9

Great butGreat app I use all the time, but need to be able to pre set run distances and set intervals too. A little annoying to have to pay again for voices that don't sound real..Version: 5.0

MsI bought the iPhone partly for this app and it hasn't disappointed. I love the calendar and the alterable announcements, and the mapping and altitude measuring is excellent. Great incentive to longer and faster runs. Only problems are that is v battery hungry so twice on long walks (20m) the battery has died before the end of the walk and more irritatingly the app stops if you open it mid-route, not an issue on runs but annoying on walks when you want to check altitude..Version: 5.0.7

I CAN run 💃I always hated running, but that's because I didn't know how! Biting the bullet, I signed up for a 10k race 🏃 for charity and needed something to help bring me up to speed. LOL I've completed the Couch 💅To 5k 💃program and never thought in my life I could run that distance like it was nothing🏆. This week I start the 10k program 👍and i'm looking forward to it. If you want to follow my progress and sponsor details virginmoneygiving/GoKatGo or t1tter at GoKatGo_ Any time I've had a problem with the app (which isn't often), the program guys get straight back to me with the answer, fast response and problem solved. I know this sounds like a sob story, but they have literally changed my life! Thanks Runmeter.Version: 8.0

Best I’ve usedI live in an area of limited cell service. Literally none in my driveway. Unlike others this running app does not require me to have cell signal to at least start and finish my run. Yes I do pay the optional small annual subscription $9.99 currently so I don’t have to wait for it to load advertisements, which it can’t do without a signal. The subscription also provides extra features such as automatically detecting a pause when I am waiting to cross a busy street or such. Unfortunately the indoor step detection is never even reasonably accurate despite advice on how to make it more so. But I only run indoors in a blizzard or squall so not that big of a deal..Version: 12.0.1

Still loving Runmeter after all these yearsAlthough I have enjoyed Runmeter for at least nine years now, for the first time I needed to contact support. Their brilliant help was in my Inbox before breakfast the next day. Not only brilliant and accurate, they took the time to write a nice personal note along with the solutiion. A real Runner’s bargain, and a great app!.Version: 12.1.9

One of the best.I'm using this app more than a year, is one of the best. Congratulation. Please make app stand alone for Apple Watch..Version: 10.7.8

Outstandingly reliableI've used many other apps (runkeeper, Mapmyrun, and so on) and Runmeter has proven to be boringly reliable. I've not lost any run data since switching (and that was always a problem with the other apps). Postscript: it just keeps getting better. Version 5.0 ... all I can say is wow! The GPS is still rock solid; DailyMile integration; feedback on you relative performance. Why use anything else. Version 6.0: HRM, intervals. I keep trying the rest, this is still the best. Version 8: And now with extra reporting. It just keeps on getting better and better. Version 10: So very good..Version: 10.2.2

Best running/cycling app. Everyone needs to at least try this app as it’s that good. The new update has changed everything for the better. I have had this app for a number of years and it gets better and better. I use it all the time. It’s easy to design your own programme, see how you have done from last time. Even able to show what shoes and bike I have used. This is the best value you will find! It’s affordable but has so many features, it puts all the major company apps (and others) to shame. What Runmeter charges for a year, some of the others charge nearly that for a month! The customer service is great, they get back to you very quickly and make sure you are happy and understand their reply to your question or issue and ensure it is resolved. They actually listen to what you have said and explain anything you are unsure about..Version: 12.0.2

Great AppThis app has got me hooked. 42 years old and have never 'run' before. Used a different app 'couch to 5k' to get me started and have now moved on to this to track my progress. It's great for stats and you can get obsessed with reviewing progress. A couple of times the announcer voice has failed and that has been really annoying. Other than that, marvelous. Running 20k per week and approaching 50 mins for 10k. Update....3 months on..... Announcer now always works and I'm still running. I've signed up for a half marathon and my 10k times have fallen from 58 mins to 46 mins..Version: 6.0.2

Love itLove the App and have been using it for years so much history. Would really appreciate an integration with my new Garmin setup.Version: 12.0.41

Use it all the timeMy favourite app for tracking my runs!!.Version: 12.0.5

Just Keeps Getting BetterThe best gps running app on the market, without a doubt, I have downloaded nothing short of 10 others and always go back to this. Warning it's very detailed so take your time and get to know it as once you do you will realise how good it is. I would like however to see the iPad version with iPad graphics so that you could record your workouts on your iPhone (as face it running with an iPad strapped to your arm would not look cool) and then afterwards via iCloud or dropbox sync view the data on your iPad to check out your stats, graphs, retrace your route etc. Buy it and don't look back..Version: 7.0

Great AppTried a few other similar apps and this is the winner. I like the ability to build customised workouts then get voice prompts as I run. The menus could be a little more intuitive but it is a problem when the app offers so much functionality..Version: 10.4.8

Great appMy very reliable running app - helps me to be motivated and track my progress. Great app.Version: 12.0.4

Convenient and easyGreat app. Very easy to use. Mileage times while you run are very useful..Version: 10.0

Awesome APP!!Awesome! Keeps track of everything that needs to be tracked!.Version: 10.6.8

Get it... NowLooked at a few apps for running and thought I'd try this out. I'm currently training for a couple of marathons & a total warrior event. It's just what I need. Maps my runs, tells me how fast I'm going along with how far. Great motivation on them long runs. I can listen to my own playlist whilst it's working away in the background and at preset intervals it fades in to give me the information. To top it all off my friends & family can send me messages along the way which are read out to me. If your trying to find an app to assist with your runs.... Buy this one!!.Version: 6.0.3

MsGreat app -really helpful getting pace up..Version: 8.0

Great supportI have found Runmeter to be the best app for all training, but specially for running with the Apple Watch. I am a data freak and Runmeter tracks and keeps all sorts of data in my data base. Also Abvio’s tech support is quick and responsive, listening and solving problems very quickly. Great support, great app!.Version: 12.0.11

All goodGreat app. Does all you need and more. No need to down load anything to comp it's all on the phone..Version: 8.1.2

Brilliant App. Covers all levels of fitness and none.I think you app is brilliant 1. Because the one payment is enough instead of many apps the bleed you dry with monthly subscription. Thank you so much. 2. Links easily and efficiently with other apps 3. Covers everything you could ever do. One request. To make it easier to attach photos or vid to a workout? But not to take away from such a great app thank you..Version: 12.1.11

Never needed StravaI’ve been using this app since 2011 (and it’s 2022 as I write). Never had any trouble spi by exactly what I wanted with Runmeter. It does simple things easily and cleanly, but has great customizability and deep analytic tools when you need them. You can upload your workouts to Strava if you want, but for me the lack of forced social media integration is a feature not a bug. But it’s still there in Runmeter for those that want it!.Version: 12.0.27

Seriously the bestFor an iPhone user there is nothing better (can't speak to Watch usage). The UI is very intuitive but also highly customizable. Lots of data if you want it, and easy to analyze your race visually or share with friends via online explorer. Distance measurement appears to be dead-on whether I compare to Google Maps or an officially-measured road race course. Uploads to Strava are seamless. Love that you can track the mileage on your shoes!.Version: 10.7

I love this appThis app has not only helped me achieve my goals but kept me on the right track when i needed a push and also helped to better myself to greater heights than I thought possible. It is a great tool for general running fitness and tracking or as a tool when you have a specific event/target in mind..Version: 5.0.9

Awesome!!One of the best running app that I've used!! Love it!!.Version: 10.4.7

Great appGreat app and really love it. Very customizeable and all information are available in the app itself, I don't have to open webpage to see all the information, including graphs. The only pain is if you use wahoo fitness and have more than 1 bike with different cadence and speed sensors. Everytime you change bike, you have to remove all sensors and added it again. I hope abvio comes with a better way of handling this in the future update..Version: 7.0.5

A bit of a pain.I love the idea of the program, works well most times but there are random stop-start issues that are baffling. Not sure if it’s the touch screen or program, but it occasionally hasn’t been running when I think I’ve activated it. Most frustrating..Version: 12.0.3

 !!GREAT!! This is a great app and the email support is excellent. But after using the app for several months I wouldn't mind a couple of extra features? Delayed start option would nice, say 10 or 30 sec delay / count down after you press start button so you have time to put you iPhone away or put your gloves back on in winter??? More Audio feedback, for example, if I loose my GPS signal or may some gentle encouragement if my pace drops or I run over X miles? Updated voices, I like the new purchase voices, but is there a chance we can have some 'fun' voices available to purchase? Maybe I've been playing with my TomTom to much but I would love C3PO or Darth Vader to tell me I've just ran 6 miles today!!! This app is well worth the money and priced just right, highly recommend you trying this app. ..Version: 0

Thorough and efficientThis app does it all. Accurately, and as simple as you like or as complex as you like. Support is excellent. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!.Version: 6.0.2

Excellente appToutes les statistiques qu'ils nous faut.Version: 10.4.8

Nearly 5 star! It's a very good app if running is all you are going to use it for. But if you use it for swimming & cycling etc.. then you will find the calendar a little confusing! This is because you get a green or red triangle for each time you record a workout, but from looking at the diary you can't tell which was a run or a swim or a cycle ride! There needs to be an icon in calendar view so the user can see if a workout was a cycle ride or a run etc.. A simple update would fix this issue..Version: 0

Just love it!Use it all the time. Especially good 4 intervals. Don't need 2 look at my watch :).Version: 7.0.3

Great for Runners who like statsThis app works well for casual runners or hikers. But it is loaded with lots of detailed statistics which are well presented on your phone. You can link it to your calendar so it keeps a record on your calendar of all your runs. It takes a little getting used to to access the advance statistics but once you get the hang of it, You’ll have all the data you need about your runs. Each run is available on the web as well.Version: 12.0.12

Excellent A++++Best running app on the market for sure. This little baby gives me the motivation I needed to do those few hundred kilometres in training. Absouletly love it. So good that Im writting my first app review. Complete with everything you need, whether you are a rookie or serious runner you'll love it. Thanks runmeter keep up the good work..Version: 0

Great appSo, i've never been inspired to write a review before, but runmeter is totally worth the buy. If you're nervous that your iPhone will get busted (like I was) don't be. Just start it up and put it away - everything runs perfectly by itself. The voice announcements are great and the fact ut doesn't use a lot of battery is fantastic. I went for 55mins eith music playing and didn't miss a beat. Get it now.Version: 0

Best app out there for any activityI’ve been using Runmeter for years and it is by far the best App out there for tracking you runs, bike rides, swims, walks whatever activity you are into. It offers so many ways to configure an activity and customize how you want it to perform and what to track. Love this app and recommend it to all my running friends. Pay for the elite subscription. It isn’t much and worth it to support this app..Version: 12.1.10

Great app - all local on phoneThis is an excellent app, the best bit being that you don't need to have a connection to an online service to store or properly analyise the results. Also I've had less GPS issues than with other apps I've used..Version: 9.0.4

12+ years experience on RunmeterLong time runner here. I’ve been using Runmeter for more years than I can count and still love it! It’s excellent for tracking changes to my pace and how I deal with hills. Have used it internationally with no troubles at all..Version: 12.0.31

Great app, now indispensable for me!Fab app. Easy to use and reasonably accurate with distances, very customisable re what announcements you want to hear. Really very good app that will become as essential as your iPod or trainers. I particularly like the ability to see weekly and monthly mileage, as well as per run. Here's my wishlist of things i wish were different tho: Annoying American VoiceOver Wish you could tell it NOT to interrupt music/announcements for phone calls or texts Could give a warning if you strayed from the official route Could do with a longer descriptive field for routes as well as the current route identifying name. Altho the name CAN be as long as you like, the longer it is the smaller the font so it's hard to read long routes, more serious - in some screens only the first xx characters are displayed making it hard to pick the correct route if you have several similar starting. Would be FAB if it would run in the background so you could change iPod Tracks while it is running. (you can now but only if you use the standard iPod earphones but I can't use earbuds as they fall out of my ears and have to use over-ear ones instead so I can't control my music once I've started or it stops Runmeter. That may be an O/S thing tho. A notes section for each individual run would be good so you can rate how you were feeling etc or how an injury was holding up..Version: 0

Great Ap!!Love it!! Only wish it did 10 & 1 notification if it does I haven't figured out how!?.Version: 0

Awesome appWorks well, use it all the time when i go for a run, works great with multi tasking, calender, music. I like how it reads out your time distance and average speed throughout your run. Better interface then all the other gps apps out there.Version: 7.0.8

Runmeter motivating and modifiable.Great for the data driven. Pairs with my Wahoo heart rate strap. The premium service is a bargain and we’ll worth the price. Most importantly, I can make custom work outs. I love to run intervals and I can set up interval runs of various time or length segments. I can choose what announcements I get and when. My only complaint is that it would be nice to be able to set up multiple repeats. I can set up a run 1 min/walk 30 sec x10 workout easily, but if I wanted to follow that by a 30/30 x10, I would have to set the whole thing up manually (doable, but tedious). I’ve been using this app for years. I love it. I find it amazing that I’m the only one who ever mentions it in my running groups. Highly recommended..Version: 12.0.17

Love itWhen I first started using this app I thought the distance was way off until I found out it actually not that far off at all. After using it in a half-marathon race where the distance is exact, this app recorded 21.8 kms on a 21.1 km route. To me that is acceptable and I adjust my kms accordingly. The only problem I have ever had with this was when it updated to a newer version and I lost a year and a half of hikes, runs, and backpacking trips. Most disappointing of all was losing my first half-marathon race info..Version: 10.6.2

Great app only tried 2 othersI have used this since I started running in 2015. Elite version. Love it won’t run without my iphone. One wish list item would like if the routes could learn compare “looks like route x after a run” so it would compare without me trying to remember which route name I used etc. instead of new route every time.Version: 10.8

Marvellous appI am a new runner and I have tried a few apps but I love runmeter. Most of the time it works perfectly and of course I use it to boast to my facebook friends - or annoy them - about my brilliant slow running. I had an issue with my runs not showing up on facebook's new timeline - so I got in contact with Abvio - I swear they provided a solution within minutes - so great support there too. In case you have this problem of your runs not showing up on the timeline - here's the fix" In the bar at the top of the page, click the arrow in the top right, then Account Settings. In the left bar, click Apps. By our app, press Edit, then change App Activity Privacy to Public Great app - well worth the small price tag.Version: 6.0.2

ReliableTried other 'free' apps of this sort that don't work very well. eg GPS not working, pace, distance not configuring properly. With Runmeter, I have not encountered any these problems. I recommend this to anyone who runs/walks/cycles and needs a reliable measuring device..Version: 5.0.6

Great AppBrilliant running app.Version: 10.2.3

Exceeded expectationsGreat app! It's simple to use and the maps and graphs are great. I use RunMeter for running, cycling, and hiking. I sync my phone to my iPad, so I can view the calendar, maps and graphs easily. I've recommended RunMeter to a few friends who have tried it and loved it, and I would recommend it for anybody, from casual walkers who want some stats about where they walk, to serious athletes in training..Version: 10.4.7

Love it but needs stand alone watch appI have used Runmeter for several years now and it is by far the best iPhone based running app. Now it just needs a stand alone watch app so you don’t have to lug around your phone on every run. Other running apps have this so despite my admiration for Runmeter, I may have to switch over to an alternative so I can run without my phone..Version: 10.8.3

Pretty good apps!Easy to use and help to keep track of the hiking trail you do! The years inscription seems really interesting but for the moment I will use the basic One!.Version: 10.6.11

AwesomeWell designed trialled a few others but liked this one the best..Version: 5.0.9

The best running app at the moment (v2.0.9)Over the past fortnight I've tried all the main running/GPS apps (Runmeter, RunKeeper and MapMyRun+) and have to say that this one works the best. Runmeter and RunKeeper are both good but at the moment Runmeter is a better bet because of a few things: 1. It's the only one where you can set a route and 'race' against your best previous time. 2. It's the only one where you can stop it and start it from the earphone controls (eliminating the all the fumbling around at the start of the run). 3. The GPS is more accurate. 4. The price is good. Main downside is it doesn't have a web interface that allows you to review the map of your run in more detail, or edit your run if there were inaccuracies in the GPS reading. Also there is only the ability to post on twitter, not facebook - if posting about runs is your thing. Overall, a great app that has really increased my motivation to run..Version: 0

Run meter reviewI love it. I'm not a competitive runner, I run just for fitness. It's definitely added more interest to my runs as well as hikes and cycling. Very cool..Version: 10.5.3

In it for the long haul. This is a great app from a great team. It does everything you could possibly want. The team behind it don't do gimmicks, they just consistently push out useful updates. Love it. Friendly and approachable support team if you ever have a query..Version: 12.0.8

Still needs some work, but.....Having used RunMeter on and off for a number of years and compared it directly against rival and more popular apps (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike, Runtastic, etc) - RunMeter is actually really good. It's very sophisticated and perhaps a little too cumbersome and unintuitive unlike the "simpler" popular apps, but in truth in its' simplest form RunMeter is very advanced. The database of running stats really do help motivate you. One fabulous feature is the links with social media. Once set up correctly your running activity is posted to Facebook or whatever, your friends can see your live progress and any comments posted on Facebook are automatically sent to RunMeter which in turn converts text-to-speech through your earphones. I like this a lot. I'd like to see its' menus simplified and ability to rotate the screen but to be honest how often do you look at the screen during your runs/cycling/skiing. Really! So, I wrote some pretty disparaging remarks a couple of years ago, I take them all back until someone can convince me otherwise..Version: 10.6.9

MGBest app for running by far!! Comprehensive data collection and so much more. Brilliant customer service when iPhone and Apple Watch weren’t connecting. Couldn’t fault their communication and support getting it working again. Been using for years and I wouldn’t change!.Version: 12.0.5

Have to self label runs it won’t find matching ones for youShame. Love it otherwise.Version: 12.0.16

Great AppJust wish I could work out how to optimize the GPS to be more accurate..Version: 0

SuperJ'aime.Version: 10.4.8

RunmeteI have been using Runmeter since 2011. I absolutely love it. I hate running without it. It's easy to use, and all the data is saved and is easily accessible. I have all my runs saved since 2011...... just close cakes over 500 runs. It's also good to monitor the k's in new shoes. If you use Strava, you can link to Strava and at the completion of every run, it sends to your Strava feed. Awesome App. Can't live without it!.Version: 10.6.11

The Anchor of My Marathon TrainingIt is exactly ten years since I started using RM to record 16,925 running miles and many additional miles on my bike. I love its interface, data and ability to share data with other programs, notably Strava. It is a joy to compare my training and race evolution over time. For better or worse, I barely take a training step without RM..Version: 12.0.34

Excellent appSwitched to this after using other running apps and glad I did. Gps is accurate everything is on the phone and has features like live tracking and tts updates from FB and twitter. Stan out feature is the ability to race yourself. Epic..Version: 0

Run meterGreat app. Always works, never crashes. Very happy with it..Version: 12.0.3

Fantastic appCan't fault it and level of data brilliant. Be good to combine Plan App type stuff into it too. It is a major factor in me keeping up my training for a marathon..Version: 7.0.1

Damned GoodI have paid for and trialled a number of apps to track my runs - and this is the standout. The GPS is reliable, it's voice announcements are well considered. It's comparatives and record keeping are also targeted and ideal for anyone wanting to monitor and measure change. Perhaps a nice online presence would be funky, but I work with the iPhone mainly anyway so not an issue. Great app..Version: 0

My most useful AppThis App has been so well developed and continues to grow with regular improvements. A recent 26 km mountain bike ride was logged and emailed directly from the App to all participants. The riders were then able to open up the resulting KML file in Google Earth or Maps. Way cool!!!.Version: 7.0.1

Solid performanceThere are loads of running apps but this one takes the trophy. There is nothing like running a long run and then finding that somehow the app stopped recording all your hard work through some glitch or crash you don't get the buzz of seeing your achievement. No problems here a great simple uncluttered User experience and great storage of your hard earned running data..Version: 0

Best running appI've tried a bunch of running apps and this is easily the best. My favourite features is the customisable announcements during the run. Set all the details you want to hear, when you want them. The post-run km-by-km analysis is also great..Version: 9.0.2

Worth paying forGreat app. Reliable, intuitive and has really stepped up my running. You can programme it to give verbal feedback during your run (telling you distance, time and pace, for example) which I have found incredibly motivating- especially for improving pace over longer distances. I love the map it records: when I go running somewhere new I can just follow different routes whimsically and review after. The best bit is the 'history' it records - great for seeing your progress!.Version: 6.0.2

Excellent AppI have been using this app for over a year and it is a great training tool. I love the ranking you get for each of the routs to track your improvement (hopefully) also talking feedback is very useful for staying on pace for a run. Won't run without this now days..Version: 9.1.1

Works great and easy to use.Starts fast and has a simple interface, but lots of functions. Runmeter is an excellent companion on runs, walks, cycling - everything. You can make your own categories (eg., dog walking - name it after my dog!). The display is clear and informative- also customizable. Elite add-on is worth it. It adds more ways to sort & display the data plus stuff like the weather data added to your log..Version: 12.0.18

Does almost everything!I've had this app for nearly 2 years now & still rate it very highly, after continual use on a weekly, if not daily basis. Only minor note is regarding the stop detection - I turned this off a long while ago, as it was noting a good few minutes of "stopped" time on several runs & walks where I'd been continually moving the whole time. Admittedly, there have been a number of updates since I last tried this feature, so it may have been fixed, but it's not essential for me since my stops are only ever short anyway (30s max at traffic crossings, or suchlike). I'd definitely recommend this app for tracking your runs & walks, as I've yet to use or see any better..Version: 7.0.8

Very ImpressedVery cool uncomplicated app that does everything I need. Cheers.Version: 12.0.28

Easy to use - good coaching appHave now been using this app for five months - easy to use training plans and functionality. Originally purchased for couch to 5k which was good and now using to train for half marathon. Can spit out your run data in csv so if you want to graph any stats etc you can..Version: 8.1.2

All the features you want and more!Only criticism is that the GUI could use a redesign to reveal the full feature set more clearly. Still a great app. :-).Version: 9.0

Excellent app!!!This app is worth the cost. Too many awesome features to list. No need to login to an external website, map info, graphs, etc is all displayed within the app..Version: 0

Run meter is great!Love the feedback after a workout -great for learning and sharing!.Version: 12.0.40

Good bit of gearIt took a while to figure it all out. the acuracy is questionable if the phone is in a bumbag or pocket . I carry mine on my arm as you would an ipod. gives you a great deal of info about your running style and performance. I now feel lost without it. Robt Pender.Version: 9.1.3

Run meterI have in the last 6 months lost 25kgs. During this whole time I have used Runmeter to track my running & now cycling fitness training sessions. It has helped me share my training sessions which has given me a lot of support to keep going..Version: 6.0.3

Runmeter loverSuch a fabulous app. Have used and loved the elite version for a year and a half to track running, walking, biking, more - incredible. Easy and meaningful way to track active minutes, including graphs and great summaries!! Motivational..Version: 12.0.33

Excellent, Excellent App!I purchased this app at the very beginning and it has always been great, but every update brings more and more features and options - it just keeps getting better!!!.Version: 9.1.4

Best running app goingSo pleased I’ve found this app. I’ve spent hours testing all the different running apps available and they are either totally lacking in features unless you pay a fee per month, or totally lacking in features full stop. Runmeter on the other hand is not only feature packed, but only requires a modest £9 per year to unlock everything. There are literally more features than you could ever wish for. Any stat you want any time during your run, the ability to trim excess run distances, custom during run display screens. Honestly everything you could possibly need, and you get a free 7 day elite trial, or you can just stick with the basic free version too. Stunning app!.Version: 10.9.19

Great AppBought this app today as I have recently started running again. Used it for the first time on this evenings run and am more than happy with it. At last I know exactly how long I ran for, total distance without guessing, my average pace, distance splits etc. In fact more information than i could have hoped for. Now I have a record of all my training and can use this information to work on improving my overall fitness. Also as some one that does alot of walking it's great that this app can record more activities than just running, it'll even let you create your own..Version: 0

UpdateI have used this app for a while, and the improvements have made it easier to use..Version: 10.2.7

Absolutely perfectA super accurate GPS, very flexible intervals, dead easy Daily Mile integration. I love Runmeter. I've tried the rest and I still think Runmeter is the best. Every time I think "it can be any better", there is a new release and IT'S EVEN BETTER..Version: 7.0.2

Great app.Definitely a great app to track and motivate progress. Change from map my run cause I was sick of there bugs. Haven't come across any with run meter yet. However would be cool on the calendar view to have your monthly distance, average pace and run totals on the side. Still all round happy with it the way it is..Version: 7.0

Using it heapsThis has been great for my commute to work and tri training. If it could integrate with a cadence computer for my bike it would b perfection. Off for a run now..Version: 7.0.8

EncouragingThe Run Meter app is by far the most positive influence on my life style of any app on my phone. It has been a great source of encouragement and goal setting. After 30 years of working and inactivity I decided to start running and love reflecting on some awesome trail running and events..Version: 12.0.16

Problème avec Apple WatchBonjour j ai Runmeter elite et la Apple Watch 7 Elle n indique pas mes fréquences cardiaques.Version: 12.0.8

One of my favourite appsBy far one of my most favourite and most often use apps. I would recommend it to everyone. Van. BC.Version: 10.4.8

One of the bestExcellent app. I use almost daily for walking, running & cycling. Would highly recommend..Version: 10.2.2

Great AppI have run with this app for 7 year. It is easy to use, maps are extremely accurate, and it has great features. I have been extremely impressed multiple time when I ran on new roads being built and even then the mapping was extremely accurate. I look at each new app that comes out and never see anything worth changing for. I’m a recreational runner. I do not run marathons. I run mainly for my health and stress reduction..Version: 12.0.14

Love this app!I’ve been using this app for probably 10 years now and I can’t say enough good things about it. I love that I can set up workouts and the app will cue activities for me. I love that it can show me the history of particular routes so that I can challenge myself for better times. I like that I can share my routes with selected people. The pro version is a very reasonable price and I have paid for it sometimes when I wanted to use some of the more advanced features but honestly the free version has been more than enough for what I try to accomplish..Version: 12.0.3

RunmeterJ'adore!!! Simple et efficace..Version: 10.5.3

ImpressiveI've only just downloaded this and have only used it once but from what I can tell it is going to provide me with everything I'm after! Was about to buy a gadget for several hundred bucks to use in my training for my 1st marathon so I am very pleased to have found this app!.Version: 0

Great App.Easy to use - this was exactly what I was looking for! Gives you all you need to know about your run and keeps a history for you. Now I get to compare each run and quickly see any improvements. Thanks for a great app..Version: 10.3.5

Love this AppIt's great being able to go back and see how my times have improved and I love seeing how many calories I have used.Version: 6.0.3

Great overall, needs stand alone use for Apple WatchI started jogging and running again after recovering from a previous running injury. LOVE this app overall, just wish it had stand alone functionality for Apple Watch. I like to leave my phone behind when I run, but I’ve been taking it because it gives great statistics. The pacing feature has helped me improve my 5k times and currently using to train for half marathons..Version: 10.9.5

Complex intervals would make this app 5 star. The ability to repeat multiple unique workout sections (like Garmin) would make this app unbeatable in terms of functionality. I have intervals that change in terms of length and target during the course of a workout and Runkeeper doesn't allow for that without cumbersome editing. Please add this.Version: 9.1.4

Great appTracking rides, comparing times, following routes... Does it all. Really good app that gets regular updates adding more and more improvements and functionality. Why 4? More plans included would be good. Including speed/time maybe even bike plans. Also the ability to duplicate a plan appears to be missing, so if you change one of the existing plans you have then lost it. Also if you decide to switch training plans, the old one stays in the calendar, even if its switched 'off'. Minor things, but it knocks it off the 5 star rating for me. Still love it though, best running/biking app around at the mo'..Version: 9.0.4

GreatLove it- can't run without it.Version: 10.6.11

Everything you needThis app has everything you need to start maintain and finish whatever training program you set your mind to. I have been using it for years since I got off the couch and have run all my marathons with it. Getting Elite is also a must. Have tried every program as they come out and this is always the benchmark I return to. Happy running... Cheers!.Version: 10.8

Still getting to know itI'm not exactly a computer novice but I keep finding things this app does. And it does them so well! It's accurate, relatively easy, and does everything the others do and more. It appears to have taken all the best bits from all the others ( and I've tried a lot of them). Facebook, Twitter etc. are not for me so remember to turn them all off or you'll never stop receiving messages from all the nerds. Other than that though I give this my top rating.Version: 6.0.2

Amazingly configurableRunmeter seems to be able to do just about anything. Amazing app for just about any exercise regime. Super flexible and mind-blowingly flexible including complete customisation of the apple watch screens with the data you want in size/ colour you want the text. So why 4⭐️ and not 5⭐️? Perhaps it's too flexible...it takes a while to work out how to do stuff and there's soooo much I know I have barely scratched the surface- I like to tinker with apps, but not everyone wants to become a PhD in RunMeter and log the hours to work it all out..Version: 10.5.3

A “screen one” App for YearsI’ve used dozens of running apps since the iPhone 3G first introduced a GPS, but I always come back to Runmeter. The app is super customizable, provides tons of statistics, integrates well with third party apps like Strava and MyFitnessPal, and has a very nice Apple Watch companion app. Sure, the app from time to time has suffered from issues with syncing between the watch and phone, but in nearly ten years and hundreds of runs while using this app, it has never failed me on a run. If you are looking for a running app that fits your exact preferences, give Runmeter a shot..Version: 12.0.9

Excellent app pour courir en compétitionJe cours 10km et le demi-marathon. Runmeter m'a aidé à améliorer mon temps, en analysant mes performances au km près. J'utilise l'app depuis 4 ans et pour moi, il est indispensable. Toronto 10km Ooch..Version: 10.7.8

Very customisable appGreat app with a wonderful selection of features and customisability that far exceeds any other similar app, takes a bit of learning at first but easy to use once setup. £4 a year for continued development doesn't sound a lot to me and we'll worth it in my opinion. 4 stars only because it's missing 2 vital statistics that I could really do it - 1st it needs the ability to display which heart rate zone your currently running in, and 2nd it needs the ability to display the target heart rate zone for the current run interval..Version: 10.3.7

Great app with one flawHave been using Runmeter for 5 years, very good tracker and love the easy to use history over time. Only flaw - it should be able to be used without the iPhone on the iWatch. It would be great to go on a run with the watch only, then sync up that run with the phone later. Not sure why this functionality isn’t available. Would love the developer to work on this..Version: 11.0.5

Awesome running appI have been using this app for about 4 months. Is awesome!!!! And it keeps getting better and better. I am set up with my marathon schedule, brilliant. Love the map! Great to see where I have run..Version: 7.0.3

Great App!I use this app during every run and I enjoy all of its features. I feel more interested in exploring my neighborhood because of Runmeter. Keep up the good work!.Version: 6.0.2

LoreeThis is an excellent application. I started running in February 2010 and love being able to see my progress. I especially like how I can listen to music while 'Run meter' makes distance and time announcements at regular intervals..Version: 0

The best running app - built for runnersThis app is clearly designed by runners. Running against yourself (ghost running!) is awesome and really keeps you motivated. The distances are very accurate, the live satellite view, the google maps export with split times. I've deleted all my other running apps now..Version: 0

One of the bestI use my phone for everything and this is my favourite app I own. I've used it for over 300 runs and it's been inaccurate 3 times (I'm happy with 99% success, plus I was able to correct the errors). Love running against previous data. Only addition I would recommend would be graph of run times against the date for individual routes. Thanks for the great app and motivation..Version: 10.0.1

Loving itI love this app and have used it now for years. I like the ability to save a route and run it many times with verbal prompts about how close I am to my best time as well as how fast I am running and my heart rate. I often run to a set heart rate and find the ability to set upper and lower warmings excellent. If I had my dream it would include navigation and the ability to set a route beforehand on a map and get directions in flight..Version: 12.0.23

Been using for 10 yrsHave tried a few apps over the years but always come back to Runmeter. Fully customisable can upload to Strava, it will announce your run through your eat buds as you go. I purchased a blue tooth chest strap for heart rate and although not as comfortable it is deadly accurate. I have tried expensive fitness watches but heart rate is frustratingly all over the place. Pay extra for the elite features in the Runmeter App and get a chest HR strap and it’s the best combo and best app around..Version: 12.0.9

Run meterAwesome app!! Far superior than any other similar app I've tried..Version: 7.0.3

Needs Pause buttonLuv this app! It tracks your route, even hiking through forested trails, or walking on river valley trails, off pavement and roads.. and then shows you a map! Luv the elevation graphs and the way it tracks calories burned. Just wish there was a "pause" button for breaks (water, bathroom stops, stretching, etc.) so that your time and avergae speed/km stayed accurate..Version: 0

5 starsA great running app..Version: 10.8

Love it!!!I've been using runmeter for about 6 months and I love it. It's reliable, easy to use and has some cool features like auto-stop and announcements while you run. It's customizable so you can set it up to suit you. A great tool for new & seasoned runners. It's definitely helped keep me motivated during training for my first marathon..Version: 8.0

Great App - Just needs to be freed from phoneI love this app on my iPhone. I just wish I could use it on my Apple Watch 3 without carryover no my phone along. I would love an app that allows me to set up a workout on my phone, upload the planned workout to my watch, then run the workout with just the watch, leaving the phone at home and sync the data back to the phone when I’m done. When you can give me that I’ll have 5 stars waiting😁..Version: 10.7.3

Mrs BartonIt's my most favourite app . I especially like the calorie count and the maps showing where I have walked or cycled. It keeps great records of activity. It is the main reason I acquired an I phone. It also helps me if I am lost to locate exactly where I am. It is nice to sometimes share the map of a walk or cycle ride on FB..Version: 12.1.11

ExcellentLove this app, it is great, i wanted an app app to track my km and i wanted an app that was free. You have made my dreams come true.Version: 12.0.5

Great AppI use it for all my running..Version: 6.0.1

Came back to RunmeterThe latest version of Runmeter completely resolves the issues shown below that led me to cancel my elite subscription. Now I can record a workout using only the Apple Watch App, using only the phone app without a watch or using both together. I have changed my rating to five stars based on this improvement and the many features and flexibility that Runmeter already offered. I will also be renewing my elite subscription. Previous review After being along time user I have canceled my elite subscription to Runmeter because: 1 There is no ability to use the watch app independently from the phone. 2 The Apple watch app frequently does not work to link with the phone and properly display workout information. I am tired of trying to get the link to work properly. When the Apple Watch app works it is good but I it doesn’t work too much of the time..Version: 12.0.3

I pay, so why the ads??I’ve had this app for years, paid for annually. Why did I start getting ads? If I dump it and reinstall, I’ll probably lose my data from the past. I’m not sure why I would pay for an app that has ads..Version: 12.1.11

The same app as CyclemeterIt is a great app, but it is basically identical to Cyclemeter, only with different default settings. Do not buy if you already have Cyclemeter (or Walkmeter, apparently)..Version: 10.7.7

Good for basic run trackingI’ve been using this consistently for 8-9 years. Most of the options I don’t use, but for basic tracking of my running routes, times, splits, etc., and what shoes I’ve used, it’s great..Version: 12.0.3

Best running app and my favourite app overallFantastic have been using this for 9 years and it has been consistently updated and improved. Fantastic and quick support. Highly customisable but works great out of the box. Can export to Stava and can track just about everything you would want. Beautiful interface. Love it..Version: 11.0.4

My Holy Grail Running AppI have been using RunMeter for a few years now for running and I would never go back to the other apps. It is so incredibly comprehensive in all the various functions it offers as well as easy to use. Whatever you do; intervals, hills or distance - RunMeter has you covered. I personally love that you can track your shoes (I go through a good few pairs a year!), decide when you get announcements & what they say and that you can easily set up an interval run perimeters. There are so many programmes and options to choose from that actually feel I am under-utilising the app! The GPS tracking is pretty reliable though occasionally it has a wobble and has you running a wiggly line. This usually happens in the beginning of a run though so what I do is have the mapping on for the first few hundred meters and if that looks straight I turn off the screen and focus on the next few hours pounding the pavement. Other things I do to try and make sure the mapping is accurate is turn off wifi and cellular and naturally make sure I have full five dots on GPS accuracy before I start. I know the app's focus is as a pedometer but I also do a few gym sessions a week and it would be great to have a simple "log other workout" option of just adding e.g. "Gym" and then the calories. I would just love to log all my exercise in one place. My sincere thanks to the RunMeter team for making a fab running app that has made a huge positive impact on my running enjoyment!.Version: 10.3.3

Good app, but with limitationsI have tried most of the running apps and I think this is the best. Telling you when you are ahead or behind for median/best/worst for that run is a great feature, although it does not work for one or two of my regular runs. The main issue with the app is that it is limited by the GPS in the iPhone 3. It takes up to 5 mins to warm up, which is annoying. It gets a little more accurate when you take it out of the case and turn off wifi, but distances can still be out by up to 10% and it can go for 5 mins at a time without taking a distance/speed reading at all. One improvement would be if it used the map of your run to recalculate the distance at the end of the run (or at least give you a second opinion) much like the mapmyrun web based tool. However, none of the other apps (even the mapmyrun app) do this and none of the competitors are any better on accuracy. All in all a good app..Version: 0

Ok on 3 GS, brilliant on 4SI initially tried this app on my old 3GS, and whilst I found the concept and implementation of the app hugely impressive, the GPS of the 3GS just didn't seem to cope terribly well. It got the overall distance ok, but the speeds were somewhat variable. I've since upgraded to a 4S and it works perfectly. I wouldn't run without it now. I've also been using it on walks lately, and it's interesting to see where you've been and how far. When the weather warns up I'll try it kayaking too. Definitely my favourite app..Version: 6.0.1

Very helpfulReally enjoy the app. Tracks my exercise and particularly enjoy the elevation measure. Yet to suss all the functions but great so far.Version: 9.1.4

Love itLove it, it just gets better!! Excellent!.Version: 10.4.8

Brilliant AppOne the best and most polished apps I've come across in the app store. Does everything it says and does it perfectly. Interupt iPod mode is sensational and keeps you updated during your run so you know exactly how you're tracking against previous runs. There are so many features built in that I have not yet explored but everything I have tried so far works perfectly. A bargain at the price. Well done guys!.Version: 0

Very User friendly sports appIve been training with for over 4 yrs now. They have a music player integrated in the app which sinc's with the iPhone Music app. If you find a bug, the creators actually seem to work on fixing them. Best app I've ever purchased. App support is also very fast when emailing them technical questions. I even used it on vacation around the world and the maps loaded very easily..Version: 10.5.4

Excellent SupportOver 3 years of continual use I have grown to love this package. I use it for running, cycling and walking nearly every day (I have obsessive tendencies!) and can now pick out annual trends in my exercise pattern. Recently I lost my database due to an iPhone problem and the support team were excellent in helping me recover it. This was my 4 star rating in Feb 2012: I used trail guru before it changed early in 2011 and needed to find another package. Runmeter does all I need and more for keeping track of my exercise ( run, cycle & walking) in one package (so don't buy Walkmeter & Cyclemeter). It uses less battery than trail guru and does nicer maps..Version: 10.2.10

A km is farther then I thoughtThis app is a marvel all runners will love it. To pause just press stop and it will pause u then have the option to press done or start. And if u press start it continues ......i never ever would have thought it would work so well. My running life is changed forever.and it's in either km or miles..Version: 0

Application très convivialeJe l’adore.Version: 12.0.22

ExcellentReally useful. Got me from couch to 20kms/week. Has more data/output/options than I know what I do with. Only gripes are 1. Unable to input run route offline 2. Unable to use GPS tracking to map when running overseas (then unable to solve because of gripe 1) Would be useful if there were suggested run routes however these are available elsewhere..Version: 8.1.3

Great & easy to use appThanks for a great app. It has helped get into running and complete a 10km fun run. Easy to use, and keep track of my progress. Allows me to play music while it records, and announces the info I want at each split. Keep up the good work..Version: 10.0.1
