✓ Very very limitedThis app is about like reading a nutritional facts label and nothing more. The database is thorough enough for most food ingredients an average person would use and even includes alcohol, but it provides basic info only. The serving size is preset, so you have to mentally calculate any adjustments. It would also be useful if a feature was added that lets you combine ingredients for a meal, but that's not in here. If calculability were added, I'd consider paying for this app, but as it is, it should be free..Version: 0
✓ Pretty good... With some reservationsI shopped around for an app that can give me straight forward carb info on food items and recommended portions. This app was the best I have found thus far... However some of the nutritional info is incorrect.. For instance a medium carrot is listed as having 73 carbs with a net carb of 5.1... Wow that's wild and completely inaccurate. It's clear after looking closer that the carbs are 7.3 minus the fiber of 2.2 to get the net carbs of 5.1. I have basic knowledge of how to calculate net carbs but someone just beginning would have the wrong info. Otherwise seems like a pretty good app... Just make sure you look closely and if something seems off double check it..Version: 1.5
✓ No measureWell chaps it really isn't much good without a tangible measure. Saying 1 cup or 1 portion is as useful as a bit of whatever. 1 star for ok index but needs proper unit of measure. Hate to say it but is not worth 59p I paid.Version: 0
