For future updates it would be nice to be able to choose different breeds of goldfish (although luckily the Ryukins are my favourite anyway), change the bait rather than have it tied to the background colour, and a gravel background would be great. ✓ This is really lovelyI spent the last $2 of a gift card on this app, and it was a great way to finish. Absolutely lovely. The fish are substantial-looking, cute, and elegant, and the backgrounds are rich and stately (with a nice variety to choose from). The fish actually gobble up the leaves and flowers over time, one by one, until they're all gone, or you replenish them. I'm leaving it playing on my plugged-in iPod on my desktop while I work. Very pleasant company. The only enhancement I might try programming in would be the ability to turn on (and off) a little bit of a trickling current that could keep the flowers in motion, instead of them only collecting at the edges and corners. It's funny because the fish are goldfish and not koi apparently; both fish are similar though. I love how serene it is, especially the water effect(s) and sound(s). Backgrounds are colorful and nice, but are like wallpaper (not in a good way). If the koi looked more realistic and so did the backgrounds, (ex: a pond) it would be perfect. ✓ Model of great app developmentThis is a beautifully executed app. Impeccable; not a false note or pixel out of place. I've show this app to some friends, who were equally impressed. However, the marketing and visibility of this app is terrible. I only heard of it because I bought another app with a Japanese theme and this was recommended. Coming back to review this app tonight, I could not think of the app's name. I searched for many terms, including the obvious: "Fish Pond" and iTunes returned no results?!?! I finally had to get up, find my phone to find it's name. I suggest the dev's at least implement keywords so that your app will turn up when people a looking for something like it, because people (at least in the English speaking markets, where the bulk of sales are) are going to remember something named "Koi Pond" but not something named "Wa Kingyo" which is unfortunate, but true.
