My Pain Diary: Chronic Pain & Symptom Tracker for Positive User Reviews

Great app needs one improvementI love the ability to track my pain and am thrilled that it also tracks the weather. The only thing I think would help this is if your significant other or caregiver had read access to the app to know how you were feeling without the need to sound like you're complaining daily. That way maybe they could help with treatment or help notice patterns..Version: 3.5.8

AwesomeThis app is great! Extremely useful!.Version: 3.1.0

Great appGreat app. Easy to use. No fuss. Captures the data perfectly!.Version: 3.1.0

Finally a pain that works for meI have tried several apps to track pain levels, symptoms and treatments. This one allows you to track everything on one page and still manages to cover everything! Because it's simple and quick, I have been better about making entries. There is also a wonderful customizable graph for a visual of your progress. Thank you!!!.Version: 3.5.8

No (my) pain (diary), no gain!Absolutely indispensable app for people with chronic pain, or any health condition for that matter! It's versatile, informative, attractive, and your doctor will love the print-friendly reports. The developer provides exemplary customer service as well - really engaging with his users and listening to feedback. Worth every penny..Version: 2.0.1

Great chronic pain app. This is an excellent app for anyone with chronic pain who is trying to understand or control it. It prints an excellent Pdf file to print and hand in to your pain Doctor. It's a great app. If I were to suggest any improvements, I would improve upon making the different color flags that represent different types of pain, (head, neck, back, etc) I would make those a tad easier to use. Maybe it's me, that's a possibility. But I seem to do fine with the rest of the app. I just know that most people who have severe pain and can't work, at some point some depression starts to creep in. Whether you take any thing for that is your choice, but I would like to see the app make it easier to track them simultaneously. I know you can, but to me it's a little difficult, and takes away from the root of the problem when looked at the graph. Sorry, point being; I would just like to see it separate, yet viewed next to the root problem on the weekly and monthly graphs. I feel if it were easier people would be able to control the depression aspect easier. Pain is hard to control, but with the right tools you can track how the pain affects your mood. Thank you for reading my Novel, sorry bout that!!.Version: 3.5.8

GreatIt's an awesome app for people who can't figure out what's wrong with there bodies. Gives the doctors accurate information for each day..Version: 1.993

My pain diaryLove, love, love this app! I have always wondered about my migraines & weather pressure. When I have graphed them I & my doctor can clearly see the correlation. Same for my fibro muscle pain & the humidity. Incredible! And how can a doctor argue when it's there in black & white? Thanks so much for this. I also have to say when I ran into technical difficulties after an upgrade I had fantastic help from Damon. Thanks so much Damon. This app rocks! My doctor's appointments have become easier. As has my family's understanding of how much my body is affected by the weather. :-).Version: 2.1.1

Great app, bad designI love the app but with all the weird fonts and features like the notepad and paper clip, it’s design is distracting. I didn’t even see the “save” button until weeks after using. I thought I had saved entries for those weeks, now there’s nothing..Version: 3.5.8

Awesome!I love how you can personalize each field. Reports have proven useful not only for me to track good vs bad days but for my doctor and my disability case manager..Version: 1.990

SO GOOD I BOUGHT THE FULL VERSIONThis has been a brilliant help in keeping track of my condition (Cluster Headaches) - I fill it in every night and by looking at past entries have realised that on a couple of times when I took my meds late, I didn't have an attack that evening Really easy to use and flexible, especially as you can add symptoms on the go - useful to be able to add your own notes too (even long ones 😉) Easy to export to full version Dropbox backup is very useful too Support is top notch- thanks Damon SO GOOD I BOUGHT THE FULL VERSION.Version: 1.988.1

Pain diaryI think this is a brilliant app. I think it can be developed further and can be extremely useful to record pain when the memory plays tricks. It is good to look at the weather and triggers. I have Fibromylgia which is Chronic and thought this was one step too far for me, but find it really useful. Thank you..Version: 1.982

Great app for pain!My anesthetist recommended I use the app to track pain, symptoms, triggers, etc so we can better understand my pain and so we can change my plan of care. I'm still learning how to customize it but so far it's great!.Version: 3.5.5

As advertisedSolid app that supports me managing my pain.Version: 3.0.3

Still learning itI just started using it and I’m still learning, but it’s interesting to see the pain in a calendar. There is a bug that makes it crash to home screen when you delete a metric, which is frustrating when you’re in the middle of an entry..Version: 3.5.8

My pain diaryBrilliant, have been using since start of January to track my ehlers-danlos pain and find it useful to be able to track my peaks and lows x.Version: 1.985

Great for individuals & familyI use it for myself as I suffer from rheumatoid disease & migraines, I also use it to keep track of the kids colds & everything as I don't take them to the doctor for every little cough, bump or scrape..Version: 3.0.1

Very helpfulI have to keep a diary for 6 months for one of my drs. This app is being helpful so far. A couple of things I would like to be added are an area for meds taken, and also more custom plotting legends, as I am charting a number of things - sleep, pain scores for a couple of conditions, extra meds taken etc. but all-in-all a good app. Thanks.Version: 1.991

Thank YouI am so grateful that this app exists. No more cumbersome paper diaries. I can use this easily and quickly whenever I want and learn about trends and patterns associated with chronic pain. Also I like the fact that I can add notes and lock it all down with a password, thank you.Version: 1.988.1

Great Pain GaugeThis is such a great way to really keep track of your pain / especially if you have different areas of concern. It is always a eye opener for me and a great source when you are trying to share your pain with your doctor or loved ones. It easy to use and awesome to be able to personalize it for your needs! Love the reports and graphs. Thanks for creating this amazing tool!.Version: 3.5.8

Chronic Pain TrackingI find this app a wonderful tool to catalog pain management. I only wish there was a section to list medications. One thing I do not like; cannot go back to a missed day and fill it in. This is something I would like to see..Version: 1.993

Convenient and user friendlyThis app really simplifies the chore of tracking my pain for my doctors. I'm looking forward to seeing what upgrades will be available in the future. It's uncomplicated, which really makes it easy to use more than once a day..Version: 1.985

Amazing way to keep trackBrilliant way to keep track of pain and triggers. Love that you can email and print the pain report to take to the doctors. I don't normally pay for apps but this one is well worth it..Version: 3.0.1

Good start, could use some improvementsOverall, I think this is a good app, but there are a few things that would make it much more useful for tracking pain. First, it would be nice if you could zoom in on the graph and inputs over the course of a day, such as hour by hour pain scores. I would also like to see the ability to set custom scales (such as anxiety) that can be overlaid onto the same graph as the pain scale. That way it would easy to see how pain changes in relation to another metric that has variable level inputs..Version: 3.5.8

Excellent appLove this app. Have used it almost every day for a year. I track pain intensity and location plus use it to show my consultant progress and difference when using different meds. Couple of bits I would like added like a medication box but overall you can see the dev team have good knowledge..Version: 3.1.0

Very easy to use!!.Version: 1.988.1

Great app! This app is amazing! I've been using a chronic pain log on paper for a few years, and this app is 100% better than a manual log. It's easy to use and so much more versatile. It allows me to record pain levels more than 3 times daily, the limit for the paper log. I use the notes to keep track of when I take my meds & to record any other significant info like not sleeping well or extra stress. I am looking forward to generating a report for my pain specialist in a couple of weeks..Version: 3.1.0

A quick and easy way to track your painI have only recently started tracking my pain seriously. Now I track it track it twice a day and when my pain is worst, and I'm now awaiting x-Rays and hopefully a referral to rheumatology. This app is a really quick way to track your pain effectively. You do have to add your own pain types and locations if what you're experiencing doesn't match what's already there, but the ability to add your own notes allows you to keep track of trends..Version: 3.5.5

Good but could be betterI really like this app, is handy for ppl wanting do a migraine diary but is low on time, could Make improvements, ie adding days of the week under Calendar and how you can select and edit in calendar view.Version: 3.0.1

My pain diaryI have Fibromyalgia so when I was told about this app I thought it would a great way to monitor my illness and be able to look back over a period of time and review my condition. Excellent for tracking CRPS symptomsThe best app I have found for tracking CRPS symptoms. Has facility to include photos, copy and send to consultant and track the impact of weather upon pain..Version: 3.5.8

Fantastic! Deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Love this app 👍 I use it 2 or 3 times a day to track my fibro and arthritis pain flares 😥, symptoms, medication etc. The graph is a good way to see how you've been over the last week or so and it's useful to track your pain against weather etc. I would like to see pollen count within the weather feature as I suffer with hay fever too so it would be useful to see that. But other than that it's really helpful. Definitely deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and it's so cheap to buy at only 69p! I would have paid more! 😊.Version: 1.988.1

My Pain DiaryExcellent app!!! So many different options and because I suffer from numerous conditions I can differentiate between what type of pain it is....Version: 2.0.1

Love this appThis app is excellent for tracking pain. I use it for headaches. You can document intensity, type, location, associated symptoms. All easily as there are preset types to choose and a pic of a skull to tap location and if the type doesn’t fit into one of the presets then you can add your own or add notes. Gives you graphs and charts. Keeps track of time of day and weather..Version: 3.5.8

Excellent appI use it almost daily to track a no. of conditions & over time it has built up a wealth of info for both myself & my various medical providers to pursue & help monitor my ongoing progress (or lack thereof as may be the case). Highly recommended. Would like to see a few extra features added such as ability to copy a previous pain entry &/or setup repeating items..Version: 3.1.0

First pain app I've ever likedRead a review about this pain app and thought I would give it a try. I just have at least 5 different pain trackers on my phone that I don't use. I have 2 different chronic pain conditions that really need to be tracked for better management but none of my old ones were very good. I actually LOVE this app. It allows you to individualize it for your specific condition and take down a lot of critical information. I highly recommend this..Version: 3.5.8

Quick & EasyVery convenient way to keep track of how you're going. Very customizable so it fits YOUR situation and how YOU want to describe your pain. Make notes as often or infrequent as you like, with as much detail as you want, and be able to back it up or print/email/share if you want..Version: 1.979

Great AppI've only had this app for a couple of weeks and am already finding it very useful for keeping track of my fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome. It will be very useful to show my specialist and to help me identify any triggers that I might have previously missed. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who suffers from chronic pain..Version: 1.993

Love this app!I have several health issues and this is really helping me to keep track of the pain caused by these issues..Version: 3.5.8

Useful and customizableI've been using this for at least a couple years to track several very different things, and it's really helped me get more insight into problems. The export function is definitely handy as well..Version: 3.5.8

A well thought out appAlthough would prefer to break down pain for differing areas, a good recorder of events. Good use of diction recording for quick taking of notes..Version: 1.982

Excellent Pain trackerI wanted to start a journal that could track my fibromyalgia pain and also be able to write notes about things. This app does that and more. I'm very impressed with the app and glad I'm using it. I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to figure out what's going on because we sure tend to forget how bad the pain was, what a good day we've had, and these things are really good to know especially when trying medications..Version: 3.5.8

Necessary for my Doctor's appointmentsI have had to keep track of my chronic migraines & I have had 2 strokes. This app has made my life so much easier. I like that I can edit everything. I like that I can add notes to each day then choose whether or not to share those with my Dr's..Version: 3.5.8

Pain diaryChanged to 4 but still the odd crash. I have CFS/Fibromyalgia. Only reason for a 3* is because of crashes. This happens mostly when I'm editing or using the graphs. I am convinced there is an environmental reason for my up and down days and levels of chronic pain differ when the weather changes and I think this is a great way of recording daily pain levels and areas. Great that you can email the report direct to ur dr is great!!.Version: 1.991

Excellent, easy setupOverall, excellent for ease of setup and means of capturing details. I was even able to set it up during a migraine. This app is fantastic. More color flags please!!! I am tracking multiple symptoms/pain conditions and would love to track them all this way. Glad to have the ones available - more would be better!.Version: 2.0.1

Excellent app.I use this daily to record my pain levels and locations of pains. It's useful to print out monthly reports to explain how you feel at certain times. I've used this app for a few years and have never had any problems with it..Version: 3.5.8

Brilliant! Easy to use!Brill and easy to use, I've found this easy to keep on top of. Can update it one minute and when your poorly/ suffering chronic pain you don't want it to be hard work which makes this perfect! Can look at graph as visual tracking of progress/ patterns and it has the option of adding notes. Useful & bargain at £1.50.Version: 1.988.1

Really good for CrohniesI've been using this app for 6 months now and I find it really helpful. I have an 'invisible' illness and its chronic so I have to keep track of changing symptoms. I like the fact you can personalise each entry to fit personal circumstances and you can see how things change over time. This app allows you to plot graphs and create reports for use at hospital/doc apts and my GP has found them useful. The app is easy to use and I recommend it o anyone who suffers with pain..Version: 3.5.8

My Pain DairyI am so glad I found this app. My physical therapist told me I need to keep a diary. This has met all my expectations and more. I like that I can make a check list of my triggers, remedies, types of pains, and make notes. I have not printed out the report as yet. My therapist liked being able to scroll through my entries on the phone. Highly recommend !!.Version: 3.5.8

Very HelpfulI find this app very helpful. I hope to use reports when I visit specialist and doctor. A great way to track what's going on..Version: 1.990

Love itIt works wonderful. Being able to track weather, pain and adjusting some of the details makes it perfect for so many things. Even have an alarm set to remind me when fibro fog is bad. Lol.Version: 3.5.8

Data let's you make data driven decisionsThis app is easy to use, though several well documented features will likely go unnoticed if you don't read the help notes. Read them! I'm finding that having a good log, along with a color coded calendar and graphs is making trends easier to see. Very helpful indeed. The designer has done both data capture and data visualization well. Having one without the other just wouldn't do so this rates highly..Version: 3.5.5

Latest updateNo problems with new update. Is a 5 star program again. Good effort by the developer..Version: 1.991

PersonallyI've only been using it for my own personal use and it works great when I go see the doc and I can better rate my pain also the scale helps me more accurately rate my pain..Version: 3.5.8

Fantastic, thank you so much!Exactly what I needed to help the Doctors understand..Version: 2.1.3

AwesomeThis is a great tool for migraine charting , fibro charting , and MS charting . Or for tracking your children's issues too very easy to use and customize . Thanks.Version: 3.0.1

So Far so Good!!😊😄😀I down loaded this app because I've had 3 spine surgeries since 2013 & a Spinal Cord Stimulator put in for pain & I got this app to track the pain because the last time I went to my doctor I saw a PA & she tried to make it that I was faking! I even found out I have 50% bone loss & my bones are like a 70yr old & im not even 45 yet! And I also have Arthritis to go along w/everything else! So I want my Doctor see All these & this App helps me & lets me write everything down & saves it for me!! So Yes I like it!!!😊💞😊.Version: 3.5.8

Should be used by all medical providers working with pain patientsThis app is so helpful not just to track pain but can be used to help your medical providers learn more about you and your pain and to provide better treatment options more suited to you.Version: 3.1.0

At long last!I've been trying to find an app like this for years. I like that is is simple to use yet let's me enter as much as I need or create my own labels. Plus the built in reminder feature helps. Would be good if you could enter a previous day if you forgot to make an entry..Version: 3.5.8

So useful, quick and easy to useThank you for creating this brilliant app. I just got my iPhone and this is the best app I've bought. I've always meant to keep a diary of my hip pain and never remembered. Thus us do quick, simple and useful, I nearly always remember. The concept if how you record your pain is spot on and it is flexible in how you can use it. Finally I love the idea of printing a report to share with dr etc. Thank you!.Version: 1.966

Pain diary. Great👍Great app! Like the fact u can take photos and notes the weather also when u save any entries. Tracking my pain for MS symptoms. The lovely doc I have doesn't seem to understand the intensity and frequency Of my pain and actually looking forward to having hard evidence for my next appointment 👍.Version: 1.988.1

Great appThanks! This is a fab tool to keep track of your pain. I found it one night when up with v.bad pain, and while I'm waiting for an op I need to be able to remember how much pain and where it was. This really helps and makes u focus on describing your pain instead of just getting through it..Version: 1.981

I wouldn't be without it!Being able to keep track of where and when my injuries are worse, this app is invaluable..Version: 1.982

Not quite the sameI loved this app, I paid for it and it was completely worth it. Since I got my new IPhone the weather has not loaded, I think I even repaid for this app. I put in the weather google told me to, still doesn’t work. I really need the weather part, otherwise this app is not really worth the time. Sorry maybe you can give me some advice.Version: 3.5.8

Pain diaryI love this diary. I find it more convenient than a pad of paper that I can never find. I'm always with my iPad. Also, since the weather plays a big roll in my CRPS, I really like the weather part of this app..Version: 1.988.1

Indispensable!Really easy and user friendly, worth the money! I'm terrible at keeping diaries and this app has changed that! Having a little reminder pop up telling me to write helps me do it, and it's a really clear and easy way of making a note of my symptoms and treatments. Very useful and I will recommend to others..Version: 2.1.3

HelpsSomewhat customizable. Love the "lock" feature when starting the app, makes me feel more secure keeping this info in an app on my phone..Version: 3.5.8

Great appI really like this app to track pain, especially the weather feature. However, the app doesn't seem to be keeping the setting to track the weather any more :(.Version: 2.0.1

FantasticSuper easy to use, the easy editing, adding info and post it note makes it simple to get the info recorded. Have already recommended to friends and family..Version: 3.0.1

Love it!This app is awesome. I have fibromyalgia and this helps me keep a record of my pain levels every day so I can show them to my gp. I especially love that, given I have appalling memory due to the fibro, it gives me a 'friendly reminder' every day. A* :D.Version: 1.985

More useful than you thinkI have use this tool to track and manage my neuropathy and I have also come to rely on as well for managing and tracking behaviors of children with mental health issues. The intensity scale is useful for tracking, overtime, behaviors and how extreme they are and whether or not they are improving. It was very useful for my peripheral neuropathy to print out the report for my doctor to show good days bad days and long-term trends. I would recommend using this as it helps to visualize what you are experiencing..Version: 3.5.8

Excellent appWith constant daily pain I found this app and it has made my life easier 100% when attending my numerous doctor appointments. Printing out the report and presenting to the doctors really gives them a good view of my daily pain schedule. Would highly recommend this to anyone..Version: 2.0.1

Pain diaryThis is a great wee tool for tracking pain. Would be great if you could search pain paterns say over a mounth. also need to edit after saved. So come on lets see some development, as this could be a top app for pain sufferers,Like below lots of potential..Version: 0

Simple & adaptableI used this ap to track my pain (back). Love that I can make my own labels and keep changing as my specialist wants more info. I can email them my progress. We love it as it helps me and they get detailed daily info as they need it. Would be great if you could overlay sleep cycle data as well. Sleep is so important to pain. Let me know when it happens.Version: 3.5.8

Best of its typeVery happy with this. It is important that I keep track of everything and this makes it so easy. Reminds me to make entries, great easy to set up reports. Very impressed :-)))).Version: 1.988.1

Brilliant!I have been using this app for a few months now as I'm tracking my migraines. I initially tried the free app and found it indispensable. I then upgraded to the paid version. Very happy with app and the fact that you can email and print report and report incidents in a graph. The best app paid by far, I would highly recommend it..Version: 2.1.3

Brilliant app that helps keep track for me.It really is brilliant. Well thought out. I only have one suggestion & that is could we have the option of a full body map. They have one for the head but I feel a map of the whole body would be beneficial. You can add your own tabs & tailor to suit your own needs..Version: 3.0.1

Very good for recording a fluctuating condition.Great app for someone with like myself with a fluctuating condition with many different symptoms. As I suffer from several different illness it great have the location of pain with the option to edit. Really good feature having the option to create a report to show a doctor. Would recommend this app to anyone with chronic pain..Version: 1.982

Easy!I love this app and recommend it to anyone who needs to journal pain. I have a herniated disc in my neck and need to track my pain for 6 months. This is easy to use and gives you a good calendar as well as a graph and PDF file that can be sent to your doctor. Very user friendly!.Version: 3.5.8

It keeps getting better.Yes it does. 😃.Version: 3.5.8

Great AppWith its highly customizable features you can track anything. For example, you can create a metric to track pain duration or a metric to track additional pain meds above your standard pain medication. Very good app, well laid out, appealing, easy to use..Version: 3.5.5

MrsExcellent! Highly recommend! Wish I wouldve thought of the concept. I suffer from RA so its great to be able to keep diary on my phone..Version: 3.0.1

NiceAll the features work really well Would be nice to be able to track what percentage of the day you are in pain Otherwise it is very useful.Version: 1.985

BrilliantI give this app 5 stars as I can keep a record of what's going on & the pain I'm in I have fibromyalgia I like it as u can change things in the notes as the day goes on or just simply update them. I will b showing my doctor thus app & get his email address 2 send the record every 3 months the only thing I would say get 2 no the app first b 4 use :-D.Version: 3.1.0

Great!Use this app to track fibromyalgia & myriad related conditions. Easy to use & customize. Highly recommend..Version: 3.5.5

Great appBought this app to keep track of my RA and IBD. Much easier than a diary as each entry is Ready to click on. Easy to add own categories and I love looking back on a month view as I know have an accurate view of how I've been in an instant. Planning to print the report as I have appointment coming up with a doc without any bedside manner:-/ love the way it is continually debugged and updated great value for anyone with long term health issues. Support is 2nd to none. :-)).Version: 1.990

Pain diaryThis diary is excellent as I have Fibromyalgia ect & it has helped me keep track of all my symptoms ect which has helped me understand what is going on with my health & also it has helped heaps in my treatment as I can print out a copy & give to my specialist so he can see how things are going which he really appreciated. I definitely recommend using this diary & it's easy to use!!!!!! It's your health so keep track of it!!!!!!.Version: 1.993

Just what the doctor ordered!Or at least it should be!!! An amazing tool for anyone unfortunate to suffer from chronic severe pain whatever the condition underlying it. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that it is so customisable that I have not yet uncovered all it's amazing capabilities in the relatively short time I have been using it. Perfect for recording details of your pain without moaning endlessly to others with the added bonus of improving doctor/patient exchange in a 10 minute NHS consultation when a well presented report can convey the information faster & more accurately. This app became an essential overnight!!! 😃.Version: 1.993

Recommend for sureThis app has being very beneficial to both me and my doctor and I highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain/illness! I would like to see some additional features added to make this app even more awesome. For example an event log where you could enter medication changes/procedures etc. and also an optional period log as many doctors may be interested in this. This may not apply to many but adding a seconds unit for duration would be super helpful because many pains e.g. icepick headaches last less than a minute and I like to track them. Thankyou so much for this app. Keep up the good work! :).Version: 3.1.0

Excellent app!I've been so happy with this app, from being able to customizing the pain level descriptions, the types and locations of pain, what treatments I've tried, etc. occasionally there is trouble accessing the weather info, but it seems to be a phone-wide issue for me, and not app specific. I was also able to get a quick response to some questions on the app's Facebook page. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs to track pain..Version: 3.5.8

Love this appI have a spinal disease and love this app to help keep track of pain and other symptoms. I love that I can add my own symptoms, triggers etc. Also like I can email them to my doctor. I wish two things: - they had a section for meds and a reminder to take them. Also a reminder to journal from the app would help. At times I forget so some days are blank. Over all it is a wonderful app to keep track of pain and symptoms..Version: 3.5.3

Great appGreat way to track multiple pain areas. Easy to use. I'd recommend this app to anyone with chronic pain..Version: 3.1.0

A must-have for everyone in chronic painAs above. I suffer from chronic pain as the result of a damaged leg muscle and this app has really helped both my doctor and I manage my pain, highlight triggers of pain and work out ways to reduce my pain. Highly recommended..Version: 1.993

Great app!!!!This is a wonderful tool for tracking pain; I'm only sorry I didn't start using it long ago. It has also helped me to clarify in my own mind the sorts of pains (dull, sharp etc) I have, so now I'm much more confident in dealing with my doctors. Prior to this app, I always had problems in accurately describing my various pains to my specialist doctors: not any more! The App designer provides great communication, and is continually looking to improve the app. and welcomes feedback. This app is an integral part of helping me to get the correct treatment, and is therefore essential to my recovery and on-going pain management..Version: 2.1.3

WOW that's a great appGreat app my doctor loves the organized pain documentation.Version: 1.991

Love itLove it.easy to use.Version: 1.993

Pain diaryWhile this is a good tool for symptom tracking I think there is room for improvement. The alarms, categories, graphs etc are all great. I would be able to use it effectively if I could personalized the categories and not just the tabs. Furthermore, using a tab for brain fog shows the symptoms for other tabs like pain: in practical terms, I select brain fog and have symptoms such as ache, burning, shooting pain, swelling, redness and itching etc all come up as well as the brain fog symptoms. All in all it is much more convenient than keeping a paper record..Version: 1.993

Provides invaluable evidence & infoPain Dr absolutely loves the reports because it tells him exactly what's going on. Such an easy app to use. Highly recommend to ANYBODY living with a chronic illness. Can't rate it high enough..Version: 3.5.5

Pain diaryBrilliant application. Definately the best way to keep a pain diary. It is quick and easy to use. Love the fact that it can be edited to your personal specifications. However, it would be better if you were able to edit entries after saving them. I have a tendancy to make mistakes when in pain. My neuro loves it. There is definately potential to develop this eg. Food diary for allergy sufferers, seizure diary for epiletics..Version: 0

If you need to track your pain - get this appBest tool I've found for tracking my complex migraine. Pain locations, types, triggers, symptoms, the works. I was really struggling before I found this app. Now I'm finding keeping a regular record to be a valuable management tool for helping me with my chronic migraine..Version: 3.5.8

Great App!!I love this app because when you suffer from chronic pain you tend to forget things and this is an amazing way to remember and it's very easy to use..Version: 3.5.5

Really helpful! Love it!Quick & easy to chart even complex episodes. Just as easy to review or correct past entries. I have chronic pain from back injury and facial neurological disease. I love having real data to show my doctors- and myself!- how m active my pain is and to track effectiveness of new treatments..Version: 3.5.8

FibromyalgiaThis diary really helps keep tract of my pain levels and my diet and exercise. Plus if the weather has changed which makes the pain worse..Version: 3.5.8

Really Useful AppThis app is great for tracking pain. My fiancée suffers from migraine and we use it to track her migraines. It is very easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone who has to track any sort of pain from migraine, fibromyalgia, trigeminal myalgia, etc..Version: 3.1.0

Essential for every chronic pain sufferer!I have been using this app for about two years, it has been so helpful in all areas of treatment, pain, medication, review and diagnosis, in fact, my surgeon spotted something by looking at my graph and was able to diagnose another condition, which is now being treated. This app should be used by the NHS and pain management groups nationwide. IT IS EXCELLENT ... And therapeutic in some respects, it helps to focus on the good days ... Don't hesitate... Install it :-).Version: 1.993

Great appFound this app extremely useful in helping me manage my conditions. The ability to back up to drop box is a great feature as is the report compiling..Version: 3.0.1

Simple & Easy to UseThis is an excellent app and one that it is very easy to use. I like the simplicity and ease of use, which for me, seems like a priority when I am recording pain. Excellent layout! Brilliant!.Version: 1.966

Top notch app!Flexible, comprehensive, customizable, works well for charting pain, medications, and other medical symptoms too. NOTE: most things you read in these reviews as "wish-I-could-do ... " comments CAN be done, so I guess the help docs are not as useful as they could be. Just poke around a bit, If I can do it, anyone can!.Version: 1.993

HelpfulAlways being worked on!! Works well for me. Easy to use!!.Version: 3.0.1

Great tool for finding possible patterns!Even after only a couple of days of use, I've started to realize trends in my headache patterns that I never noticed before. The automatic weather data for each entry makes it easy to see patterns related to precipitation, wind, etc. And once you've got things set up, it's really quick to input new entries. The only thing I would wish for is some way to integrate the health data collected by my iPhone with my tracked metrics. 'Data!data!data! he cried impatiently. I can't make bricks without clay.' - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.Version: 3.5.8

5 stars isn't enough!I've always had great things to say about this app but after this iCloud mess recently that caused the app to crash, it opened my eyes to just how dedicated the creator is. He went above and beyond to ensure the problem was rectified asap. I wish I didn't have to use it as often as I do... But due to migraines it definitely makes my life easier to keep track of them and the other features are really helpful. Definitely worth the price!!!.Version: 3.0.1

Great helpThis helps keep track of what works to controls my pain it has been a great help in adjustment and seeing patterns that I had not noticed before.Version: 1.991

Awesome App for tracking chronic pain. After being diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia in May this App has been invaluable in helping me keep track of symptoms and pain levels for both me and my doctor at times! I was able to print out a report to take to my specialist to help describe my condition. Money well spent! I recommend this App highly to anyone wanting to track pain!.Version: 1.993

Sas131I love this App & recommend it to any person with a chronic pain condition. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & Fibromyalgia & this app let's me keep track of my pain, symptoms & meds. The report section is great as it lets my specialist keep track of my progress or decline. Highly recommend!.Version: 1.981

GreatVery helpful and easy to use. I like the ability of tracking headache pain and also being able to assign colors to different issues.Version: 3.5.8

Very usefulA great ap to allow tracking of trends in flare-ups, triggers and ongoing management. Great for chronic pain sufferers..Version: 3.0.1

Great to keep track of painI love this app because is can be customized to fit you and your pain. Easy to keep track of bad days..Version: 3.5.8

Fabulous app - always!I've been using this for a couple of years now! All upgrades since have been well thought-out and reliable from day 1. My pain management specialist was gob-smacked at the available information and report format. I'd recommend this to friends!.Version: 3.1.0

So far so goodYou know, they ask us to rate these apps way too spoon....but here goes...... I love that this app is completely customizable. I mean, everything from where the pain is, to symptoms, remedies, how the pain feels. You have complete control. I wish there was a way to show that a pain continues from one day to another without stopping, but that's it. I've been using it for about five days and so far, I like it..Version: 3.5.8

Better for chronic pain than fmIt's a good app, and probably great for chronic pain suffers, but not quite what I need for fm. There's a lot of customization possible, but that means there's a lot to do to get it to be what you want. I like the weather tracking feature. I haven't tried creating a report yet..Version: 3.5.8

BrilliantBrilliant app, take the time to explore it. I've got fibro and eds, and love it...Version: 3.5.8

Great app - but 2 things I would changeI really like this app and use it daily to monitor my pain. I think the only thing I would like changed about it is I would like to be able to set the symptoms and triggers and pain maps etc for the specific colored pain tab without having to keep adding to the existing ones. It can make for a long list to go through if you have several areas of pain that you are keeping track of. I think it would also be awesome if you could add picture maps of other parts of your body besides your head..Version: 3.0.1

So Useful, And With The Weather!I've used this for months, and I love it! The auto timestamp and weather log are so important to me, because they help me track changes in my chronic migraine pain, and I know they will help my doctors and me to see correlations with humidity, barometric pressure, or even just the sun. The only downside I've found so far is with the Colored Flag system. You can flag each entry by color, so that you can tell the difference between your various chronic conditions' entries in the history at a glance. However, if you make a mistake and flag an entry with the wrong color, when you go back and edit that entry (which is entirely possible and very helpful), you cannot change the Color Flag. (Update from my original rating, you can delete the entry and begin again with the correct flag.) Other than that, with all of the reports and graphs it can create, this app has become the most important tool on my phone..Version: 3.5.8

Thank-You!!!!I don't know what I would do without this app! My pain specialist will be stoked when I come organized with my pain and experiences! Thank you so much for helping me help my Drs. Not just that but I have taught my husband to look in there so he doesn't have to ask me all the time how I'm doing! Thanks again!.Version: 2.1.3

Best pain tracking app! This app has become indispensable to me in tracking and helping me manage pain from migraine and (now) post-concussive syndrome. It has the rare combination of being dynamic and flexible, as well as clear and easy to use and read. The user interface is so clean - no jumble of data, just what I need, when I need it..Version: 3.5.8

Brilliant app!!!!I love it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and heavy duty medications so keeping track of pain as well as side effects of meds has been hard to do in an easy way. This app is so smart, functional, intuitive, easy to use with all factors you. Thank you for making life easier in this way. Everyone who needs to track discomfort .... download this app all you babyboomers!!!!.Version: 1.979

This app helped me communicate with my Doctor pain symptoms I was having...I was able to send photos to my Doc when I had random joints swell up. I would not have been able to documents my pain without this tool. Thank you for creating this! I am a BIG fan!.Version: 3.5.8

Excellent idea!! Covers everythingRecently diagnosed with Reiters Syndrome, this app has helped me to easily monitor the day to day pain in order to report back to my specialists, thank you!!.Version: 1.982

Great appHas helped me so much to chart my pain, having had Fibro for 11 years it's good to be able to chart progress up and down even through the fog..Version: 1.982

User Friendly & Useful! This app is great for chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and migraines. When I showed to my GP she took down all the app info to share it with other patients! Especially like the link with weather data..Version: 2.1.2

Brilliant App!I have a rare skin disorder called RDEB and I have found this app invaluable to me. My Nurse Specialist, my Doctor and Consultant love it too. It is so easy to use and it's easy to correct a mistake. Love the way you can make an entry for previous day if you forget on the day. Emailing report is easy and a great option to have. This is my most used app and has become a great quick and easy tool for monitoring my skin condition. My girlfriend has Fibromyalgia and she uses it every day and her Doctor loves it too. Would love to see a graph facility to check at a glance if condition has improved. And would love to see a more in-depth iPad version if possible with more features. Brill app for iPhone 4. Girlfriend has it on her iPod Touch. Look forward to future updates. Keep up the very good work!.Version: 1.962

Very helpfulThis app is great to monitor pain. The only thing missing is a category to monitor the functional improvement..Version: 2.1.3

Great AppExactly the kind of diary I've been looking for to keep track of my pain levels. Love it!!.Version: 1.993

Good so farI too thought it disappointing not to be able to transfer my info from the lite to the full version. That said have found it a very useful app..Version: 1.75

Good record keeperI keep a record of how I'm going. And provides reports. I have been able to use it for my moods as well as pain. Love it..Version: 3.5.8

Pain AppVery helpful. Use the reminder to take pulls. Maybe the reminder / alarm could be a little more persistent. If you are doing something else when it goes off. A variable setting, maybe?.Version: 1.988.1

A lifesaver.I have been using this to chronicle my fibro pain and it's just astounding. There are lots of options for customizing types of data and how you track it. The reports option is a godsend: I can just send my specialist a pdf file with my pain history on it so they can track flares if needed. recommended HIGHLY to anyone with chronic pain issues!.Version: 3.5.8

So far so goodWorks great to empty my head and get every detail out. My memory isn't great and it helps me with being able to keep track my symptoms..Version: 3.5.5
