✓ I tried all the rest, but this one was the best!Gold Tracker 3.0 is a significant improvement on previous versions with a fresh look for iOS8, covering gold, silver, platinum and palladium spot prices, with a bid/ask calculator. For me, however, the killer feature is the Vault where the user can log his/her precious metal purchases and track their performance over time. The selection of different bars and coins in varying weights and purities is very well thought out, and makes entering data a doddle. Yes, the Vault feature is an in-app purchase, which may put some people off, but since it goes towards supporting an independent entrepreneur, for me it was a no-brainer. When I dropped the developer an email with a query, he responded very promptly - and on a Sunday too. Now if only *all* my customer service interactions were like that… This app gets a solid five stars from me, and I never write reviews for apps unless they stand out from the crowd.
