✓ ScamI bought the app in the past and now they want to switch to subscription and so have made it unusable with pop ups pushing you to switch to a monthly payment plan. I wont pay it on principal and would recommend anyone considering it to find another app as this company does not operate ethically..Version: 3.14.6
✓ I want more for the money I paidI’m disappointed because the app doesn’t show you total time of your workout, once you select no. of cycles and no. of tabata’s. I would have thought total time was a simple ask for such a simple app that cost me 7.99. Also, it will only let me link to Apple Music - so after spending 7.99 for the app, I need to spend more on an Apple Music subscription if I want to add music. How stupid is that? ✓ Once great app that is now useless garbageI used this app religiously for my 3x week full body routine since late 2018. This last year they recently when to a paid model. Which is fine, but it requires you to dismiss a pop up ad for premium whenever opening the app for the first time or starting any timer. It was annoying, but it was one extra click before hitting start on your timer. Not too much of a problem. Now they want a yearly SUBSCRIPTION for this timer app, and said premium pop up has to be dismissed 4 times+ before you can start a timer. I wouldve done a one-time payment for this app easily. $10 a year for a timer app? I would've paid $60 for this app had this been the case since I started. Do not use this app. It's useless now. ✓ Needs a halfway sound indicatorBought this app for interval training it has a simple interface. However; the lack of an option that would indicating the user of the midpoint of an interval makes this app less useful than others. Often times interval training requires you to switch sides or movements during the prescribed work interval. To be honest a free version of similar Tabata apps have more customization. ✓ Developers is Not LoyalI have be using this app since 2021, and now the developers start changing to a annual subscription and refuses to honor my original purchase. I have been using this app every other day of the week and just like that I am unable to use it again unless I repurchase again but for under an annual subscription. I cannot even restore it, the app does not even recognize my purchase, I do not recommend this app, if this is how they are going to do people. I have also heard that the developers limit the current loyal customers access so know customers do not have the same access to the entire app anymore. I will just go look for another alternative. ✓ Developers have made almost uselessI got this app so long ago that I don’t remember whether it was free or paid. I think that I paid for it and got a good set of features. I didn’t use it for a while, and now that I started using it again in the last year, it has become almost useless. Every time I try to start it for the first time, I get an ad for the subscription version. I don’t want the subscription. It doesn’t offer anything that I’m interested in. So, when the ad would pop up, I would have to hit the “Not Now” to use the timer. (There was no option for “Not Ever”.) More recently, though, that doesn’t do it. I hit “not now”, then the start button and the ad comes back. I hit “not now” again, then the start button, then the ad comes back. At this point, I have to dismiss the ad at least 4x before hitting the start button actually starts the timer. It has gotten so frustrating that I found another timer app, Timer Plus, that I bought years ago and now I’m using that. It’s much less frustrating. ✓ Good, but could be improved.Hello all, This is a fantastic product that offers the end user everything they need to setup their interval training program. It is Adjustable, flexable, easy to use and easy to navigate. It is the best program i've found out there, and I've tested quite a few. Things that could be improved, -different sounds for the starting and stopping of the cycles? Clearly the people that wrote the program don't use their product because they would have fixed this before releasing it. When you start the Tabata it’s smooth but if you end it then try to start it up again too quick it freezes for a few seconds and then starts. On my 6s it never did this. ✓ Good but....I like everything about this app - except that it sometimes skips the rest period after a set. At first, I thought it was me; that I zoned out and missed the rest at the end of the set. But the last time I used it, I watched carefully and sure enough it went from “work” to “work” with no rest between. Also, I’m home doing workouts posted by my boot camp class and sometimes our coach breaks up a set with 2 exercises - for example, 1 minute set with one exercise for 40 seconds and the other for 20 seconds. There is no way to set the timer to account for this - which requires me to hold my phone or put it somewhere that I can see it which isn’t always practical depending upon the exercise..Version: 3.10.5

So, all we’re hearing is the beginning of the song and it never completes the song and go on to the next one. Frustrating as an instructor, because it used to work just fine before.
