✓ Great appThis is by far the best Eight Off option available. The best. My only issue is how when you choose a card to move, the card bounces up before it moves. It doesn't add anything and is hard on my eyes (and stomach) - especially since I never only play 1 game. I (and others I know) would play much more if that could be turned off. ✓ Best free cell I've triedThis free cell not only looks good, but feels good and sounds good. It's very satisfying to flick the cards across the screen and have them "kshhhht" into place. Obviously the creators took into account all the senses involved in working with a touch screen. Kudos. There's just one little thing--not enough to take away a star. About every 500 games or so, the game won't let you move a last card in a column to the waiting area. There is almost always an alternative move you can make to break the hold, but it's as if the game is saying, "Uh-uh, not that one. There's a better move." I find this annoying, but as it's rare and I can get around it, it's no big deal. I played the free version for about a year, but finally couldn't take accidentally hitting on the add and being forced into the App Store. This game is really fun..JonesinforkenkenVersion: 1.6.2

✓ No futility indicatorI like this very much. Better than any other I’ve seen except it could be much better. It should have an indicator to let you know as soon as you make a move that puts you in a position with no possible solution. In all fairness, I haven’t seen any other FreeCell game that does that either. But it could. The Brainium version will tell you that but you have to ask for it, it doesn’t do it automatically as you go along. ✓ Freecell HDI prefer this version of freecell, having tried two other iPad versions. Good features: - No Gamecenter link, which takes time and an internet connection at every start-up, which is very annoying when one just wants to have a few minutes of solitaire. - No third-party ads. - Bold, clearly legible card numbers make it easier to find cards in the columns. The wobbling-card clue feature can be turned off in the preferences settings, which is how I use the game. Some people may miss the lack of a game-timer, but it's a personal-preference thing. Solitaire for me is about relaxing, not rushing. There are only two small features that I miss that were on the freecell game in my Palm PDA: 1) a display of how many cards can be shifted in one move. 2) an indicator to alert me when either one move, or no moves are possible. As an experienced player, I can get by fine without those two features. But they make the game easier to learn, and remove some of the "am I missing something?" doubts. There are no game numbers assigned and therefore no ability to call up specific games like in the Windows version. With Windows if you encounter a difficult game, you can challenge your friends to see who can solve it the fastest. Without game numbers and the ability to play a specific deal, you can't challenge friends or go back later to a specfic deal that you had trouble solving. ✓ GoodBest of the lot so far. I was a fan of freecell on my Palm ( I know, outdated.) It is fast and works well. With your app, sometimes the cards don't go to the Appropriate spot for them they always prefer to go to the left,or to an empty space, I notice , but you have improved other stuff..
