✓ Disappointing but excellent supportI am very disappointed after downloading the app as I wanted a way to organise my images into folders and access these folders through my other photo apps, but I find after buying the app that this is not possible so what I thought would be a useful app isn't for my purposes. I wish the dev had made this clear in the apps description. However in response to my email their response was very prompt and apologetic for what turns out are Apples restrictions on what they can do. The developer is trying hard to get this facility included so I can't fault their attitude, so come on Apple stop being so tight with your regulations..Version: 0

✓ DELETED IT. DONT BUY THIS APP.A person can only have so much patience. I gave benefit of the doubt time after time because I really liked the app.…(when it was working). But I decided it was too much work to deal with the uncertainty every stinking time they updated, that my photos and videos would disappear (again). They updated so many times—it was simply ridiculous. It is a real shame too, because the app design was what I needed. I really don't know why they couldn't seem to get a grip on their constant update 'buggy-ness'. Holy cow though, I've got better things to do then worry about my pics/videos being lost. It took a long time, but I took all my pics & videos (hundreds) out and deleted this app which started out wonderful but ended up complete horse pooty. I do not advise buying this app..Version: 3.1.2
✓ Not bad but a few nigglesAn improvement over the default Camera Roll, the dev has put a lot of thought into the design and it shows and it's pretty good. Three points though, 1. It would be great if you could sort out the current issue of not been able to set pictures as wallpapers from within the app (I note your comments in the faq but even so...). 2. When there is more than 12 items in a folder then the first row of pics are pushed up slighty, making the folder look messy which is a shame as the rest of the app is very nice. 3. The app 'crops' pictures when displaying them (black borders on left / right side). The camera roll doesn't have this issue, why? If these could be sorted then this would be a 5 star app..Version: 2.6.0

✓ VideojunkyCan't add videos even though it says you can. This is trade description stuff. Moved my photos to the folders and then realised that I couldn't access them via USB to back them up on my PC. So had to move them back again. ✓ Memory HogThis app is nice, but with one fatal flaw - it duplicates the pictures you copy from your camera roll (or copy to your camera roll). It actually makes a second copy of each photo on your iphone eating precious memory. So, if you have 400MB of pictures in your camera roll and copy them to this app, then you have another 400MB of photos in this app totally 800MB. You could delete them in the camera roll, however, all photo apps pull pictures only from your camera roll, not this app. So, if you put pictures in this app and delete them from the camera roll, then you can not edit them in any photo program. Unless you want to continually copy and delete back and forth between this app and the camera roll..Version: 2.5.1

✓ The fix works!It works again - I've got my photos back. Was a great app (5 star) became a very bad app (1 star) when it lost all my photos - and everyone else's too. ✓ IIs it me or it doesn't get access to any other albums than the Camera Roll? If it's the case, then I'm disappointed. I'm looking for something that can organize all my photos on my Iphone and not only the ones in the Camera Roll. I have thousands of pix on my iphone and I need something to organize them like on the Ipad. This is why I'm only giving 3 stars to this application, which I was hoping to get more from it. ✓ Broken updateI'm getting really annoyed with this app. The last update, 2.8.1, said "don't update" and now that's been replaced with 2.8.2 and that's saying exactly the same thing. Most annoying, because there are so many app updates due to ios5 I can no longer "Update All" because of this stupid broken app. It means I have to update each app individually which is a real pain. Why oh why do developers release software BEFORE PROPERLY BENCHTESTING??? - its absolutely inexcusable. TO THE DEVELOPER: I hope you read my feedback and take notice that many of your customers are seriously angry, and quite rightly too! ✓ DisappointingThis is a flawed gem. It is so close to being great but falls flat because some basic functionality which should be present, isn't: 1) Option to display photos in either full screen (my preference) or full image. My Photo Albums app gives this option so I don't see why Photo+Folder cannot. At the moment, there is no consistency; portrait photos are shown full screen, yet landscape photos are shown full image. 2) Sub-folders would be useful. 3) More themes, please! 4) When browsing a large folder, the scrolling is jerky and ruins the experience. I'm sure it wouldn't take much to make scrolling smooth, as it should be. Overall, Photo+Folder is quite disappointing but it does have huge potential to be the best photo albums app. I have contacted the developer about the improvements I listed above; I hope they will make the changes in the next update. ✓ Buggy camera roll accessBeen using this app for 6 years now and I love it. Unfortunately this latest update doesn’t allow me to access my camera roll completely to upload my pics and vids. By completely I mean it shows a bizarre folder with old out of sequence pics or even pics that have been deleted from my camera roll. It’s weird and a bit worrisome when it comes to the integrity of my data. It’d be great if the next update fixed this since I’ve come to rely on this app for so long..Version: 3.5.20
✓ Crash Crash CrashIn theory it's a great app. It houses all your photos and allows for simple sorting and organizing; however, lately it crashes every time I try to open a picture for viewing it crashes. ✓ Perfect... BUTThis is really a generous three stars, but I have to give credit to the app, because it sorts photos great. But if you are like me and you have a lot of photos and take LOTS OF VIDEOS then this probably isnt the app for you... I had double photos now AND videos, which took up DOUBLE space! I recommended this to my mother and she has a 16 GB capacity and all of her memory was taken up, until we finally realized it was THIS app! i think it's more convenient to just use the camera app that comes with apple devices, because it's too slow for when you really have to take a urgent picture!.Version: 2.6.0

✓ With regret...Up until the last update, this was my favorite of all time. I'd have given it a 10++++ if I could. With the latest update, it no longer connects using wifi, and that was the to-die-for feature that made it the stunning app that I swooned over since its debut. Contact with the company produced no positive outcome--not even an intent to take the issue under advisement. Responding to their suggestion that the problem is likely on my end, I responded that I have experienced no wifi connection problems with any other recently updated, albeit inferior apps. I never heard from them again so I have to replace it. What a shame....Version: 2.6.0
✓ Great until latest updateThis app was my "go to app" for storing all my photos and videos that I did not want to keep in my photo album....UNTIL the latest update. Now whenever I try and open any photo the app crashes. Sadly the latest update says that this was the reason for the update...to fix the app crashing. It never crash until now. ✓ DisappointedLooks good, takes ages to transfer and sort out photos but seems a great idea. Only today found the fault: either every photo takes up double space on your iPhone or you delete the photos from your roll. I did the latter and I missed quick access from other apps to my photos. You can't even set a wallpaper from within this app. Also, when I copied photos back to the roll, it has slightly changed the file sizes and lost the data for date taken. Disappointed because I like to look back to when a photo was shot. 1 more thing, the app is a bit jumpy to scroll in, not as smooth as Apple's camera roll and whilst transferring photos back to the roll the app crashed and had to re-start 3 or 4 times..Version: 2.4

I lost all the photos previously in the app. I have tried this new version but it is terrible. I don’t want a password but it doesn’t seem to operate without one. ✓ Got me again!As you can see below, the first review I wrote for this app was a glowing one. Since the last two disaster updates, I feel compelled to change my rating. First of all, I, like I'm sure many others, saw the update along with other app updates and hit the "update all" button which was done dozens of times before. You just don't expect an update to appear which says "do not update". Secondly, since this happened once already, one wouldn't expect that the same app would do it again. Unfortunately I was wrong and lost everything like so many others. Please developers, don't issue an update that isn't ready so this doesn't happen again. I think you list a few customers on this one. This app is great! I transfer all pics and videos from my camera roll and put them in categories. Beats looking through hundreds of pictures in the roll to find the one you're looking for. Works flawlessly..Version: 3.3.3
✓ Great folder organization but…Small gripe but one I’ve had for years since using this app. You used to be able to change the folders colors into a VERY vibrant color of your choice. Now every single color choice is faded or washed out. The color spectrum and hue slide definitely do not coincide correctly. I’d love a fix to this as I have plenty of older folders with amazing color choices. It’s a small gripe but one I really hope gets a fix since this app is STILL getting updates..Version: 3.5.25
✓ Lost All my PhotosI had a lot of photos saved on the app. I changed to a new cell phone carrier and I don’t know if it was the new carrier, or the guy set up my phone wrong, I had re download all my apps that were on my phone. ✓ Pretty good ..I like this app and love the idea. I enjoy the UI very much as well as the dev's attention to detail. App has a very clean, professional feel. I wish the camera function could be useful as the primary camera for the phone. As of right now, the in-app camera saves too slowly for practical use (even when saving only within the app itself, and not the iphone camera roll) and the confirmation ('use' or 'retake') feature slows it down even more. This is my main concern so far, since I'd like to be able to keep all my images in one place without having to go through the process of copying the files into the app every time I take more pictures. If the in-app camera were faster between shots, I would mainly use that as my camera to avoid having to copy/sort later from the camera roll into the app. I haven't yet tried the wifi backup yet so I can't comment on its functionality. Three stars for now, until i try out the wifi feature and hopefully see some updates in other areas! Thanks for the effort in the meantime! :].Version: 0
✓ Used to be great but now constantly crashesThis app used to be great, but with recent IOS software updates, it constantly crashes. Very disappointing, because this was an awesome app previously.
