AmazingGreat for everyone!!! By far the best.Version: 4.0

Very useful fingering resource.Thank you for this well written App. I am happy to have found it and feel that it was worth the money. One request: Would it be possible to have recordings of the relative instruments playing the notes? I appreciate that this would be hard to do, but perhaps a compromise would be synthesized instruments??? I think that it would really add to the value of this App to add this feature. (Currently the the notes come out as played on a piano for all instruments. The visuals for each instrument show the keys layout of the instrument in a nicely done way, but the notes are sounded as a piano.) Another feature I would like to see is the ability to lock in the incidentals for a given Key that I'm playing in. This feature would allow me to set 4 flats, for example, and then I could run up and down the scale in the middle and get the flats where appropriate. I'm not (merely-- ;-) being lazy! I think that this would really add value. Right now, for example, I am getting used to playing a piece with 4 flats (sorry, but I don't know what key that is, yet). If I could set the Key I could then just slide up and down in the middle to show the flats by default. It's easy to remember and/or see them in the bar. It is harder to see/remember them when I'm playing above the bar on my flute. Incidentally, the reason I chose to get this App is that I needed to learn the second and third register fingerings on my flute. I also would benefit by help in learning to see the notes above the staff. I am obviously an intermediate player, but I'm guessing that many who buy this App are as well. With these additional features I would gladly pay more for this App. I love what you have created here and would gladly upgrade to your future work if you end up adding these and whatever other features. Thanks again for this tool. It is very useful for me in my flute playing. Cheers, Mark Hoza Mark Hoza's Kything Flutes Australia WoodenFluteMaker.com.Version: 0

Missing relevant fingerings on SaxOverall this app has potential but for me it falls short for my intended purpose. I am looking to be reminded of altissimo fingerings that I use. I know there are many fingerings on sax and I don’t want to be distracted by the many possibilities. Ideally I’d like to touch the chart to add the fingering I use and have it saved as a custom fingering. Or maybe you support a database that has fingerings that can be downloaded? I like the sound of the note as you have it but maybe you could have some other sounds available in a database? Overall I like your app very much Thanks, Frank Cahill.Version: 6.2

DetailedA few points: 1. Amazing range! I can't comment on the instruments other than the clarinets, but I can tell you the range for the soprano Bb Clarinet is astonishing!! (Low E - 3 leg. lines to High High High A - 8 leg. lines) 2. Would it be possible to add the ability to change the text font? 3. Another suggestion to further increase the excellent level of interactivity: what about maybe, when playing the trill, having the orange button turn on/off to represent the fingering for each note? Overall, a great app!.Version: 3.4

Really great appNow I don't have to keep referring to a hard copy to show fingerings for the different woodwinds I teach. Each instrument has a good range with alternate fingerings when they are apply. The display shows you concert pitch as well as the written pitch. You can run up and down a piano keyboard to find the pitch you need. You can hear it if you need to match pitch. This is a great app for any woodwind player that doubles and isn't too confident about the upper range of an instrument that isn't their principle discipline. Its easy to read and manipulate..Version: 4.5

Great functionality! However, it is a little pricey. Also, the interface could be a little prettier, but that is a secondary concern. Great work with this app!.Version: 3.3

Very FineThis is not an effusive endorsement, but I can say that I will use it. The layout is good and app functionality is effective. Flat / sharp choice (left/right) is not real consistent. With it's limit to wood winds, it seems a little pricey, but at least it works..Version: 4.1

Almost perfectGreat app. As someone who plays flute, saxophone, clarinet, and oboe, this app has been a great help. The saxophone, clarinet, and oboe fingering charts are great, covering all the notes I need and then some. However, the flute fingering chart falls short. I even know how to finger some notes higher than a high c. That's all that keeps me from giving it the fifth star..Version: 3.4

Professional recommendationVery impressed - great alternatives, easy interface and an absolute must for all teaching professionals, students, keen amateurs and kids too!.Version: 3.3

Very useful! The best app for sax fingering..Version: 5.1

Very nice app! This app has come a long way in a short time. Well done!.Version: 0
