✓ Got for commercial prepHas the entire bank, and may be the tedious way to study but by all accounts from fellow pilots, on the commercial written, learning the bank is the best way to score high because so many of the choices are intentionally so close. I used other guides/methods of course for private & instrument study, but due to the hair-splitting nature of commercial I found this pain-staking method most effective...at least for me. Thanks for creating this app, which is far less than online courses or especially live courses!.Version: 0
✓ Great study appI have used king until now but not anymore, a great training tool for a tenth the cost. If you buy this app you will not bee disappointed, but I suggest exploring there unique STACK system, I did not understand it at first but it will cut study time way down buy only studying weak ares instead of the whole database. ✓ Great way to studyI have tried to use other applications to help me study for various FAA tests but they would have outdated questions or it would only be a final test and not help with the preparation of the test. I believe that the work that was put into this app but all the other apps that they have made is extremely well thought out and done in a fashion that makes it easy for the user to customize what they need to study for and what they are having trouble remember for the test. They also have amazing customer support for any questions that you have or any problems you have with the app. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to study for an FAA test and be able to study anywhere at anytime..Version: 10.3.2

✓ New knowledge test for airplane commercial win!I have used Dauntless applications for airplane private pilot, instrument, commercial, instrument and advanced ground instructor and airplane Cfi and they are by far the best products on the market in my opinion-I will continue to use them as I go forward for CFII and multi engine- I took the actual FAA commercial airplane test today in Allentown Pennsylvania and I scored an 89% and a large part of that credit goes to this effective application- I used the app almost daily and I updated twice a week to make sure I have the latest content and it all apparently worked very well- The convenience of having this tool available at all times can not be over stated.Version: 10.3.2
✓ IPhone App TerribleFirst of all, I love these study guides and have used them to pass both my private and instrument written tests. However the iPhone app doesn't work. Works on iPad flawlessly but the questions glitch on the iPhone. I'll be studying on the iPad from here on..Version: 10.3.2

✓ CGXScored a 92% on my commercial pilot glider test! Although about 70% of the questions were on the real test it is safe to say that this software is great for learning the knowledge! Even though I came across a few unfamiliar questions you can still work through them with what you have learned through the practice questions! One example of these minor differences were if a question was asked and the answers were to be in fahrenheit on the practice software, on the real test they asked for the answer in Celsius. So on the practice test the answer would be (more than 68 degrees F) and on the actual test the answer is (more than 20 degrees C) Little things like that! But all in all would definitely recommend for anyone looking to study for the commercial pilot glider test!.Version: 10.3.2
✓ Awesome!Cannot imagine anything being better. I am 61 years old, pursuing my Commercial certificate. GroundSchool was perfect for reviewing before my knowledge test. Every question looked familiar--because it was! I had seen every question before on GroundSchool. I scored 97%. Automatic updates were great, and they came frequently (a couple of times a week). That gave me assurance I had the latest of the question pool. Graphics were good, limited only by the quality the FAA provides. I loved the various modes, and most often used the flash card learning mode. Software worked flawlessly on my iPad, too. I never had a single glitch. ✓ 92 on my commercial knowledge test.I used the mp3 playback of questions and answers. Listened to them while driving. Listened all the way through a few times. And it helped immensely. I used another video course for the more difficult problems such as angle to converge and time, distance and fuel to station. But I'll be purchasing this app for future tests. Well worth the money. ✓ A consistent winnerJust getting started on my Commercial. I've used the PC versions of Ground School for my Private and Instrument and got great scores on my tests. This is the first time I've tried it on the iPad and I must say it is spectacular. The interface is excellent and very intuitive. ✓ Great supplement to prepare!I just completed my Commercial rating and it was made easier thanks to this app. I studied using the ASA books, and that was a great thorough study, but then added a few rounds of this app to prepare for the written. I got a score in the 90's with no problem. I really like the question stacks and the ability to get immediate explanations configured to display either all the time, or only when you get one wrong. It's a great package. I didn't really use the check ride prep one much, but I should before my CFI. I also used the dauntless prep for my CFI FOI test today and scored in the mid 90's as well, so you can bet I'll be using this for the FIA test as well..Version: 9.6.11

✓ Best in classI have used Dauntless Ground School to pass my IFR, GLIDER and soon my commercial. I have also used as a refresher prior to BFRs and IPCs. The software is very intuit and precise. But what is particularly excellent, is that the software and content allows me to not only pass the test with a high grade (which makes for a much easier check ride), but as importantly, to learn the underlying material and the logic of the test . I have tried Kings and this is much more easy, particularly if you like to supplement the material with reading in a standard text book. Well worth the expense..Version: 9.6.11

✓ The only way I prepare for tests, or let my students take themI’ve used Dauntless apps to prepare for every FAA written test I’ve taken, and my lowest score is 90%. Two features that are absolutely worth mentioning are the ability to share test results with an instructor, which allows a student to prepare on their own tim. An instructor can track preparation and even provide a remote sign-off (by scanning the endorsement and emailing it). The second feature is that the app gets free updates for life. I began in aviation as a glider pilot, and used the app to pass my glider test. When I decided to fly airplanes, I updated the app and its question bank, and studied for another test at no charge. If you will be taking lots of knowledge tests, the free updates will save you a bundle. Don’t use this app to memorize test questions. The FAA no longer publishes test questions, so no app will have a question bank to simply memorize. Go through the question bank, READ all of the excellent explanations, and you’ll be prepared for whatever the FAA puts on your test..Version: 10.3.2
