✓ Needs more work!Just downloaded the app and gave it a test. It is ok if you are wanting to know how much a payment will be, but if you have a payment in mind and want to calculate how much can be borrowed then get a real estate calculator because this app falls short on this point. I found it easy to use for finding the payment if loan amount is know and interest and term. A lot of times a possible payment amount is calculated from the buyers salary and other debts, then you run the other knowns, term and interest, to calculate how much they may be able to borrow. If I could calculate how much I can borrow then I can give more stars..IN THE WOODS?Version: 0
