I guess I just blew twenty bucks. Revision as of Nov. 27, 2011....... I am upgrading my rating to four stars now that the app seems to be working properly and downloading is possible. Once the issue is downloaded, the magazine is very readable and attractive. It presents the content in a very pleasant manner.
