✓ Great Customer Service!Below I have left a copy of my first review explaining my problems with the app. I contacted the company and my issues was addressed within 24 hours. I was given tips on how to make the ringtones work while the programmer reviews potential glitches. I am so thrilled with the attention I was given. 5 stars! 5 stars! It let me make several ringtones on the app perfectly, and the instructions on the website talk you through how to get them on your phone. The only problem was, it let me transfer ONLY ONE ringtone over to my phone, for the rest I received error messages about how they wouldn't be able to be played on the iphone. Why not? Its the correct file type according to the website and instructions. It plays on my itunes and is listed under my ringtones on the computer, but won't go onto the phone. WHY DID IT WORK FOR ONE BUT NOT FOR ANYMORE!!! If someone can explain this to me, I'd give it 5 stars; the one that actually transferred works great!.Version: 2.1.0

✓ 19-Second RingtonesI have an iPhone 3GS, and I discovered that on this phone ringtones play for 19 seconds instead of 40 seconds. Therefore, I make the length of my ringtones 19 seconds and 85 milliseconds. Precisely 19 seconds is too short, and the ringtones begin again just before the phone stops ringing, causing an imperfect fade out. Precisely 20 seconds is too long, and the phone stops ringing before the fade out begins, again ruining the effect of the ringtone. 19 seconds and 85 milliseconds is the perfect length of time for my ringtones. Now that I have discovered that, I love this app! With HD Ringtone Creator, I can create ringtones that iTunes does not have. For example, iTunes does not have a ringtone of "Goin' Crazy" by Natalie, and with HD Ringtone Creator, I was able to make the perfect one..Version: 2.1.1

ALL the other apps make you select a song in ur iTunes library before you can change it to record a voice or tv show. ✓ Finally a way to customize tones!One of the things that always bothered me about the iPhone was, even with all it's areas of superiority-both usability and technology-something as simple as ringtone (and other tones) configuration should have been there from the beginning. It is one of the primary ways people give their non-iPhones their own unique personality. It amazes me that even today the functionality is not there. This app is very simple to use for basic functionality and also allows you to do fine-tuned editing for perfectionists. As far as the couple folks here and there that are talking about the process being hard, that's an iPhone/Apple thing and really has nothing to do with actually using the app. Hopefully Apple will eventually open up the API a bit and allow apps to write directly into the ringtone library, but right now, this is what it is. The author did an excellent job making the app itself easy to use and I applaud his effort..Version: 2.5.0
