✓ E-cardsI have a long story to tell. I needed to send an e-card to my dear niece in Norway. She had just lost her best friend at the age of 30 years old and as you can imagine was devastated. My niece’s birthday is 24th March and wanted to send her an e-card with out any razzamatazz. I looked at your e-cards and chose one… only to find it’s not an e-card (ps I have done e-cards before) and it was a ‘send’ card! I then did it again to the tune of 5 times… still not an e-card. Why? When I am on the app ( deleted and reinstalled twice) for clarity can’t I find a e-card ? I have just sent one in Febuary Anyway managed to talk to Georgia thro the talk you have and she sent me a link which gave me samples of e-cards. I personalised one and sent it I can’t believe it was so difficult. I was on here for 2 hours last night and then this morning. ✓ Awful UpdateSo I’m about to check out my meticulously personalised card and then at the very end the app says it needs to update, with no way out. So I do this, and sure enough as I suspected I lose my order. Then on the updated app I can’t even find how to create a personalised photo card, I looked everywhere! Eventually found it after scrolling through a huge list of cards (vs the front page on the app prior to the update). Then I try to customise my photo and it only lets me change the text and not the photo, no matter where I click. Close app, start again and it then seams to work. ✓ Watch your basket!Yesterday, I was ordering a Mother’s Day card. I chose one, personalised it and completed it, adding it to my basket. I entered my Mum’s name and address then a pop-up asked me if I wanted to enter her birthday so they could remind me about it- I decided to go so- then another pop-up asked if I wanted reminded about Mother’s Day next year- again, I selected yes. Then it told me something had gone wrong. I tried to look in my basket but there were only faint pink squares and no text so I began the whole process again. When I’d finished the second card, my Mum’s address was already in my contacts but throughout the process it still indicated that there was nothing in my basket. When I got to the checkout, it had already scrolled down to the total amount due and payment methods- it seemed liked too much! I scrolled up only to find that BOTH the first (the one that had disappeared!) AND the second card were in my basket. I deleted one and only paid for one but just be careful- my sister said the app had been playing up a bit for her, too. It may just be that there is so much traffic as lots of people are ordering cards for Mother’s Day cards BUT MAJE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PAYING!.Version: 7.183.0

I really enjoy putting together an image personal to the recipient and popping it onto a blank card. ✓ 1st timerFirst time I’ve used Moonpig mainly because of Covid-19 and lockdown. After several errors, I eventually sorted out how to personalise the card. This, in all fairness, was mainly due to not knowing how to use a photo off Dropbox (at my age, 73, I’m not particularly tech savvy but sorted it eventually). The idea of sending a gift with the card is brilliant and the cost of 24 hour tracked postage is very reasonable. Now, I just have hope that all goes well with the delivery as this card is for my favourite (and only) grandson’s 18th birthday. Last but not least I got an introductory 10% discount, win win!!! The cards in the gallery view load much quicker than the website does, I can only presume the cards load in a different order between app and website, else the app is missing quite a few cards! It also seems the only way to make a card large is to wait until you are at the point of paying and clicking the ‘make it large’ button. Never have I been let down with delivery times or quality . The photo cards are cute. The only issue is that the none photo cards selection is limited and not updated, so after a few years of using this, I’m bored. ✓ Shocking service and blamingOrdered a card Tuesday, first class delivery. Get notified it had been dispatched on Tuesday evening (first class), so would have expected it Thursday at the latest. Now being told cause if the strike action today, Friday the 9th of Dec, it will be delayed. That is poor etiquette blaming others for your poor delivery, as it should have arrived yesterday. Poor service, cause one thing said and another action done. Terrible experience that took the shine off a special day. Probably use alternative moving forward. ✓ Moonpig is greatI always use to send cards to my family and friends, I live overseas so it makes it super easy to send cards without paying crazy international postage prices. You can choose from some really great designs or upload photos. I’ve just used the option to upload a handwritten message and it looks great, altho it’s best with black text. I’ve also used the group message option to send a card to my mum from me and my sister and that was also great. Easy to use app also has Apple Pay so it’s so quick and easy to send cards. Also would be great to have a “save” function; can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve had to re do a card each order (for a mixture of reasons - human error or app failure). ✓ Love it... but..Love the app, love being able to create and send cards and gifts to friends and family via app... my only problem is that when selecting photos you can really edit it, crop or scale it thru the phone... that’s a lie, I was able to scale it a bit. But it was such a challenge to pinch the tiny photo box, with out the app shutting down, or without it selecting another photo... I gave up in the end and sent the card with peoples heads chopped off or with a super zoomed in photo of their face.. trust me it’s not as funny as that sounds and it’s totally gonna look a bit odd. I have tried ordering from the Australian store and frankly it’s quicker to order from the UK even though I live in New Zealand! The other big error is there Reminders option. Flowers and card arrived on time this time yet despite it costing a lot more to add flowers to the order most of which was green foliage and not flowers.!!! ✓ App has bugsI’ve been a fan of Moonpig and used them many times over the past couple years however, I’m not impressed by the app. When attempting to purchase, the app often tells me there’s an error and to call customer service. I’ve deleted and re-installed but the problem persists. If I go to the website rather than the app everything goes through fine, it’s just frustrating having to redo everything. Also the app won’t allow you to buy more than one card at a time (within the same order) where the website does. Still a lover of Moonpig but would love if they fixed these bugs!.Version: 6.10.0

✓ A good, convenient way to send cardsThis app is a good tool to send cards, especially at short notice or when you can’t get to a shop and/or post Office. I particularly like the fact that you can upload a photo or two for that personal touch. One thing I would like to see though, is proper calibration when you adjust the size of your message. There is no way to either lock the size setting or a way to see the actual size selected and therefore when writing in the next block, some guess work is required to make the entire message uniform. ✓ Far too many notificationsThe app in itself is really easy to use and I have no problems with it. They sent me an offer last month to get 40% off of a Mother’s Day card which I purchased and used. This doesn’t seem to have been recognised in the app with regards to reminder notifications. I think 5+ notifications a day about purchasing a Mother’s Day card is excessive and very annoying. If I turn the notifications off then I lose event reminders but if I leave them on I get bombarded into buying my mother an enormous amount of cards and gifts. ✓ Delivery failure twice in a rowWe live overseas, so we use Moonpig frequently to send cards (often with gifts) to our family in the UK. Up until recently, we have been very happy with the service. However, the last two cards with gifts that I ordered have failed to turn up. Upon contacting Moonpig, I am just told that the warehouse is very busy at the moment and I am offered a refund. This isn’t all that helpful if a birthday of a loved one has been missed. If the warehouse is falling behind, the customers should be contacted BEFORE the delivery due date so we can try and find alternative gifts and cards. ✓ Needs work to make great!The site is difficult to use on application on phone, especially when ordering personalised card requiring lots of text (e.g. magazine style). Difficult to view and edit. Also would prefer Paypal as payment option instead of entering card numbers each time. I have used Moonpig for years and always find quality and timing of printing to be efficient. I just feel that the application is not as easy as it should be! It would also be helpful if cards saved and you could go back to complete later. ✓ Confirmation email takes a very long timeI placed an order and received no email confirmation. Which I thought may have meant my order didn’t go through. So I then redid my order and tried again. Still no email confirmation. I was charged twice and both orders went through, the confirmation email was sent hours later. I emailed customer service and they were able to cancel and refund one of my orders. They also added $5 to my account, which was great to keep me as a customer. As long as my card arrives, I am happy to use Moonpig again. Just be aware that it can take hours to receive a confirmation email and just assume your order went through before placing another one..Version: 7.126.0
✓ Frustrating and time consumingI have had to restart the order from scratch (quite a lengthy process for a multiple photo card) 3 times just to edit one photo or one typo. The photos have frequently gone back to unedited versions once I have typed my text on the next pages. At the basket stage, I edited one card and it then saved over the other, resulting in two identical cards. I got to the order stage and after ordering could see that my photos on one card had reverted back to their unedited stage. Incredibly frustrating and time consuming.Version: 7.159.0

✓ Loyal customerI know Moonpig is a popular site but there are so many other sites operating the same way. Contacting customer service is OK but their replies tend to be a little slow once you get through as if they're dealing with a couple of other people as well as you so you don't feel as though you have their undivided attention. I know that when you add reminders, after ordering 3 you will receive notification to say you have a free card. Of all the years I've been with them this has never happened and I've mentioned it time after time. Only on one occasion did my card NOT arrive in time and that was during lockdown so I'm grateful for that. The cards are good quality and I like the fact you can add a handwritten note too. I gave it 4* because when you've finished the card and pay for it it no longer allows you to edit it. You used to get at least an hour or so in which to do this but I've tried several times even sending an email as I panicked but no one got back to be. ✓ Great time saver for busy peopleI love and use this service because I can never access a post office or newsagent during normal working hours and I love being able to add photos to cards so family feel like they are getting photo updates of your life. It is unfortunate how over time the prices have increased and the Aus Post delivery services causes delays outside of the time frames provided by moonpig. The biggest issue I have is that the app and the website don’t speak to each other. You can’t develop cards and add to cart to finish or send them from the app and visa versa. ✓ Coyote VestHello, Many thanks for coming up with a wonderful idea like the “Coyote Vest” When my little Chihuahua got attacked by two black dogs on a (long loose leash) I had to drop yo my knees to keep the big dogs away from little Pepe, there is more to the story but all I want to say is that a lot of people got the “Coyote Vest” Since seeing mine and I am going to Make sure a lot more people know too, because this is life saver, thank you for such a wonderful idea, I will add that where I live there are also Coyotes and some times they run together with others so this is why I am Thrilled with This little Coyote Vest, it could well be a life saver. ✓ App doesn’t allow editsThe app is not as good as the website. It is not easy to edit photo uploads and you can’t see the photo in full screen as the photo selection doesn’t disappear. There is no preview of text only photo. You can not preview text and edit it. So if you want to change something you have to start again.
