Incomplete orderI have just ordered a card for Mother’s Day but at no point during the Oder process was I asked what I wanted to say inside the card so I am assuming the card will be sent to my Mum blank. This is the 1st time this has happened but it is clearly a flaw in the order process!.Version: 8.47.0

App is atrociousIt won’t let me chose appropriate shopping. It won’t let me change delivery date, it won’t accept my card details. Awful waste of time. Deleted it!!.Version: 7.125.0

FidgetyNow the app won’t let me sign in. On top of being difficult during the order process. It doesn’t allow you to use valid coupons. Additionally, after signing up and purchasing cards it then tells you you didn’t earn rewards point but you could have if only you click on something. Updates to the Ux are requiredI have always liked Moonpig over all over companies that have tried to imitate them, they have a larger range and the designs are better....that being said, the app is good until parts like the card designing/editing interface, when you try to add a photo you get an album at the bottom of the screen, with a row height which is large enough for 1.5 photos, you can’t even enlarge this, it is very frustrating as I have 16,000 photos on my device and some of the ones I want to use are quite a way up the album. This is the most frustrating part, a simple option to enlarge the album, so you can see it on the whole screen would be great!.Version: 7.17.0

Good but could be betterReally good choice of cards! I always choose the photo upload ones! The photo upload window is very small so it tends to take a while! Which isn’t ideal if you have a lot of photos. I created a card recently and used emojis, which tends to not to work but this particular card seemed to work. Then it came to the review and payment section and it all looked great then once purchased and ordered the review came up and where I had placed the emojis, there were ?? In the emojis place! So a lesson to learn, is never use emojis on a card!! Something I would love is the ability to order multiple personalised cards within one transaction! And possibly save payment details, which would encourage and make it easier to buy more, always a winner for a company.Version: 6.6.0

Great Concept but Unstable AppI love Moonpig. Have been using the App for years. However, the new version of the App has problems. I tried five (5) times to order a card + gift and it froze on the final screen each time!! Extremely frustrating since there's no facility to save your work so you have to type it all in again!!! Moonpig, you lost 60 GBP of revenue because of this. I will re-rate when the App improves. Until then, I can only give 2 stars..Version: 6.0.0

Very poor delivery serviceWhen I first ordered from MoonPig the entire process was good. I am impressed with their products and prices. My last 2 orders were delayed so much I decided to write to them to ask they take some steps to improve their delivery service. When you place an order they prepare and send the card within 2-4 days. Then it’s “shipped”. My last order was a sympathy card. It took almost 3 weeks to get it. I had to apologize to my niece twice for not sending her the card in a timely manner. I contacted MoonPig twice only to be told we’re sorry but we have no control of the mail service. So, they lost me as a customer and I’m really dis because I like their products. They’re east to order. But what good is all that when cards are not delivered in a timely manner..Version: 8.48.0

Extremely slow deliveryI thought I’d give Moonpig another go after a card and gift failed delivery once before. It never arrived and I had to be refunded. This time I ordered two cards on 8th November, the first to Spain was despatched on 8th and is still showing on my order as sent, not delivered but I’m ok with that as I have another week, but, the second ordered at the same time on 8th November. For some reason known only to Moonpig was not despatched until 13th November and has still not arrived on 14th and this address is in the U.K. Of course it has missed my nieces birthday not even by a day or two and now looks like it will arrive a week later. There is no customer service number to contact and the bot replies that a refund cannot be entertained as it’s still within their delivery window. It’s not even close to Christmas so goodness knows how well they’ll do when the rush starts. Well done Moonpig, I’ll go to my local card shop (cheaper) and post Royal Mail in future. Woeful Delivery Service in AustraliaI mainly use Moonpig to send cards to my daughter and her family in Australia. Delivery Service has always failed to deliver anywhere near on time. This is largely due to Australia mail service. They are quoting 25 days to deliver now. Really poor and means you often forget and miss deadlines. I have cancelled over £100 in Moonpig orders in last six months alone. In December last year I posted Xmas cards instead and had them tracked. I posted in uk on 10/12. Cards arrived in Perth WA on 17/12. Cards still only delivered to Western Headland on 04 January. It is exactly the 25 days quoted on Australia posts website. It is as if they deliberately hold up the mail, at least from the UK. They get appalling reviews on the review websites. If Moonpig cannot resolve with them you are going to lose most of your Australia business. I won’t use again unless it improves. Just sent my daughter a 99p email birthday card instead today. Great service, poor deliveryThe last 5 cards sent either didn’t arrive of arrived late. While I was an avid user, I have tempered my usage because of the late or non-delivery. Very frustrating. I keep coming back though and have just sent another card (to my daughter) using the service. Keeping my fingers crossed. Birthday cardMy friend in UK ordered a birthday card as they promised to be delivered to me on my birthday. Not only two weeks late from New Jersey but a photo was chopped off in half from the top down. I called but guy answered said he was not the company but I verified phone number on web. Great product - terrible serviceI put an order through on Moonpig for a card and also a mug 10 days before my sisters birthday. I made the payment and everything was okay. Then I got an email saying that the order didn’t go through as a problem with the mug, Rather than go through the painful process of card and mug I just did the card. I’m based in Australia and she is in the UK. I spoke to my Sister a week later as I was away on n business and she hasn’t received her card 6 days after her birthday, I contacted the support support advise that they will send another one. Well that’s fine but did they send out the original I have grave concerns of this company and standards that they adhere to! Really bad serviceI been receiving notifications about my anniversary and I placed an order for a card on 16th and got the notification that it will be delivered by 19th and my anniversary was on 19th so I thought I’ll receive it on the day at least! Charged £5 for a card and delivery £1.25 for first class Royal Mail and even waited for the card all day long it never been delivered and I had to go to local shop to get a simple card to give it to my husband! And next day I contacted Moonpig on chat service I explained the situation and what I get the answer that’s unbelievable! The lady said wait till today if it doesn’t get delivered by today then contact back tomorrow! I even said even it does deliver today what use it is for me! Anniversary is already gone! So I get the card and put in the bin ! On the top it’s my 10th anniversary it’s mentioned on the card and can’t keep till next year ! And she hung up the chat saying she can’t help anymore! Which is really rude and disrespectful ! And this was happened to me before when I ordered my husband’s 40th birthday cards! Again they blame the delivery services!.Version: 8.103.0

Behind the timesBeginning to get tired of this app. No major updates in a long time and it’s really starting to show it’s age. I just tried to order a fathers day card and after getting to end and then realising they STILL don’t have Apple Pay, I gave up. Apple Pay is now so ubiquitous that I don’t even bother carrying cards most of the time unless i know I’m going somewhere that still doesn’t have contactless (very rare). And I don’t have any on me now. Even PayPal isn’t useful for me because I haven’t bothered to update my cards on that in years, again due to Apple Pay. Edit: I tried funky pigeon and that was even worse. That app isn’t even optimised for the iPhone 6 screen size, how many years after it was released? And you can’t process an order unless you customise all of the text on the front. Are all greeting card apps so rubbish? So, inconvenient as it was, I had to go and find my wallet, which I haven’t seen in days, so that I could order a card on moonpig. Hardly a modern ordering experience..Version: 7.0.0

No ability to add message or gift card when sending giftsI ordered champagne and chocolates for our friend but got through the whole process to find there’s no ability to add a gift card or even a message! How on Earth is my friend supposed to even know who the gift is from? I cancelled at checkout and redid the order to double check and still nothing. I had to cancel because there isn’t any option or back button to go and add or amend the order as I thought I could order a card separately and add it to my basket. This really needs sorting. I contacted Moonpig by email late in the evening and got a response which was excellent customer service so all should be ok now as they are going to add the message for me but I shouldn’t really have had to do this..Version: 7.2.0

Arrived too lateThis site boasts next day delivery which is great but I still wanted to be on the safe side and order two days in advance. I set the estimated delivery date for two days later in checkout. The order stayed in processing status until the MORNING of the estimated delivery date two days later. It changed to “sent” status and I got an email saying that the delivery date is now for the day after??? The tracking number I received only became updated the night of the delivery date and said it would arrive tomorrow… How does that make any sense? How is my order processing for two days only for the item to be delivered on the 3rd day AKA one day late? This is a gifting site so timing should be accurate as people are sending out time sensitive gifts. I was wrong to trust the 100s of amazing reviews saying their packages were received the next day. Because of all this my loved one ended up not receiving my gifts on their special day. Very disappointed..Version: 8.68.0

DissapointingAnnoyance #1: I downloaded the app as the website stated that they can only send cards via their app due to high demand. I understand that there may be some automations with the app and order processing, however it did mean that I had to waste another 10 mins to download the app, sign in, and find the card I wanted to order again,. Annoyance #2: The card editing tool is poor. Used it on an iPad, and the toolbar was barely visible from the bottom. Every time I wanted to scroll through the editing options I first accidentally opened the App Switcher as there was so little space. Annoyance #3: After finally getting to the basket, I tried to input the recipients details, after which I had to aimlessly wait for 5 minutes while the loading wheel spinned. I was forced to exit out and reopen the app for this to finally work..Version: 7.85.0

Good site, app is buggy and annoying thoughPreview often fails and has actually led to printing error. Move to the payment page is sometimes buggy. Editing photos on the app and on your phone is a nightmare. Maybe Canva can branch out?.Version: 7.162.0

App is ok - shame about the company!One good thing about the app is when they don’t deliver your goods at least you can get through to the live chat Ok which trust me with this company you will need! But once through they just blame the couriers for their incompetence - when you know that the couriers have successfully delivered other companies items on time! We ordered items for our granddaughters 18th birthday as we are shielding so decided to use Moonpig - we ordered on the 18th January and asked for delivery on the 31st of January which didn’t happen so after checking the moonpig site it stated they had sent the items to the courier on the 30th but they weren’t delivered on the 31st and so I contacted them and they offer delivery charge and part refund which isn’t what I want I want my granddaughter to have her birthday card and items! Now stating delivery today - which is her birthday but Moonpig didn’t know that - so will be deleting the app and if I were you I wouldn’t bother!.Version: 7.123.0

Last card to France from US still hasn’t arrivedThe physical card I sent in good time for 21 March still hasn’t arrived. Also the photo upload facility is a bit primitive, surely one should able to upload direct from iPhone or Mac rather than convert to a file format..Version: 8.48.0

UnimpressedCan’t save items from basket while using the app and can’t purchase prepay while using the app. Caused more effort than if I’d have used the website and cost more money. Apps are meant to make using websites easier yet this has failed in its purpose. In terms of creating the card - great! But it’s just as easy to do that on the website too..Version: 7.15.0

Not quite there yet....disappointing(Used on iPhone) It’s a good start but not a very well thought through or tested app. When uploading a photo you can’t see where you are repositioning as the image is obscured by the photo album and there is no way to remove it. Editing options are very limited and I can’t see a way to save one card and create another. Advanced filtering of the templates is non existent so you have to scroll through to find something. I’ve never been that impressed with Moonpig to be honest. There are better similar online services out there and considering the high profile of this brand I am surprised and disappointed at the lack of investment in technology and creativity. I could go on but I’m sure other reviewers will do that for me. Having said all that, as I have some prepay to use, I purchased a card anyway. So it’s not all bad. It did the job. Albeit it a bit clunky. Could do better Moonpig. Time to start putting your money where your mouth is..Version: 6.10.0

Lost some functionalityThe app used to allow editing from the basket and also a message on the back of the envelope - I didn’t see these options today, which is a shame as they were great. So difficult to personalise cardsI’ve spent several hours trying to make five cards to send overseas. Started off on my pc but each time I tried to replace a photo with another I kept getting error messages. Tried sending message to help line but didn’t get a response so started all over again. Still waiting on my delivery a week later despite pay for first class post too!I looked for any messages that may mention how the delivery could be delayed because of Covid but there was nothing other than it’s all back to normal, so no excuses at all. I’ve had all my other post delivered (some things I even order 2 days ago arrived before these cards I ordered from moonpig!) Absolute con. The 2 cards I ordered were for occasions that have now both passed. So basically meaning that the cards are useless now. Never ordering from here again, the fact that they still haven’t even arrived is crazy to me. Slight improvement, but not muchSlight improvement, although when you navigate to cards and click on cards, voice-over still doesn’t speak the number of cards that are there. Voice-over doesn’t tell you what cards you are swiping through. As I’ve said previously, fix the web would really help I would recommend them thank you As a blind user, I have installed the latest version of this app, hoping that after so many tries, a lot would be done to improve the access ability for screenreader support. This is still not the case. I have tried to navigate through cards, especially if I wanted to check of any cards that I wish to send anybody, and voice-over still doesn’t work when telling me what cards are available. When is this going to be fixed? App needs improving!You can’t “go back” to double check your card. I clicked on “continue,” thinking I could SURELY preview my card before final purchase, but that’s not an option. You don’t even get to see the entire order even after placing the order. Browser (desktop) version doesn’t give you the great photo effects options. Overly expensive, not great quality or assistanceWhen I first started with Moonpig, it was fine, even though it’s quite expensive for the cards, amount of presents and prices for those is extortionate, in the past six months they’ve changed where they will deliver cards and presents because now 60% of my friends I can’t have a card sent to them for whatever excuses that Moonpig use, I get constantly hassled and woken up by the reminders even though I’ve disabled that they will still tell me if someone’s birthday in four weeks time then an hour later they’ll tell me it’s in four weeks time next day. I’ll get it in this many days time this many hours time you’ve only still got time to buy this. You’ve still got time to do that. I just won’t stop harassing you..Version: 8.105.0

Time wastedI am unable to personalise the photos (I need to reposition and zoom). Having similar problems in a browser. I’ve spent about an hour trying and not succeeding. Both are not phone friendly so I will have to go on a PC to complete it (painful, and I’ll first have to email myself the photos) or choose a different card. I hope they sort this out as I love Moonpig and have used it for years! Hoping they now have PayPal as a payment option as well, but I don’t know yet because I didn’t get that far!.Version: 7.113.0

Won’t apply discount codesI have a 20% off code for setting reminders. A free card code and there is currently a 40% promo code for using the app. None of the codes worked, just kept getting invalid code errors. Never had problems with their website, but you can’t place orders on there at the moment. If I have a choice I’ll stick to their website.Version: 7.126.0

App updatedI like to prepay but it’s very difficult to do!! It’s says to go as you check out but it doesn’t give you the option!!! I couldn’t change the font size today or the colour of the text. Really poor serviceAfter using Moonpig a few times, I thought I’d use them to send a card and flowers for a relative’s 80th birthday. Bad decision. I assumed they had received the flowers and card, turns out only the card ever got there. Apparently I should have received a notification from a courier that it was out for delivery, never got it as it was never out for delivery. When queried, I was told it had been delivered. I can assure you it wasn’t, and at that price it should have been. No apology, just a feeble general reply. Eventually following several messages back and forth got the money back, and my relative never got her flowers. Fast forward to end of November, thought I’d try Moonpig once more, ordering a card as I was aware there were postal strikes imminent. Despite the message telling me it was due to he posted, I’m still waiting 3 weeks later. Utter shambles. Won’t be using ever again..Version: 8.34.0

Useful, but the website is a bit frustrating with photos and imagesI use Moonpig quite a bit, and every time I create a photo upload card I have to spend ages resizing images in a separate app for them to fit. I use the Moonpig website and I just wish there was an option to zoom out for a photo, not just zoom in. I’ve just spotted that the app allows you to zoom out, maybe I’ll have to stop using the website which is a shame as I feel it’s much more productive on a proper sized monitor. Moonpig seem to have dumbed down the website in the last few years, eg not being able to properly view previous cards, a decision I hope they reverse at some point..Version: 8.62.0

Editing basketI have lots of birthdays and anniversaries this month. Have made a couple of errors as all dates were to go out for delivery now. So did not pay and am stuck with all items in my basket, cannot delete or amend them. Spoke to Sara and dean and neither could help me. The basket on the app does not show a place to amend or de;été items. Tried to reorder the items correctly again but basket still remembered all my earlier items so cannot order. Am now stuck with moon-it unable to help me and me with over 100 quits worth of cards and gifts going nowhere and one birthday missed and two motherday cards and gifts unlikely to make it to my mothers in time for their day. Unhappy and very disappointed with the whole experience. Rude Fidorusa!!!! I complained my 20% discount hadn’t applied at the basket!I was in a chat with the above and I seem to have the same problems or other problems my last one with moonpig ended in flowers and card not arriving on time!!! Which is a big flop I was refunded which I appreciate but because I said today the company was a rip off the above just ended the chat!!! Not good customer service I was rude because I have been let down a few times before! Do not trust this company to deliverHaving scheduled a card and present from overseas for an important birthday I was contacted on the day of the birthday, two days after dispatch should have occurred to tell me that as the present was unavailable. To make things worse they had also cancelled the card without telling me. The resolution - a statement credit so I could use this company again - no chance! Now broken - t’s a pig alright! Moan pig!? 🐖Service is ok it warns of a five day delay due to covid slowing post down. For some reason now I can only look at the cards in their library and as soon as I pick one it does nothing! Tap or force touch slide all do nothing making it a complete waste of time. I picked out pics which I edited & now I can’t even load the card! Pfft. Funky bird will have to be the next move as I can’t waste all my time on what may be to late anyway. The app was ok - it needed simple things like a save all progress as if you got side tracked (a call for instance) then came back all progress was lost and you have to start over. Constant emails are not endearing me to this,it really is/or rather was a last resort when you couldn’t get a card quickly then fill it and get back out to catch the post. This was good for personalised cards also but now you can’t even select a card - personalised or not! Fix the basics before trying to force feed us flowers and gift boxes. A simple save feature is a must before I try again. Wasted time on this big fat failure of an app. I had previously given it five stars but it worked then if you knew what card and no one interrupted the process. Mixed opinionI have had some good experiences and a recent bad one. Created a personalised Mothers Day card (UK) for my mother. It was confirmed, I didn't recheck then was informed by my mother that nothing was received. A couple of days after I checked to find that there was a problem with the iPad version of Moonpig and my order had been cancelled and recredited, but this was a disappointment when I believed it had initially gone through. Too late to put right for the day. Is this going to be fixed for iPad please? Sept. 2020 - Now, when I download the latest ‘Upgrade’ I’m caught in a circle of completing and personalising a card, pressing preview then up pops the message, “Download the upgraded version” (which I have done). It’s not possible to continue with anything else other than agreeing to download the upgrade then back to the beginning and repeat ad finitum..Version: 7.21.0

Why moon pig?Between the app and website I’ve never had such issues, from payment box errors for no reason, to the screen refreshing and me losing everything on a custom card, I can’t add more than 1 thing to a basket so when I order something I have to pay if I can check out then go back and place and new order. Great concept but nightmare to useI have been a customer of Moonpig for many years as I live in the US and my family and in-laws all live in the UK. I have lost count of how many times I have ended up frustrated, had trouble connecting, got to the end of my order and had to start all over again as well as other issues. Tonight is one of those times. I am frustrated beyond belief and am not going to use this merchant again once I have used up my pre pay. The only time I ever seem to get service is when I use a Mac book. Even responding to a short survey after I placed my order I was not able to type my response se as to why I don’t buy all my cards from this site. Get you act together Moonpig. Fa la la moon pig dot comDear Mr Moonpig I am writing to let you know what happened in my house last night...... So after eventually putting my 3 and 4 year old girls down to bed I poured myself a gin and tonic and cosied up to my husband on the sofa. Whilst he was engrossed in the latest tik tok enstallments I suddenly remembered I better sort out something for valentines! I downloaded your app and searched for a lighthearted funny card that would hopefully put a little smile on his face during this god awful time and found a lovely photo up load one. Once personalised and added to my basket I paid and arranged delivery for Friday. Feeling proud of myself I had a sip of my gin and thought that’s one thing of my tick list today sorted! HOWEVER, whilst sipping my gin I had a lovely little message pop up on my phone to say my order had gone through with the added bonus of the moon pig jingle as the text came through, to which my husband looked up from tik bloody tok and said ‘I didn’t think we were doing valentines this year’! This is why I have given you 2 stars in my review as what moron in your office thought playing the jungle with every confirmation text would be a good idea! Where is my friend’s e-card?I entered all of my friends’ birthdays in the app with the correct date. Yet all of the dates show as the day before the date I entered. 🤔 I also ordered an e-card to be dispatched on my friend’s birthday today. It’s 7:30pm and still has not been sent. Don’t count on a delivery. Poor product quality.Their website claims same day dispatch if ordered by 2pm. It has now been 5 days and the card has not even been produced let alone shipped. Customer support keeps promising, and nothing ever happens. It’s clear no one cares. Even once dispatched, I am informed delivery in the USA can take “2-8 days plus an additional 2 days for heavy demand.” What? So, if you want to use this service, plan ahead, way ahead. Not very informativeI ordered a personalised card for my wife’s birthday and also tried to order the birthday package with the flowers and chocolates. The app kept asking me to add a recipient which I did multiple times then when I tried to pay for the order it said that I needed to add a recipient. I contacted the help desk by chat and asked if it wouldn’t accept my order because my address is in Northern Ireland. I was told that I could have a card delivered to NI but not flowers etc. It would be really helpful if an error message came up on the app to confirm this information instead of it telling you to add a recipient over and over again. Apart from this the app is very straightforward and easy to use. It would be even better if you would take the above feedback on board..Version: 7.119.0

User and recipientI’m reviewing as someone who uses moonpig and also someone who has received in the last week. I love the individuality and personalisation that moonpig offers. Always pleased with this. This week however I received a lovely card from a friend with an add on of a sweet ‘selection’ I have to say I was disappointed on my friends behalf. I know how much these things cost - and to say it’s a selection of sweets is a bit much. If you love marshmallows - great. If you’re hoping for more of the sweets strategically placed on the outside of the clear vessel - so it looks like you have some more of an assortment - then you’ll be disappointed as we were. A load of marshmallows (which are cheap to buy tbh) and a handful or less of shrimps, flumps and not anything else. Don’t waste your money on this add on. Buy a pick and mix or make one yourself - far better! If you’re sending and can’t make up yourself - choose an alternative add on gift in our opinion. (But we were so grateful for the gesture from a friend!).Version: 8.110.0

Account get hacked - Moonpig have no standard procedure to rectify this quicklyMoonpig take account security at all seriously I received an email from Moonpig informing me my email address had been changed and to get in contact if it wasn’t me. No direct link to report something as urgent as this. I got into their support chat, which is super bad to use on mobile., and reported they best of my account and my concern for the unauthorised person seeing my saved address information, deleting it changing it, looking at my order history, all sensitive and personal information, or the unauthorised used using my credit. 2 days later I’ve heard nothing so contact them again. After a lengthy chat and uploading a screenshot of the email and more lengthy chat they say they can delete the account but not give me my addresses or order history or say what the unauthorised person has done. What is there not a quick process for the consumer to quickly repeat the theft, for Moonpig to veryfy the original email address and then for the account to be returned to the original email address along with a password reset? They just let anyone who gets unauthorised access to your account to do as they like and somewhat they like with your personal data and it’s tough..Version: 8.47.0

Duped on shipping.I paid over $11 on the 2day shipping thinking it was for all four cards that I was sending to my parents house, but instead it was per card. Kinda disappointed that only one card will get there for my Dad’s birthday..Version: 7.79.0

Card service excellent flowers/plants sadly lackingI can’t fault the card service and anything other than live plants but during January had plants/ flowers delivered that were basically dead on arrival due to the cold frosty weather. You put your complaint in via chat and the answer was so sorry they were fine when they left here! Explaining was hard but stated they needed to invest in better insulation for the cold weather. I went onto Trustpilot and complained and surprisingly they then asked for further clarification, things then became more confusing as staff did not appear to understand the difference between an expensive orchid plant and flowers and after 3 attempts to explain the difference I gave up, basically I had received a dead orchid, a dead mini rose plant and bunch of flowers, the flowers did last 1 week, the dead £29 orchid and rose plant sadly binned, due to staff not knowing the difference and understanding the complaint they sent another bunch flowers!!.Version: 7.134.0

Disappointed and frustratedI love this app, but since early December it won’t let me add whatever I have created to my basket. I have had phone calls trying to sort the issue and was told basically they don’t know how to help me. I send LOTS of cards and haven’t found another app like Moonpig that would work for me😞.Version: 6.7.0

Delivery date problemI ordered 4 cards in one order for delivery to different addresses in the UK. I set different dates for each delivery between 3 and 4 weeks ahead. After placing the order the first 3 show as being delivered immediately, only the last is showing as delivery on the requested date. All the addresses seem correct. Also it can be difficult to read the text on a phone..Version: 8.64.0

Unreliable and disappointing serviceI used Moonpig to send flowers and a card to my wife on our anniversary. The package did not arrive until gone 7pm at which point we had gone out for dinner. Throughout the day I asked where it was both to Moonpig themselves and the delivery company they use. Both said they can’t guarantee delivery before around 8 or 9pm in the evening. I advised the delivery company to also leave it with a neighbour which they didn’t do and just left it on the doorstep. Luckily my neighbour saw and retrieved them for me. Maybe I should have read the small print but this really isn’t the service that I would expect. It’s much cheaper to go and get the gifts and card myself which is what I will be doing from now on. At least I will have piece of mind not having people think I’ve forgotten and also gifts left inappropriately on my doorstep open to the elements 😡.Version: 7.170.0

DeletingI’ve been using this company extensively for three years. I haven’t had any issues until a year ago. To date, there have been eight different negative issues that I have experienced — both directly and indirectly. My brother in Scotland sent me (in USA) a card. I received a late card for someone else with their personal photo on it. Seven other instances of other cards being dispatched very late despite ordering on time and selecting a delivery date. Once is an error, seven times is completely unacceptable. I have only ever contacted customer service twice. They responded the first time and the issue was taken care of quickly. They haven’t responded to my most recent query. I understand they are in the UK, and responses take more time. That’s completely fine, I’m originally from the UK. I know the UK holds itself to a high standard of customer care. This company shows no reflection of that. I’ve used Moonpig as an easy and fun way to connect with friends and family that I love around the globe, but with no response and no responsibility taken, I’m bowing out..Version: 8.59.0

Can’t give this zero...It amazes me that this app is rated so highly. Every time I use it, it takes three or four attempts to successfully order a card, if I get it to work at all. Every time I use it I waste 30-45 mins trying to buy a card. All I want to do is use the handwritten scan feature to add to a card, yet it doesn’t work. I’ve troubleshooted my phone with various resets to see if there is some conflict, but alas nothing changes. The reason I use this app is for the convenience of being able to send a card whilst living in Australia to family and friends in the UK. But at my current success rate it’s less stress and time wasted to go to the post office and post a real card there. It may be a slower service but it’s more reliable and less hassle. Having worked in tech for several years it astounds me that apps and services this unreliable continue. I’ll be deleting this and going back to the old carrier pigeon method!.Version: 7.19.0
