✓ Needs better tracking.Using most recent update, did not show a timer when tracking my skiing. It also would randomly stop GPS tracking ( seems to be worse if taking pictures but will also stop even if phone left alone). It is neat to see linear feet skiied and I always loved seeing my past history over the years. Maybe add not only a lift report but a slopeside restaurant report at least of operational status (full, grab-n-go, closed) with a goal eventually of showing wait times..Version: 12.7
✓ Works as advertised (sort of)I’ll start with the positives, the app holds a lot of important information to plan your day on the slopes. It gives you everything from terrain and lift status to mountain cameras if available. The app shows your existing passes and can scan in your pocket (I don’t know about epic day passes attached to the account). Time for the cons, the main advantage of this app was to not need a physical pass, just for it to scan in your pocket, but there are limits. These limits consist of the app having to be pulled up before you lock your screen and, probably my least favorite, you have to keep your screen facing out in your pocket. The reason I don’t like this is because, if I fall, my screen is protected by my leg. Also I noticed the app is not a fan of MagSafe wallets for scanning the passes. Another small thing is that nothing is really in the app outside the core features. For example, if you need to make an account edit the app pulls up a web browser with in the app for you to do so, same with the “need help” section, and buddy passes. Overall the app is decent and comes in handy when I don’t have my physical pass. In my opinion the physical cards scan easier..Version: 14.0.9

✓ App Doesn’t workI have been working with the Vail IT team for over a week as my EpicMix app doesn’t work. I take them at their word that they are working it as it worked for one fleeting moment on my phone but not my ipad … now nothing. I have suggested on several occasions that we get on the phone to ensure it is not user error on either side … but they have not agreed to do so! I am now thinking that there is a linkage issue with my account on their side. Respectfully out of patience!.Version: 12.3

✓ Fun, effective, useful.This app is brilliant for if you are at one of the resorts it works for. I stayed at breckenridge and having the maps, emergency contacts and webcams in one easy to access place was great. Having all your professional photos uploaded to one place was also very useful. The pins and social networking side of it were good fun, the fact you can add family members made it great for me and my dad to keep track, it encouraged us to try some different routes to get more pins! The app works well and fast, looks good, is full of features and not bloat..Version: 3.2
