✓ A Fantastic Smoking Cessation Aide!After just 11-days of non-smoking and listening nightly to the two stop-smoking tracks, and with the help of the nicotine patch, I can honestly say that this app has been almost miraculous. I have smoked for 46-years and have tried to quit multiple times, unsuccessfully, and with a lot of difficulty. I am now, for the very first time, absolutely sure that I will never smoke again. I find myself thinking of things that I’ve heard in the app tracks when I am in a position that is uncomfortable (I know a lot of smokers, including my sister who lives in the same town) and then I am perfectly fine. I really believe that I am like a new person. It’s incredible. I decided it was time to quit when my little granddaughter was born one month early. The nurse wheeled her out of the room and I got to see her briefly with a breathing tube in her mouth before they took her to the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery. The next day my son, his wife and I finally got to hold her. It was then that I decided to quit smoking. I want to be around longer for my grandchildren and chase little Sophia down the beach. This app has been a huge contributor to my goal. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to quit smoking. Thank you, Glenn. November 2019 I stopped listening to the tracks shortly after my review and it has been over a year since I wrote it. I went back to smoking a few weeks after I stopped listening to the tracks. The two people I spent the most time with were still smoking and I succumbed to temptation: live and learn. I quit smoking again on September 24.2019, my uncle's birthday. My uncle quit smoking over a year ago. He had smoked for almost 60 years! I promised him that I would quit, too. I chose his birthday. I started listening to the tracks and have listened religiously. This time, however, I only used nicotine patches for two days and nicotine lozenges for two days. It was just as easy quitting using just this app. If I have to listen to it every day for the rest of my life I will do just that. It's worth it because I will spend more time with my Sophia ( Little Squeak ) and the rest of my family. I really enjoy being free from smoking. Thanks again, Glenn. ✓ PowerfulI kept on smoking when I first got this app but let me tell you to just keep listening and pretty soon you all of a sudden just stop! I have tried to quit so many times.... ✓ It worked!!!I have been a non smoker for over 2 weeks now thanks to this app. Great to listen to in bed ......if it doesn't get you to give up smoking it will at least give you a good nights sleep! I listened every night for first week and now do every other night, hoping to get it down to once a week soon! ✓ Works better than any other method!I smoked for most of my life, off and on (25+ years), and have "quit" several times, but always wind up going back to it. I was skeptical that my desire to smoke would completely go away, but have used some of Glenn's other hypnosis apps and found them to work quite nicely for me, so i thought for the price of a pack of cigarettes maybe give this a try. I will say, the first time I listened I didn't fully commit to the process, but after the second time... Not only have I stopped smoking, but I feel as though I stopped years ago. There was no withdrawal, no cravings, all my triggers disappeared! And the longer I go, the further away my smoking habit seems, I mean really far away, years & years. ✓ Excellent it worksI have tried many things over the past 20 years to stop. Tried this once a year ago with patches but only lasted 2 weeks. But stopped 2 months ago now without nicotine replacement or vaps. I feel great, I don’t crave cigarettes at all and considering I’m going through a marriage break up, I think I’m doing great. Would advise to keep listening evening when you have stopped got a few weeks. It’s so relaxing, so instead of reaching for a cigarette give yourself a nice relaxing break.
