I will say, the first time I listened I didn't fully commit to the process, but after the second time... Not only have I stopped smoking, but I feel as though I stopped years ago. There was no withdrawal, no cravings, all my triggers disappeared! And the longer I go, the further away my smoking habit seems, I mean really far away, years & years.
