✓ It is very Handy and usefulI love a lot that the APP does to make things Clear and Simple for investors you maybe showing properties to. However, it is a pain that you cannot sync with other devices and that you have to buy each APP for each device separately. There are also a few things that I would like to see it do to make it a more sophisticated tool. If it could sync I would give it 5 Stars and the extra sophisticated stuff would be a great bonus. On the whole it is a very good app and I use it often. 1 suggestion might be to have it import and export data (i.e. Import a Rent Roll from Excel to save having to enter all the information manually and also perhaps the ability to recognize text so you don’t have to write “1 Bed 1 Bath” under Unit Type every time you start a new property (perhaps if that could be set up in Options?!?!). Finally I recommend the product..Rick197438Version: 5.2

✗ Good, But Can Be ImprovedNeeds the ability to schedule some expenses that have varying terms. For example, on the purchase of a value add property, the investor would almost always want to model making heavier repairs and improvements over the initial two years or so and then have those taper down to a lower level thereafter. So, we need to be able to input an expense at one level for a time frame and then be able to change it for further out time periods. Need to be able to allocate expenses on a per unit basis in addition to % of purchase price, % of income and per sq. ft. Need revenue and expense results to show on a per unit basis as well. This is critical in being able to check the reasonableness of projections and to be able to compare to other projects. This also includes the initial expenses as well as the ongoing expenses..HoopsInsteadVersion: 5.4.4

✗ What a shame a great program dies on the altar of MavericksI've been a supporter, user, and beta tester for this product. The choice to move to Mavericks-only support is a great disappointment. There are those of us who cannot move to Mavericks due to the removal of local phone and pad syncing; some of us are legally precluded from using iCloud for contacts. It's a shame to lose a great product, but adios..A little ticked offVersion: 5.1
