✓ Asking money after buying pro versionI’ve already bought the pro version and every time I want to download, it asks to pay!.SaawaalaanVersion: 6.1.1

✓ Only halfway shared!I bought this to use with my 12y daughter. I also bought the “Photo Cleaner” upgrade but apparently the App developer has only half way enabled the family sharing as they have not turned on the sharing of unlocking the photo cleaner upgrade. So while I need it for my daughters phone I’m not going to pay for the upgrade on each phone in my family plan. I bought the pro app so I didn’t have to deal with this crap and now it’s forced it on me again. Looking for a replacement..Girl1derVersion: 7.3

✓ Worked for a whileThen it stopped. It would get stuck at 12 of 13 etc. So, money back. Oh and no response from support of course. So then I tried a couple other apps which were terrible. The whole reason I went into this morass was that I couldn’t get iCloud to do the simple thing I wanted: download all my pics so I could clear them off my phone. Lo, i went back to iCloud to try once more and now it works. And it’s *much* *much* faster than simple transfer when it did work. In case somebody had the same problem: I couldn’t make selections in the web interface if iCloud. But now I can and it’s incredibly fast. Sigh of relief. True confession: when I was broke I wrote a few fake reviews for money. Never got paid btw so serves me right haha. Point is I think fake reviews is a booming industry. ✓ Bit of a flop nowI bought this a while back and all was well, the app was detected quickly in pc internet browser and transfer rate was acceptable. But for a good few months now none of my computers find my devices and I get a connection problem issue when I type the 192. Number, which is allocated by the app. I have tried several different computers on different routers, wired/wireless, different browsers, but to no avail, also my devices will only find each other when Bluetooth is switched on despite the instructions telling you to turn it off. I contacted rambax who had me try some things, still nothing, they're best solution in the end was to download the lite version which only allows 50 pics in the gallery list after that you have to buy full version, whole reason I paid £1.49. I'm at my wits end now, please update to help resolve this problem..Snooki45Version: 1.2.1

✓ Multiple video transfer problemDrag and drop aside, defeating the purpose of buying the full app, multiple videos fail to move into the camera reel. ✓ UnreliableDid not transfer all photos into album... built album and moved less than 50 percent of photos into it - though did put all of the photos in the “camera roll” - so I then had to go find them... I did pay for the Pro version and no joy... reported this bug and received no feedback. Also connecting to other devices and computers with the app is not reliable... even though it reports “seeing” the device, it still does not connect... sure, a complicated task this App is supposed to accomplish but it does not work as expected. ✓ Good app but seems to have some problemsHave used this app on differing devices, ipad to ipad and ipad to laptop (Win xp & win 7). laptops seemed to have probs logging in to the given ip address managed once on one but gave up on other. ipads - one transfer sweet as a nut, other one could only do 50 pics at a time, but got there by resending a few times. when it works it works well and is fairly quick, about 1 photo 12mp per 5 sec, got me out of a fix trying to share photos between ipads without messing about with itunes or other cloud based methods. overall, a reasonable app, could do with more work to make it seemless, the ipads have a problem finding each other..Jim tavenderVersion: 1.2.1

✓ Did not work for a 20gb videoI tried to download a large 20gb video file from my iPhone 8 iOS 13.2.2 to a Window 7 pc. I tried both the browser method and the desktop windows app. If I select the video format “original” I only get the audio. That is true for smaller video files as well. If I select H.264 it simple hangs, no progress no messages. I let it sit for hours. I can download smaller videos using H.264 and that works. I tried to report a bug in the app but that link does not work. Also I paid twice for this app. I downloaded the free version and since it appeared to work on smaller files I purchased the pro from the free app. It never updated the icon as “pro” so I thought the reason I was having problems was that it did not upgrade. I went to App Store and purchased the pro directly. The phone did create a separate second icon for the pro version. Checking my iTunes account I was charged twice.
