✓ Quick, Simple and Great SupportI've been using this program for a long time (over a year) and it's been wonderful. It does everything it's supposed to do, very very well. So why did I rate the *support* as 'Great", you ask? It was purely my fault, I moved the clippings file to a non-default location and had to re-select it as the default every time I started the computer. I contacted support (Riccardo himself!) and he told me, within 24 hours, to move the file to one of the default locations. If I had left well enough alone it never would have been an issue. I'm honestly not sure why other people have issues. I've never seen any of the issues listed in some of these reviews. To those reviewers, I suggest you contact support, I'm sure he'll have you up and running in no time. Therefore, I highly recommend!.JflipBVersion: 5.3.1

✓ I have been using this app for yearsI love TypeIt4Me. Like the title says I have been using it for years and have come to rely on it. When I got a new MacBook Pro and installed Monterey I could not get it to work. I contact their support and received a response very quickly that included a link and Bang! It worked with all my saved snippets. The app and company are incredible..SpazlabzVersion: 2021.2

✗ Too many glitches, have to redo a lot of snippetsI've had experience using TextExpander prior to TypeIt4me, and overall I find this paid product very frustrating to use. It will often rewrite or delete snippets I've created despite saving. While I'm creating a new snippet, sometimes the new snippet content while write over another snippet I have, even though the abbreviations aren't even close alphabetically. When I've added links and saved a snippet with URLs, it'll save it initially and then randomly unlink the URL and I have to relink it - sometimes it won't relink it at all. If this product was free, then maybe I could overlook these frustrating glitches, but the fact that I had to pay $20 for it is really infuriating..Whitlock007Version: 5.4.9

✗ It has potential, but too many bugs, does NOT work with MavericksI just bought this app so I've only been using it for the last hour or so. It has a lot of potential, but there are too many bugs! The window has issues with full screen apps, sometimes the app shows up twice in the dock, but the window doesn't show up at all. Sometimes it doesn't show any of your abbs and it's frozen a couple of times so far, but eventually recovered. If these bugs were fixed, the app would easily be 5 stars. (FYI, this is on a mbp retina) UPDATE: Does not work with Mavericks..TurbotjVersion: 5.3.2
