✓ Life Changing AppI’ve been a self employed electrician for 6 years, invoicing has been a constant job in the back of my mind “to do”. For the first time, I’m up to date, sending invoices on time and as everyone should know: A timely invoice creates a timely payment. The app has great, well thought out features such as a timer and log to keep track of where you’ve been and what you’ve used, this is then ported over to your invoice. Essentially, creating a job sheet automatically creates an invoice. No double handling, making my admin much more efficient. You can then send an invoice from your phone or laptop and a reminder if required and then once paid, log the payment and send an automatic thank you. During a COVID isolation period I tried out 6 invoicing apps and this was my last to try, it is hands down the best and totally free, honestly. My next port of call is to try the ZOHO books and get ready for the MTD deadline. Thank you for making this app ZOHO, well chuffed with it!.Version: 4.8.24

That's a rigid piece of the app and could be more user-friendly. - be able to create expense categories that they don't list. - be able to hide expense details but have them available for me to see. - customize the invoice email text and thank you email text. - work better with contacts. As it is, it doesn't bring the whole contact info over if you try to do it within the new customer screen. Overall I can do my invoicing, but it's still pretty clunky. ✓ Powerful appPerfect for a small business owner. Creates professional invoices and stores data in an easy to find way. I am a mechanic and I can even search invoices by the registration of a vehicle if I put it in the description. I can also add users and track who has created each invoice which is useful especially when you need to trace mistakes to help teach staff. The only part that is missing is the auto VAT calculation. ✓ Love it!Zoho has made my life so much more hassle free. I must be paperphobic. I used to let invoicing get so far behind even with my regular customers. No wonder I was always cash flow poor. It took a little while to feed in all the customer info but now I have all my invoices set to recurring. It sends me an email at the end of every month with all the invoices ready to send. ✓ Has everything I need.I was using QuickBooks and it’s invoicing was very glitchy. Customers often complained about not receiving PDF copies & I could not add attachments to my invoices. I switched to Zoho and it has been a huge relief. I can customize my invoices, store all my customer information, attach a PDF copy of my invoice as well as add attachments, I can set my invoices to send out of my personal email account (which QB couldn’t do) and the thank you notes are customizable and very professional. ✓ Brilliant!I was looking for a invoice system that will handle my small business. This application is highly intuitive but also has many many options that you can dig into and seems to have predicted all of my needs. I now have a highly automated invoice system that has saved me a great deal of time doing manual invoices for my small private practice. There is the opportunity to customise the look and content of emails, thank you notes and invoices. Payment options have allowed me to include credit card and/or bank transfers information on the invoice which is much appreciated it. Easy set up of customers and customise items, cost and services. I’ve experimented with a few of the other invoice systems and believe this is the one that best suits my needs. The entry level subscription is more than adequate for me coupled with the a payment gateway for those customers who choose to pay immediately. That information is automatically sent back to my invoice records. Alternatively I can change the status of the invoice to paid via “bank transfer” or “cash” when the customer pays EFT or in person. Everything is done automatically, it’s a no-brainer, I have all my templates setups, I create an estimate, my customers view it, accept it, and it converts itself into invoice.
