✓ What’s actually live?!?!?Difficult to locate live feed on app. By the time you find what’s actually live and not previously recorded - you missed 1/2 the news. Horrible app. May be switching to another channel soon..Version: 8.8.8
✓ BiasedBiased Reporting....only tell one side of every story they cover..... For the most part....They typically find fault with our Police Officers rather than the criminal who breaks the law. They report one found murdered but do not mention they were also involved in in a crime at the time of the murder. Tell the WHOLE story!.Version: 5.9.2
✓ Doesn’t work on iPhoneWith the most recent update I can see that there are news articles but if I click on them I get a completely black screen. It doesn’t work anymore. Tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. Other news apps still work even my ones for Puerto Rico. Only this one doesn’t work anymore. Deleted now..Version: 8.6.2
✓ Updating previous reviewThis app is actually terrible. Aside from not being able to disable the sports notifications, the sequence of news is awful. When trying to find news that’s not considered a “top story,” it’s nearly impossible. For example, when news broke about a missing child, the entire Top Stories page was full of repeat articles and information with no real updates and there was no way to pull the news about other important things happening in the area simultaneously (shootings, accidents, school lockdowns). I love watching Actions News Jax on TV, but this news app is a poor attempt at keeping the public up to date on local news. It would be nice if a search bar were integrated into the app. Additionally, grammatical errors and typos are extremely common in their articles. The design of the app is also very choppy. ✓ News appI watch your news regularly and enjoy doing so, but your app is a disaster! Checkout channel 4’s app; I have all three of Jax’s news apps, channel 4 is far and away the best. They keep it current, which is what your app fails to do..Version: 8.0.0
✓ Persecution of my PresidentI’m sick of the biased reporting that I’ve been getting out a CBS channel 47. Between Gayle King in the morning and Nora O’Donald in the evening all they need is a gas can in a match because all they are is fire starters. You don’t know if I’m black or if I’m white but I am just sick to death of your station and so are a lot of my friends here in Saint Augustine. It would be nice if you didn’t make it so obvious how left you all are. I’m not the only one that’s noticing.Version: 8.1.0

✓ Constant issuesEvery time I use the app to watch a live feed or earlier broadcast it starts for 2-5 seconds then goes into an ad or commercial and continues to play the same ad repeatedly until I close and restart the app. On live streams it goes into the ad loop until I close the app or until the news segment is about over and about to go into another commercial break. Would be nice to actually see a complete news broadcast on the first try..Version: 8.5.2

✓ Review JaxToo much biased reporting….focus on crime….. Why as a news team are you not hammering on doubling gas tax? You know they are getting infrastructure money from the government…..why are you not hitting the city council and the mayor about this? To many Jacksonville citizens are already hurting badly with inflation. Are you FOR the people? You should be doing stories on trash all over Jacksonville streets? ✓ Update neededI can’t stand this app. I prefer it for my local news but the alerts never redirect to the actual story on the app. And then you spend forever searching for the story to match the very important alert until you forget what you were even looking for.
