✓ Recognizes 3rd Party App URLs, just doesn't open them :(While it's smart enough to recognize a QR code encoded for an app on the phone, click on the "Open App URL" button doesn't actually open the app. :( Oh well, search for a great QR Scanner on iOS continues….Version: 7.7.1
✓ Seemed Great Until DownloadWould love it if this app worked properly. I was going to spend $3 to add functionality but basic functions like reading QR codes said that my pics (that I took myself) were invalid. And the QR codes I had pics of couldn't be read. ✓ Arnaque, prenez en un autre!Attention, je l'ai téléchargé mais c'est de la merde. Il faut avoir le iPod/iPhone EXTRÊMEMENT À 90º sinon ÇA NE FONCTIONNE PAS!!! Ensuite il faut avoir le support sur lequel le code QR est écrit en angle plat... Mais quand c'est une bouteille ou un magazine, c'est purement IMPOSSIBLE. Et il faut que le code QR soit gigantesque pour que Qrafter fonctionne bien sinon il ne détecte même pas le code QR! Il faut que l'éclairage soit parfait, etc. Ensuite, ils nous foutent des pubs et un lecteur qui ne fonctionne presque pas et il faut payer 2$, deux foutus dollar$... Pour ce prix, le meilleur lecteur de codes QR de l'App Store est à nous... ARNAQUE, NE PAS TÉLÉCHARGER/DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.Version: 8.2
✓ Latest updateYou are obviously not aware that your latest update will not load. It would be nice if you tried it first before you release it to the public. There is a "glitch" in it which prevents it from fully loading, and to Apple's downsight from not anticipating this sort of thing, I can't cancel the update. It simply keeps trying to run. ✓ Annoying adsThis looks as if it could be good, and worth the £1.99 upgrade, but the ads are so annoying that I'm going to try another app first before completing a trial. This app has that feature but it does not allow you to specify the date and time of the event. ✓ Serviceable, if dishonest.While it certainly doesn't live up to the "best scanner" hyperbole the author surrounds it with, Qrafter is an adequate QR scanner. The scanning itself is on par with some of the better (not best) apps, but the UI unpleasantly mixes free and paid functionality, apparently hoping to annoy unsuspecting users into buying the upgrade when a feature refuses to activate. Even were the app to provide best-in-class scanning, the interface leans more toward crippleware than shareware, aiming to get users to upgrade through misdirection rather than giving them an honest sampler with the option for pro features. It deliberately muddles the line between free and paid features, rendering it's overall quality second in terms of one's lasting impression of the app..Version: 2.0.1
✓ Awesome App: But Pay to Remove Ads after Paying to Upgrade? FAILI get spending money for the additional features, I'd even have paid $4 bucks for the thing in general. But requesting people pay an additional $1.99 AFTER they already pay $1.99 for "extra features" is really lame. Since I never click an ad, you're never going to get a click through cent. Nor commission of anything I was to buy, cuz I wouldn't. And you're not getting my $1.99 for the convenience of not being harrased by yet more ads. I'll take the harrassment. But you have created an interesting marketting scenario completely all about you...
