The one thing I would like to be able to do is add single transactions via the app without needing the website. ✓ Missing lots of featuresNot possible to rearrange the receipts by date, amount, currency, etc. Also not possible to submit receipts for approval via the app. Without these two features, the app is pretty basic and cannot stand alone without the need for access to their website; a pretty massive weakness for those that travel a lot for business, such as myself (being able to submit receipts on the fly without opening my laptop is a huge advantage). When compared to Xero, for example (which we used before for managing expenses), this fails rather substantially, especially as Receipt Bank is built SPECIFICALLY for expenses, and Xero is not. Until these shortcomings are fixed, along with a few UI glitches, such frequent crashing when switching between apps, 2/5 is the best I’ll give it..Version: 3.8.1

✓ No more paper receipt files?!Take a photo of or scan a receipt in and Receipt Bank creates a transaction with the attached image of the receipt that can then be directly published into Xero or Quickbooks. Its working like a dream! Thermal receipts only last a few months, not the 7 years they're supposed to be on file. Receipt Bank makes it easy to attach the image of the receipt directly to the transaction in Xero. No more paper necessary! 4 stars because I'd prefer to assign receipts to a client's account after uploading them rather than to having to be in the correct client's account first. ✓ Weird bugI like Receipt Bank overall but there was a strange bug when changing my pw on an Apple 8+. I could put in the pw but the keyboard perfectly covers the “Save and Login” button. There’s no way to lower the keyboard so I was stuck (I just realized I could have rotated the phone - don’t know if that would have worked). In any case, its a UI bug that should be fixed. ✓ It works but it’s an ugly implementationReceipt bank wasn’t the hight of sophisticated implementation in terms of layout and style but it was functional and did what it had to do in a non offensive way. I am sorry to say that Dext is just a mess of fonts and symbols and crappy colours. The app now looks like a kids video game rather than a business app. Please get rid of all the garish colours, use a sensible font and get some compact tidy and good looking icons back again. Also there’s no need for oversized KPI’s. Seriously stop messing about. This is a simple app, just leave it alone. Apart from my rant on the aesthetics of the iPhone app, it still works which is all that matters to me, so I will continue to use it..Version: 4.0.2

I subscribed to Dext for about four years through my accountant but when they shifted to something less expensive, I stayed. It’s $360/year for the plan that covers my business needs and worth every penny. Once sent (by email, app upload, web upload, or auto forwarded by email filter) every receipt is automatically read and searchable. I key all the transactions manually and have never used the accounting program import feature but to me it’s worth it without that. The most recent update even adds the ability to share PDFs directly to the app. Kudos!!.Version: 4.8.4
