✓ Frequently usedI use this app whenever I get stressed or feel off somewhere in my body. As someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks, this app helps calm my nerves better than any mindfulness app. It could just be the practice of focusing on something else, or perhaps a placebo effect, but it consistently brings me out of the panic cycle. Could it be better? Yes. I’d love to read more about the theory behind the points to understand what I’m stimulating and why it works. It’s bare bones, but I actually like that aspect of it. Does “enlarging breast naturally” belong in the “maintaining health” section? No. But I’m willing to overlook that considering how often I’ve turned to this app for help and gotten it for other health/mental issues..MahliloVersion: 3.6
