The only issue I seem to have is that when I save a seller closing cost template it stays in the app until I close out the app. Once I open the app again all my saved closing costs entries are gone..Version: 3.1.0

Do a Quick Estimate for a buyer, compute it and then rotate your phone 90 degrees real quick. Look at the new screen and info it gives you. That is powerful in convincing the buyer not to under bid.
