✓ DislikedThis app didn't work, as soon as I downloaded it and tried to use it, it would freeze up. Tried several times with no luck. I don't recommend..Version: 2.2
✓ Love the Mag but NOT for iPadNot only lost all the issues I bought in the past, now it crashes every time I try to buy an issue or subscribe!! Insane that a company that prides itself on well researched and cutting edge technology can't get this app to work..Version: 7.0.69

✓ Nobody gets it!I really wish apple would put something out that explains about how newsstand works. You have to download it from the appstore (for free) then get the subscription (for a price) I think. Is this all the magazines there are? When i open up newsstand from my home screen it says go here to purchase them. I come here and when you click search it takes you to the app store search. If these are the only mags... What a waste of the IOS5 update. This was supposed to be a perk! Please do some explaining apple. We just don't get it..Version: 3.3

✓ Wait Until They Work Out The KinksThe content of the magazine is fine. However, the New Beauty app, for both the iPhone and iPad is problematic. You will not have access to previously purchased issues. You will also have difficulty archiving and downloading content from issues. Support is ineffectual. They do not understand the software of their own app! Apple will reprimand you for not contacting the developer, but Apple should not allow troublesome apps to be sold in the iTunes store. It is not the consumer’s fault. When Apple sells questionable merchandise it would reflect badly upon Apple and they should not force their customers to mop up the mess. I would wait until Sandow figured out how to troubleshoot their own app and stick with the print subscription until then..Version: 7.0

✓ Needs lots of workI downloaded this app because I am a print subscriber now but initially I tried to download the previous magazines it was freezing. I had to uninstall then reinstall. Now that I got to download a magazine as I am realizing that as I turn the page it some times skips a few pages if I'm not paying attention to the page numbers. As expensive as this subscription is this app needs major work. Please fix ASAP as I would like to read every page of something I am paying lots of money for..Version: 5.1
✓ Frustrating!I'm in Australia and can't seem to find a way to download or buy the issues or a subscription. It keeps telling me I have to buy the app before I download/buy issues but I already have the app!!! ✓ App doesn't fully downloadI get the printed mag and love it but the app doesn't work. This is the first time I have a problem downloading an application. The tech support suggest: "Launch the NewBeauty App again and then tap on the Refresh button at the top right of the Library screen. You will now be prompted to log in with your App Store ID. After logging in, all of the downloads that you've previously purchased will resume downloading immediately" I tried that and still doesn't finish downloading. I give up!.Version: 4.0
✓ Poor QualityI love this magazine like crazy but when I updated the app and tried zooming in to the small print it would just get pixelated. Please fix this, it's an unpleasant experience. ✓ Doesn't work!Unbelievable, I was charged $4.99 for an issue which won't download! My credit card was charged but I didn't get the issue i was attempting to purchase! You keep getting a message that it's loading except it is not! None of the other issues would load either! You get another error message like 'Your region won't load'! ✓ Not a good appGiven the sophisticated content, I expected a better app. - Each page is little than a scanned image which has noticable lag time to come into focus. So you can't just slide through the pages. Progressive image download is pretty web 1.0. - Because the print version of the mag is a large size, the scanned image results in extra small text so it's really hard to read. I have very good eyesight btw. - It crashes a lot, especially when resizing the image, which you have to do to see anything. Please have a look at Allure for good interaction on a tablet app..Version: 3.3

✓ Good appI happen to like this app. I like how u r able to preview an issue. Yes this mag has a lot of adds but so do other brauty magazines. This one specifically targets spa enthusiasts as well as make up artists and others in the industry. I also really like how past issues are free..Version: 2.2

✓ Rip off!!!This magazine loves to push plastic surgeries, procedures, and very expensive beauty products. It's just not practical for real life and is suspiciously full of adds for plastic surgeons and and other specialists. I guess if your into this type of thing it's something.
