✓ Horrible upgrade is more of a Downgrade grade: F!I’d rate this new app a ZERO if I could. I’ve had BombBomb for over a year now. LoVED the old app: had quick uploads of vids and could schedule them out. Upgrade is HORRID. Can’t schedule vids to go out and takes EONS to upload a simple 4-min vid! It took me over 3 tries to get it to upload and ended up spending over 10 minutes to get it up! Whatever needs to be done to fix it needs to be done YESTERDAY..Version: 6.0.0
✓ Update issues/snippetsThe most common use for my BombBomb has been the snippets feature being able to be used in the app wheel in IMessage. However, after the recent update to the app the application is no longer in that wheel. I receive leads that I need to text immediately and thoroughly. This was an awesome feature that would have pre written texts that I would be able to send quickly. Now I can no longer do that. Please fix it! Was also nice to be able to plug in videos to texts as we'll.Version: 6.0.0

✓ I like it but needs improvementI’m a pretty heavy user and people love me sending videos. App gives me problems. Here lately the videos don’t show up in my feed. Says no videos and I have hundreds. I love it but not the app. All it does well is upload videos. Past that, not much..Version: 6.2.0
✓ App is not able to keep a logon.App is not able to keep a logon, as every time I open the app, I need to go through several screens to manually input my Gmail logons in order to open the app. Very irritating and not worth it. This should be fixed.Version: 6.0.11
✓ Needs another updateI disliked the app before, but love bombbomb. They fixed a lot of my problems I was experiencing but took away the major factor of how to start/stop recording. I used to be able to have my phone on a tripod and then with a Bluetooth clicker start and stop (so there was no awkward reaching to the camera to stop recording) Essentially we were able to start/stop by pressing the Volume Up button since that’s what the clicker does but they took that out. Huge miss and that needs to be brought back!.Version: 6.0.1
✓ UI/UX terribleFor a company with as many subscribers as bomb bomb you'd think they would invest a little more time and money into the Dev of their app. It's a pain to use... it crashes frequently and it's User interface is dreadful. In my experience it is quicker and easier to find a desktop computer and use their web app instead of fussing with this app..Version: 5.1.4

✓ Does not work on my iPhone XWas recommended this app and having read it was excited to start using it and would have been happy to pay the 499 bucks a year however on opening it and tried to use it kept crashing. 8 times to be precise. ✓ Great idea, but still buggyUpdate: I was asked to change my review when someone emailed me.....once. I still have th the issues and no matter what they say they think it has to do with my upload speeds, but this never has been a 100% working app. Don’t get me wrong, the idea, the concept, the ability to share your face and vocal impressions are great, but the product and the customer service are choppy at best. I have used this service in my real estate career from day one, it sets me apart from the others, and people live it. but I have had two issues for at least two years and bombbomb does not appear to interested in making the user experience any better. 1. The mobile application is easier to use but the computer version is more robust and has more features. The real problem, the contacts in my phone don’t upload to the computer version. So essentially I am working with two versions of bombbomb that don’t talk to one another. 2. My screen in a regular basis freezes up. I always have the most up to date version of my phones operating system and I always download BB’s upgrade to apps., but no matter what I do on a regular basis I am deleting the app., and reloading it. I think they have bugs to work out and they are failing to do so. In a nut shell, once a viable competitor hits the market with an easier to use interface that looks and functions the same on a laptop as it does my phone, I am jumping ship..Version: 5.1.12
✓ Worst Video app I’ve ever used.Our company finally got rid of this awful app so I can voice my actual opinion. The fact you are actually charged for this is a complete joke. I have never experienced a less intuitive video app. On top of this it is extremely buggy and only works half the time. We voiced our concerns time and time again on completely deaf ears. They came out with a complete redesign and overhaul a few months ago and actually made it worse! They took all the ideas that would make it better and did the opposite. I have no idea how this app has a 4.8 rating, seems very fishy to me. I would stay far far away. There are tons of better video apps for marketing out there..Version: 6.0.3
✓ Rubbish! Don't bother. Takes ages to encodeRubbish app. Not worth it. First it ask you to go to their website to create account, ask for your address phone number etc, and all this info a mandatory, which i find strange. Then you now come back to the app itself and log in, when you choose video to send, it begin to encode, which is still taking 3 hrs as I type this. After writing this I will delete app, as it's a waste of time. Looks a bit doggy..Version: 3.1
✓ Premis is good, too many glitches.This is such a great premise and product but when I really need to use it it fails to often failure to upload for hours at a time forcing me to have to walk around with my laptop of which I ended up dropping one day and broke my laptop. For about six months they could not get it to work with my outlook and and I was the only one on the sales team that this was happening too. So I had to use the web browser and walk around with my $2000 laptop trying to shoot videos. The app is very glitchy and does not work reliably I will shoot a video and it will never actually upload or I cannot preview the video and there's no sound so I cannot even check it before I hit send. They will send you 5 to 6 emails per day talking about how great it is they need to back down and work on the technology piece I don't need emails I just need the product to work..Version: 6.0.3
✓ Seemed Like A SchemeStupid as Junk has me sign up then sign into my account like 4 or 5 times & still didn’t let save the video with my new thumbnail on it like what the hell is the dam point obviously that is the point of the whole app & it failed dam miserably & I don’t want nothing from it but to exit the App Store & market else where I suppose & my day will be better in time Not Thank You..Version: 6.0.3
✓ Bombbomb in the life of an RE agentI give it three stars because I’m still getting used to everything it’s little challenging to find all the available tools. Once I get used to it I’m hoping to come back and give it five stars. I’m enjoying it it’s easy to use but just need to get easier for me with all the different things that it does and how they work and where they are..Version: 5.1.13

✓ Technical glitchesI love using BombBomb from my laptop. I’m now integrating using my iPhone to use it. I’ve attempted several times to switch the camera to record something I was looking at. Each time the recording stopped. I received a message that there was a fatal error and the video was deleted. I know you’ll work it out. I’ll then give it the 5 stars the app deserves..Version: 6.0.2
✓ Cool idea but doesn’t work well from phoneThe videos that I make are awesome I love the functionality of it, the only issue that I have is that after I recorded eight or so different videos none of them were able to upload from my phone..Version: 6.0.5
✓ Fix your glitches, and you’ll get 5 starsThis app is SO. UNBELIEVABLY. GLITCHY. The concept is amazing… when it works. The intention is good… when it works. It is very helpful… when it works. Over half the time, the videos stop uploading halfway through the upload and there is no way to save the video to your phone while it is uploading. Either that, or the video uploads three times and the link won’t share to text messages. This is incredibly annoying for someone relying on this technology to work in crunch time when time is literally of the essence. Fix these glitches, and I’ll change this to 5 stars..Version: 6.1.0
