✓ On Election Day the Service is UnavailableWe've been advertising all month long on the news that I should fill out my ballot in advance using this app since I'll have a limited amount of time in the booth. Yet, on the day of the election I can't get to *any* of my information I keyed into the app because it's been saying for the past hour and a half that the service is unavailable. My message to the Secretary of State's office is that you should fix the app to where when I fill out a ballot it saves the information directly to my device at least until after the polls close. Otherwise, this app is completely worthless! If it wasn't for the hard copy card I received in the mail, I wouldn't even be able to see where I'm supposed to go vote today! I’d entered my choices and the app showed them when I left my house. When I arrived at the poll, the app was not functioning (I forget the error message). I tried repeatedly, restarted my phone, finally deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the same error message appeared. A sympathetic poll worker could access the app on her phone, but (security feature) my votes were not marked.
