✓ FrustratingCan’t get anyone on the phone, emails for support tickets are slow. I upgraded from the free version to a paid subscription only to lose features that l had in the free version. Absolutely ridiculous! And there’s no easy way to manage or upgrade your subscription. Starting to seem like a scam 🤷🏽♂️.Version: 6.11.14
✓ Good app, sloth-speed customer supportIf you ever have a technical issue with the app over a weekend, you’re screwed! Tech support/customer service is non-existent. They’re on PST time so they respond as slowly as possible, on California time. I’ve had speedier tech support/customer service from my cable company!.Version: 6.11.2

✓ Decent for the moneyI’ve used this app for 5 years and now the app crashes every time I pay an invoice, they know about it but can’t fix it for a month now. Also any changes made to templates do not save so you’re stuck with the way it is. I would suggest they have signature templates so you don’t have to sign every single invoice like is required in my field..Version: 6.11.10

✓ Ok AppI like the app because it does what it’s supposed to do. I went from invoice2go to invoice ASAP but I’ve been requesting to get a discount option and they tell me “oh we are working on it” that was 3 years ago and still nothing instead they tell me to do some mumbo jumbo in order for the discount to work. I can’t be doing this every time some customers want to see the discount I give them and how much it was. Also would it kill them to give us an option to choose invoice templates? Come on guys give us more options to make our experience unique..Version: 6.10.14

✓ Needs lots of ImprovementIt’s not worth the 3.99 per month as invoice asap still has a lot of limitations like not being able to correct the title of an item once you click save. You can only go back in to change a price, quantity, or notes. With this limitation, if you make a grammatical error of any sort you will be forced to delete the whole thing and start over or you will need to go into saved “inventory” and try to correct in that realm but it’s a major pain especially when other programs have simple features like this as a stock feature. In addition to the aforementioned, you can’t get spelling suggestions at certain phases of creating the invoice. There is also no way to upload your own personal company logo. I could keep listing limitations of invoice asap but I think you will be getting the idea if you’ve read this far already. This app used to be free which in its current state should be free. Ironically, with all the money invoice asap is making off people throughout the world you’d think the app would be much more intuitive with stock features like quick books. Unless invoice asap makes significant changes I am going to just take the hit and buy quick books outright..Version: 6.11.5
✓ Was great, now just ok.Since adding their eCheck option not only have I had to ask all of my clients for new payment info, but I no longer receive notification when a payment is made. None of my clients will even use the eCheck option due to having to provide log in banking info. So I’m dealing with the headache of trying to collect card numbers from all clients again with absolutely no benefit. Would really like to at least be notified when a payment has been made through the invoice. I used to love this app now I am very frustrated..Version: 6.10.12
✓ Not bad but can use some workThis is a good app but does need some improvements like an area for the costumer to sign an invoice or estimate. As well, when I send the invoice or estimate to my costumer there is no phone numbers of our office or city of the phone numbers this as far as I am concerned this is a major problem that needs to be fixed. I am NOT willing to pay for this app till it is corrected so I can sync with my quick books pro. And the other thing is templates, this should have other templates that can be used as a form of invoicing or estimates , not just the one, I can't put my techs name,or my time in and time out or job number no room for it and no spaces for it.Version: 2.2

✓ Word of warningI thought that this would be great for invoicing on the move, a word of warning, I have found that the company are impossible to communicate with and when I requested they close my account they are still taking payments with no option to stop this myself when logged in, not to mention there is no reminder when your trial time is up. ✓ Go direct. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE THRU APPLEI have been using this app for many years. Recently it has a subscription glitch. Developer says contact Apple and Apple says it is on the developer. They have cost me hundreds of dollars. When it works it is great but don’t depend on Apple to fulfill your subscription and don’t expect the developer to honor the receipt. I wish they had partial-invoice/progress billing, so you could send customers what they owe now, without having to apply a payment or write a separate email. Also, there needs to be an outbox feature. They don't show as sent from the email I have attached to the account. ✓ It works fine until it doesn’t.I have had this app for several years. It has worked fine until about a year ago. Every so often, maybe once every 2 months I will get a screen saying I have reached the free portion limit of invoices for the month. The only problem is I pay for unlimited invoices. I have been on the phone with the tech people for the app and bottom line they tell me that if I would pay for my subscription through their website and not through iTunes that this would not happen again. This may be so, however why is this the ONLY app I have ever had that would require this? I was also told that I need to be signed in to iTunes when I use the InvoiceASAP app to keep this from happening. First of all I don’t even use iTunes so now I have downloaded the app and signed on to it.....oh but that still didn’t remedy the problem. The real rub for me with this is it only happens when I have a customer waiting to receive an invoice. It never fails I tell a customer I’m emailing you the invoice right now, and I can’t send them an invoice, heck I can’t even type up the blasted invoice to send them. How unprofessional is this? I believe the first of the year I may need to look for a new app..Version: 6.10.18
