✓ Basic errors in the interpretationDO NOT BUY THIS APP. This app will reinforce instead of correct the most common errors in the interpretation of arrythmias. The authors indicate atrial sensing with there is clear atrial pacing every other P wave. With a little more attention they could have observed the ¨pairing¨of the complexes. Most importantly, a case of clear sinus bradicardia and PACs is mistaken by atrial fibrillation. Lead V1 shows consistent P waves. Anticoagulation of this patient would make a good case for a lawyer. Sinus nodal block is proposed for a case of pronounced sinus arrhythmia which is commonly seen in young patients (this ECG seems to be from a young patient)..Version: 2.0

Not useful for testing yourself on ECG skills. Edit: Developer says there are 80+ strips but the quiz keeps showing the same 21. So I stand by my review..Version: 3.0
