✗ Content OK Customer Service AppallingThink twice before you give these people your money. I have bought several items from them. Some simply do not load (on a new iPad) The advice you will receive is to “re-install your purchases.” It did not work and despite requests I heard nothing further. I also bought a year’s subscription and did not get access to that year’s magazines. When I queried it I was told to - guess what? “reinstall my purchases.” Again this did not fix the problem. Customer Service apparently is ONLY for the printed version. If you want to read it on your iPad you will have no customer service. They have my money and they don’t appear to be even slightly concerned that I don’t have their magazine..T!mSVersion: 2.3

✗ Not happyI usually buy the magazine but decided to download it as it said that it was only £1.99. However I downloaded the app went to purchase the April edition only to find out its £2.99. I wouldn't normally say anything but if you advertise it at one price and sell at another its not right and needs to be addressed!.Loopie:)Version: 1.6
