✓ Useless! I have been robbedAll previous downloads have gone and cannot download the latest even though my subscription has been taken. Given the number of users reporting the same problem, it is disgraceful that Centaur Media have not even acknowledged this. I was 50/50 on whether to continue anyway as content is poor but this has made my mind up. Subscription cancelled..Version: 1.9

✓ Best keep your money.Had no end of problems and currently still unable to read the publication due to an error script! Customer Service somewhat lacking. The interface from what I can see is poor. ✓ Content OK Customer Service AppallingThink twice before you give these people your money. I have bought several items from them. Some simply do not load (on a new iPad) The advice you will receive is to “re-install your purchases.” It did not work and despite requests I heard nothing further. I also bought a year’s subscription and did not get access to that year’s magazines. When I queried it I was told to - guess what? “reinstall my purchases.” Again this did not fix the problem. Customer Service apparently is ONLY for the printed version. If you want to read it on your iPad you will have no customer service. They have my money and they don’t appear to be even slightly concerned that I don’t have their magazine..Version: 2.3

Then I find that I need to pay extra for each one and that it is not possible to distinguish which you have bought and which you haven't. All this should be made clear as you purchase.
