✓ DreadfulWhat has happened to the decanter app since the last update? It’s become painfully slow to load, and generally clunky. This is simply unacceptable in these days of facile on line media. Furthermore, I’m unable to access back editions. A huge turn off and I doubt I will renew my subscription given the quality of this app. Dreadful and shame on Decanter for this simply unacceptable level of service..Version: 6.0.2
✓ Needs fixing - I was robbedI had started to use this app in the summer and purchased several issues. Then the app had an update in October (I think) and it no longer recognizes that I purchased the issues. I have tried using the "restore purchased issues" request about 10 times to no avail so now I have to go on a goose chase trying to figure out who to log this issue with. Only install if you are quite happy throwing money away..Version: 3.1

✓ Horrific!What a horrible update came from Decanter! I have to now create an account and download all previous purchases. It takes FOREVER to do that with constant crashes making it really maddening to go through the process. Those issues that I did manage to download, were unreadable, each page blown out of proportion. Why rush with an update before working out all the 'improved' crap?! Moreover they locked ALL the supplements that were part of your digital subscription before this update. Now you have to pay $5 for each past supplement. Isn't that a violation of the previous subscription agreement? There is no way I am going to spend another penny on this horrific digital magazine. ✓ Newest update rushed and brokenThis update (1 Feb 2013) was rushed out to fix a compatibility problem. Unfortunately it isn't working properly: no cover pages are displaying in the "library" view. ✓ Love the magazine, really frustrated with the AppI am extremely frustrated with your App. I love the magazine, but even after I download multiple editions, when I’m not connection to the internet (ie on an airplane) the app tells me I don’t have anything downloaded. It’s happened twice now, and I’m very frustrated. I don’t understand why it’s a complicated feature - I can download videos from Netflix and watch the, offline. ✓ Can’t get my issuesI am very disappointed in this new app...I can’t get my iTunes subscription restored in the app, and the email Decanter Support in the menu doesn’t work. Further, contacting Support through the App Store also leads to a dead link. I have been subscribing for almost four years now, and think it is pretty awful that I can’t get at my issues. ✓ Never ending loading!It is difficult to review Decanter magaIne as the app never goes beyond the Loading. That is until it just quits. I am using an iPad with which I enjoy reading Vanity Fair, The Economist, Saveur, Food and Wine, Sunset and several other magazines. The Economist is the fastest download and quickly allows browsing thru issues. You need to get your software fixed if you intend to sell subscriptions with the app. It does not work!.Version: 3.5
✓ Great Magazine / Weak AppThe magazine is terrific; Decanter is leaps and bounds beyond spectator, enthusiast, advocate, etc. the quality of writing and the European influence make this a much more even and worldly publication than others. The app however had not been updated for even the iPhone 5's tall screen, it has terrible page turning, and is simply difficult to enjoy on an iPhone if any size. A light ui overhaul would be terrific in making this app more enjoyable..Version: 4.3
