✓ “New and improved” app fails to deliverI love WUKY and will always support but … The 2022 updated app is annoying. Every time I access it, I get an intro asking for a donation (I’m a monthly automatic supporter); the app fails frequently and then I’ve got to hear that $ request again; the app freezes a lot and won’t load - I have to go to the website to access streaming where I get the $ request again. I’ve contacted customer service via email and recd a generic response. I’ve followed all the customer service recommendations including removing the app and reinstalling - all to no avail! But - I’ll keep listening and supporting cause the music and local news is GREAT..LEX-NYC fanVersion: 4.5.53
