✓ Almost There...I was looking for a simple tool to help me with analysing and comparing commercial investment properties - this is so close but just needs a little bit more work. What I Liked * ability to name and save worksheets for different investments * clean simple layout * data input into named year slots * up to 30 year investment timeframe * ability to clone existing sheet for a new calculation * ability to send data and calcs as neatly formatted PDF What I Can Live With * It's a simple app that does one job for $2.50 - I can see that the more regular users of this type of function would be happy to have a single button / app for this function as long as it does it well. What I Would Like Added * because the underlying data is the same, there is really no reason to not show NPV and FPV outcomes on the report / output screen as well as the IRR - you are showing them on the graph anyway - you don't need to sell two separate apps * you should be able to select new blank template when setting up new sheet - current system requires copying existing sheet then hitting "zero all" option * when I am in data entry mode if I move into a field and start typing this should clear existing value automatically * no of decimal places should be customisable - I don't need cents on these type of calcs / reports * it would be fantastic if we could store calcs in the individual year cash flow slots for example = -(800000*.10)-35000+150000 (value seen when working in specific year) = 35000 (value displayed and used in calcs) This would assist users in checking & remembering how their cash flows were constructed. Alternatively, down the track you could have three sub-boxes open when you enter the year cash flow box: income, interest, other What Must Be Fixed ASAP * there is NO EXCUSE for the apps inability to handle individual cash flows exceeding $1m. * the only reason that I haven't returned this to Apple for a refund is that you have got so many other elements right that I am happy to wait for the next couple of versions to see if you can get this done If these items can be addressed this app will be "best in class" for this type of analysis..Joe KonVersion: 8.1
