✓ Trip milesWhen you export to excel. Expenses are not sorted out into categories so you don't know which Is fuel, meals , service and so on. Can't get reimbursed if they can't be sorted..Version: 1.6

✓ Simple, Easy to useI found this app simple to keep a log with. The export function works well. But the best part is how customizable it is. You would think this would make it complicated to use as most apps with this ability are... But is doesn't complicate thing at all. The user interface is very natural feeling. Great app! ✓ Just right for my needsEasy to use and I love the favorite trips feature which I use several times a week. Works in kilometers, which is also important, as I'm a dual US/Can citizen and my car is from Canada. The e-mail export worked well for me. I would suggest if the records are important to you (such as used for taxes) that you back up your data monthly, just in case..Version: 1.2

I purchased the NO gps, just prefer to manually enter miles. Also, the developer is on top of updates. They continually release updates to reflect the New Years IRS mileage requirements..Version: 3.0

✓ Takes time to setup, but then it's dead-simple!This is app is fantastic and worth every penny. It's so easy to add a trip and log it to a certain account, set-up multiple mileage rates and more. While I found moving through the setup menus a little tricky sometimes, once it was setup, it was simple to log trips and then to quickly generate reports for accounting. I totally sound like a shill, but really, I'm just really glad I spent a little extra to pick this app. You can export reports very quickly and target, year, month or day. As someone who drives a corporate car, accounting for my personal use is essential and this helps do it, even if my boss is the CRA/RQ and not the IRS..Version: 1.4

✓ Top NotchOne of the best Apps out there for tracking your mileage. Love the fact that you can backup your Data over WiFi. Now the App offers the ability to back Data via e-mail as well. Only thing that throws me off with the App, it actually has to be updated each year for the mileage rates to work. Current App only goes from 2010 thru 2012. I originally had App when it only went up to 2011. Fortunately Developer updated App for 2012. Still was an issue for proper rates for 2011 since IRS split deduction amount for business purposes 1/2 way through (Jan-Jun 2011 was 51¢ & Jul-Dec 2011 was 55.5¢) App would only let you specify one rate per year. Would have been easier for you to be able to manually set The deduction amount rate. Also concerned that App may stop being developed or that my devices would be too old to update to newest iOS & newest App too & then one could not continue to use year after year and have deductions work in App properly. Hopefully an update will allow user to add Years & rates with the option of 1/2 year variances incase a tax year is split like what occurred in 2011 as well as some previous years as well. Overall a great App!.Version: 1.8

It has fantastic little features to make usage easier such as remembering the last (highest) mileage for each vehicle, so long as you select the vehicle first. ✓ Trip MilesGood app, but I do not like how it forces you to put in both beginning and ending odometer reading. I use my iPhone and would like to enter just the beg odometer reading when starting trip. I put just 2 miles in, then go back, and sometimes when updating later it doesn't save it properly. ✓ Good App Overall!Just picked up this app to record my mileage. 35k a year mixed Business (85%) and Private. A little early to give a full overview but is working giving what is required by IR. However, would like the ability to set the start of a year ie 5th April rather than calendar. For obvious reasons to those in the UK would make it a more effective measuring tool. Also would be ideal to be able to drop down the milage rate on the driver after a set value has been reached ie @ 10k business miles from 45ppm to 25ppm... However, these do have work arounds but only if you are prepared to go with it and make it work. Not as straight forward for all. But it works!.Version: 1.4
