✓ UselessI’ve written to the dev and had no reply. Having really liked the app I purchased the “Pro” version. Now I cannot find where Mag.light pro stores captured pictures... Not in Photos.app, not in “Camera Roll”, not in Mag.light photo album!!! Please, please, please let me know where the apps photo’s are stored?.It'sanARDlifeVersion: 3.5

✓ Why pay for Pro version for iPad?The only advantage of the purchased upgrade to the Pro version for one's iPad is elimination of the advertisement band. The only reason I made the purchase was to get the flash light function. At my age, magnification and more light are essential for legibility, anywhere. What hope I had for this app demonstrated to me on an iPhone! Where was it made clear that there is no flashlight function for the iPad? Nowhere. Unkind business..EcoeureVersion: 3.4

✓ I would like it more, but...I would like this maglight a lot more, but turning the light on doesn't work. Please fix this paid feature and I'll change my review. Have a nice day. ✓ Wish I hadn't spent the money to upgrade.The app works well but even though it supposedly lets you save pictures to your camera roll, it won't save pictures if the app doesn't have internet access. Why does it need the internet to save to my camera roll? Because of this privacy hole I don't use that feature, which is why I bought the paid version in the first place. There is a workaround... use the free version and use the home/power button combo to take a screenshot and bypass the snapshot feature..Patski762Version: 3.4

✓ Not for micro typeI bought the App as an experiment. I wanted to see if it would allow me to magnify and zoom in on the microtype checks and other documents as authenticity check. You can easily see the type with the traditional magnifying glass. It did not work with microtype on the signature line of the check despite it being high contrast, and it did not work with the micro type on the back of a drivers license. I attempted to give my review no waiting whatsoever. Apple would not let me do this. I am giving it three stars because it did not do what I was looking forward to do, but would've preferred to give it no stars since I'm not particularly sure that it ever claimed to be able to do it. ✓ Pro version needed for featuresTried out the free version of this but as all the useful features you need, such as image stabilising and sharpening etc., are only available in the Pro version. Pro version pretty good and has a minimal UI that doesn't hog the screen. Goes up to 5x magnification, has image freeze with enhancement and sharpening and adjustable brightness torch. Annoyingly when you save a photo from a magnified image it saves the un-magnified image to the Camera roll!? I don't understand the use in that?.Weeste1Version: 3.4

I upgraded to the pro but instead of updating my 3.8.1 app it updated the 3.5 app. I have tried twice to get this corrected through email and no one has got back with me and I don’t know why.
