✓ January 2015 update ruined app for me...After installing the update (which came with a very annoying must-press button that threw the user onto the App Store), my incoming emails lost all their clickable links. I checked against the iOS native mail app and fortunately all links were intact and clickable there. I was considering buying the paid version but now I'm happy I waited. In case the Developer chooses to fix this bad update, I may try the app again in a couple of months and update this review. By the way, I want to encourage the Developer to consider dropping the must-click app update button because it is offensive --it's my choice whether to update an app that still works and I do not appreciate being manipulated..Version: 5.1

✓ Gmail issuesThis app use to be good but not for a couple years. First problem is contact list disappeared. I can see my contacts only when i start typing a name in the “TO:” space….then all the names starting with that letter show up. I’ve seen others complain about this. Even more frustrating is if I open an email I can’t get out of it to go to another email. I have to back out of the app clear the memory and sign on again to see the other emails. I wrote to the “help” a long time ago and never got a reply. This has been going on for a couple years. Very disappointing. It’s not my device as i have bought new ones and it still happening. Tried using a different GMAIL app and same thing happened plus they wanted me to pay to have the advertisements go away..Version: 6.0

✓ Stopped working and no response to inquiriesThis app worked great for several years But then it hung up when I tried to log off. I had to quit app to get out of it. Then after that it hangs when trying to open gmail. Then once again I have to quit the app in order to proceed. As I said the app worked great for several years on all my iOS devices. But gradually it has stopped working even though I've reinstalled it several times in three different devices. I also refreshed my gmail passwords hoping that would help. When working it is a 5 star. ✓ Very goodA great little app for privacy amended to one star as if you save a mail to draft it truncated it only sending the first part - worse of course the draft disappears from you draft folder meaning the e mail is lost !! ✓ Slow or frozen, poor designYes, you can switch easier from one account to another, but it is a painfully slow app, and it only loads my email successfully about 10% of the time, usually it gets stuck at about 95% loaded, and I have to restart and try again. When it does work, it's very awkward writing because the banner ad obscures the active text, so you can't see what you're typing. If the banner ad was gone there would still be only two lines of visible text space, so you're constantly scrolling up to see what you just typed. This app is not ready for prime time..Version: 2.3

✓ ONE OF THE WORSE APPI have had to install and reinstall several times to get to on of my gmail. Yes SEVERAL TIMES!!!!! GRRR! ✓ Stopped working-No more support?Used to be a flawless app but stopped working couple of years ago (end of 2017). I tried uninstalling and installing the app several times without positive results. Login is an impossible task. On my ios tablet login just keeps trying indefinitely without a prompt response while on my ios phone gives me an incoherent response that states the device doesn't allow JavaScript when actually it has it on!.
