✓ Move and measureWould be a great app were it not for the fact that you can't move the map in measuring mode as this wipes out your route, so not ideal for creating running routes or long distance journeys..Version: 1.3
✓ Like the app, with limitationsWorks as described, EXCEPT, the search box doesn’t seem to permit “paste” of data from clipboard into search field..Version: 3.2.3
✓ Good app. But....Only problem I have found with this app is when you are planning/tracking a route if you go off the screen in your journey and have to move the map it doesn't let you continue mapping or even keep the distance adding up it just resets which is a little frustrating. As soon as an accumulator is added or a tool to let you move the map without losing your route then this would easily get 5*..Version: 1.4.2

✓ Ok, but could use some work.I do a lot of walking in the city, but I frequently forget to use my Map My Walk app. Pro: This app allows me to quickly satisfy my curiosity with how far I have gone. Con: I tend to walk farther than I can track on the map in one continuous swipe of the finger. Users should be able to save a route that has been drawn, then maneuver the map to draw the remaining route since the viewable map area tends to be small..Version: 1.3

✓ Good Idea Needs Improvement (will give 5 stars if...)I would give this app 5 stars and even pay for it, if I could continue your drawing out side of the map, without loosing what I've already drawn. For Example: if I start to draw a route, but the complete route that I want to draw, actually extends beyond the parameters of my iPad screen, I can't lift my finger, move the map and continue drawing. When I do so, I loose all of what I already drawn, and the route starts fresh. I wish I could pause, move the map and continue drawing where I stopped. Hope this will be fixed. ✓ Nice idea but needs workThis is a cool little app, but it lacks a couple of key features that should be standard in this type of apps. First, even though the apps automatically goes to your current app when you first open it, if you move the app around there is no features that let's you go back to your current location. You have to scroll the map until you get to where you are. Second, every time you start the app you have to change the settings so that the app shows you distance in mikes, kilometers, feet, or meters. The app should either save you last changes or have a way of changing the default settings. It should also have away of getting rid of ads..Version: 1.4.2

✓ Not bad, but ...I think this is quite a neat little app. The mapping could do with improving/updating so as to pick up footpaths, and I would like the ability to be able to scroll the maps when in 'measure' mode so that if I want to use close in map views, and measure a distance that takes me beyond the perimeter of that initial page view I can. At present I can only measure to the perimeter of that initial page view, and the open a new map page and pick up my route - except that then I lose the distance data from the first measure exercise? If the map scrolling function is difficult, could you add some sort of accumulator function, so as to carry forward distances from one measure exercise to another, with a totalling function for use at the end of my various measured map view pages. Sorry, the above is probably not very well expressed, but I know what I mean!.Version: 1.3

✓ No option to change unit of measurementThe menu for changing the distance measurements does not show up. I have the six month paid version. I can not change it from meters to miles or any other unit of measurement. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, then restored purchase, but still no settings show up to change the unit of measurement. ✓ Paste function & Ads w-GPSThe Paste function does not work when it fails once because the app deletes the clipboard. NOBODY DELETES THE CLIPBOARD ON A PASTE. Also, in the free version, the ads cause the app to crash when the GPS locator is active in the app and you try to either manipulate the map and-or do the distance measurement. ✓ Good app has potential to get betterGreat app for trip planning each days drive. Things to get a higher rating: 1. Maps linked to Google so can have more detailed information. I.E.- cannot find Mt Rushmore on the current app, no ability to plan out a drive there. 2. Ability to pay out of the annoying ads. Please offer that I would pay to upgrade ! 3. ✓ Pretty good. Two issues.Overall it's a really handy and useful app. The only issues I have is there's no (at least that I can find) to continue a measurement after starting and stopping, it's just erases it. I suppose I could just add the two measurements together. Second, my drawing disappeared after tilting my phone to landscape from portrait, it saved my distance but the drawing went away. But it's simple and straight to the point and not bogged down with too many settings and features..Version: 1.4
