✓ Same story year after year ….Once again, I received a letter from the bears. Same stuff every year. We’re getting better. We’ve added good players, we’ve drafted good players, our coaches will improve from last year,and last, we care about our fans We also care about what our fans think about the bears team and our future. Since the NFL TV Contracts alone give each team over 330 MILLION DOLLARS every year, why should you care what we think ? That Dollar figure is public knowledge because the Green Bay Packers are a public organization and have to release the figures. You could give the tickets away and still be in the black….. after all, you have sponsors, sell Merchandise, have Radio deals, endorsements, payments from concessions, parking and who knows what other income streams. Yet, you always attempt to paint such a positive picture every year, but put garbage on the field. You can’t draft with any degree of success, you can’t develop any players you draft to make them better, the coaches you hire usually turn out to be unable to put together any semblance of a game plan that works on offense or defense. So , for over 40 years as a STH, I have no reason to believe you’ll ever get better in my lifetime. Lucky for your Or-Gan-I-Za-Tion, I’m 80 years Old and in about 15 years or so, I probably won’t be around to point out the truth about the bears..Sticks1944Version: 5.5.0

✓ Issues with Bears AppSince the most recent app update, I have had issues accessing my season tickets, I cannot transfer tickets to my Apple Wallet for some reason, and I am getting error messages trying to access the STH account information (including benefits like STH events, etc.). I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn’t help. Must be a buggy latest version that needs to be fixed/updated..Wojdyla13Version: 5.5.1

✓ AwfulThis app is worse than the team they put on the filed. Most of the time it just spins when you open. If your lucky the app opens but then it spins again once you try to get to your tickets. This new update is trash. Now I can't even get in the app to retrieve my tickets. I'm a season ticket holder and this app hasn't worked since it was created. ✓ Do not use the shop if you’re not American!I just wanted to give you a heads up about your online store. I went to purchase a couple of items being as the Canadian dollar is doing better than the American dollar, so I figured why not splurge? I get my total which is about $73 USD which should be about $55 CAD right now, but $104 was taken from my account. The online store is not honouring the exchange rate and I feel very upset about being overcharged, especially when it’s double what I had expected to pay with the current exchange rate. I was basically given the run around and refunded the return label, but who knows if it’ll be through the proper exchange rate or not, let alone once my refund comes in from the return. I just wanted you to know that when purchasing through the official Bears app, international buyers are being treated like this. I obviously will never be using the online store again and am out $104 for who knows how long with how long shipping takes. ✓ LazyI can not rely on this app for up-to-date information; just like the website. Several outside sources always provide updates on injuries, news, etc. far sooner. Sometimes days earlier!! For example, the app shows Hicks as questionable for today’s game but several other news sources show that he is OUT for today. This is a microcosm of a regular pattern. Why even provide an app if they aren’t going to mange it. Oh wait! Another example is the roster cuts. I could go to several other sources for the final roster and depth chart. ✓ My tickets on the app are gone???This app is terrible and the fact that after all these years of being a season ticket holder they switched to digital tickets. For whatever reason I was signed out of the app. I know I didn’t sign out and when I went to sign in my password wasn’t accepted so I changed it and now the my tickets are gone. ✓ Well, it WAS a great app......This was my go-to place for Bears news and info. But the latest update has now relegated it to a click-click app that drives me crazy! Why would you remove headlines from photos? Now, the user must guess what the photos mean rather than being able to select stories we want to read. Content was and I guess still is top notch but I am not going to spend my time clicking on every picture just to find the stories I want to read. Too bad.
