Eventbrite for Negative User Reviews

Saving events not possibleEvery time I save an event it goes missing once I save another event (navigating to a different event page and pressing save). This happens when the events are being held by different hosts. Please fix this!.Version: 4.3.1

Honestly, if possible, I would just put zero starsSo unfortunately, I’ve been trying to buy tickets for an event for the past couple days now, but this app has made it unbelievably difficult. Apple Pay does not work. I even tried the other payment method such as in putting your card directly or as well as PayPal did not work either. When I tried getting in contact with customer support they only tend to organizers of events instead of the attendees so clearly this app and its creators don’t care about those who want to purchase tickets, I’m not sure if this could ever be fixed but I am incredibly frustrated. Honestly I don’t recommend this app because the moment there’s an issue with it no one is there to help you, but unfortunately due to my situation the only way you could attend this event is through the stupid app that does not work, so now I’m not sure what to do. Hopefully they fix this issue soon but honestly I don’t recommend using this app..Version: 9.33.0

Not intuitive grrrThis app is really not intuitive to use! So frustrating. Real potential to be useful to keep you signed in for tickets, but scuppered by really basic things. Ie I usually already know exactly what event I’m looking for, so the first thing I want to do is type in the event name not the location. That will immediately bring up the right event. But no you have to type in a location where you want to “go out” and you can say what type of thing you want to do. I never want to “go out” randomly. I’ve got too much specific stuff I really want to do! I hope the app developers are reading this and make changes. I’m developing another app myself at the moment so very annoyed by what I view as basic level errors in thinking through how people will want to use it... sorry Eventbrite!.Version: 6.0.0

PaymentI have used this app several times and had no problems . Last night I tried to buy some tickets and it kept kicking me out and only giving an option of paying by PayPal- which I don’t have or want. Eventually a message came up saying there was a problem with my browser blocking the payment options- I have no idea how to rectify this. I went back on the site and clicked contact us -this gave the message that I have successfully used the app before so read the FAQs - how unhelpful! What has changed nothing for me but clearly something you have done . My friend tried too and had the same issues. Please help - I will probably now miss the event although if everyone has the same problem then no one can book tickets - I am sure the venue are pleased about that …...Version: 9.34.0

Nowhere to submit bug reports and there’s a big new bugThere is nowhere to submit bug reports. If I register for something, I can’t register for another event without exiting and restarting the app. I can’t register for anything that charges admission on the app. It won’t even show me the price or if tickets available. I can only find out by visiting eventbrite on my desktop. I used to be able to add events to my iCal through the app, but that no longer works. ————— This app has been an amazing way for me to continue my education affordably. So many high-quality workshops and lectures are available here for free or for cheap. I do wish there was a way to filter by time of day, though. If I have some free time at 7 pm, for example, it would be extremely useful to be able to search for events at 7 pm rather than have to sift through a 24-hour period’s worth of events. I also wish there was a way I could leave certain organizers out of my searches. There are a few places I’d block because they always turn up in my searches despite not being relevant to what I’m looking for..Version: 9.52.0

Don’t update the app?I really dislike the new format of the events that came with the update when you search. The event logos used to be a lot smaller but now they’re way too big and it makes it difficult to find events. With the old format you could see 5 events on one page on an iPhone, but now you can barely even see two. It feels as if the events are less accessible and I spend more time scrolling and seeing events I’m not interested in. I used to love this app but the new format really bothers me so I don’t use it as much. If the creators read this, please please please creat an option to make the events small again. It would be much appreciated..Version: 9.46.1

Email probApp wouldn’t allow email change.Version: 9.59.0

Could be more intuitiveApp is okay, can be a little confusing at first and does not readily offer explanations for information requested. Also would be great if it could recall info from previous bookings, so we wouldn’t have to re-enter the same information for each new booking.Version: 9.26.0

Great product and terrible customer service if something goes wrongI like the eventbrite platform. It’s relatively easy to use and I’ve met some cool people through it. I have run more than 10 events in the past and the first time I had an issue where customers of mine ran into trouble because of their UI for discount codes I ended up having to eat the fees. When I explained that it was an older audience and they thought that they were not going to be charged, they didn’t listen to my actual situation. They just followed their policy of not refunding fees. Without getting into the details of the conversation, the customer service was awful and frustrating and I won’t be using them to run events if I can find another viable alternative..Version: 7.3.3

I’ve given up!This app is abysmal. While the events might be great. This app isn’t. Simply functions like search are unusable. Have the developers or testers actually used this app? Searching for known events whether by event name or by event organiser returns events that are not even related, so I rely on a Google search instead. If I click on a link via an email or a web link, it opens this app and goes to the main page rather than to the event I’ve clicked on. To get around these issues, I have to either get a link to the actual event from someone else or if I’m lucky do a search via a Google or something. Once I have the link, copy it and paste it into my browser, login and save the event so I can then see it via the app. It’s this kind of development ineptness that makes this app unusable, and it’s been exactly like this for years, since the app has been released, as I noticed the search issues soon after. It would be great to have a workable app. Until then, I’ll use the website instead..Version: 9.22.0

App won't let me confirm my accountI would love to review the functionality of the app, but sadly I'm encountering problems with confirming my account after signing up, so I cannot log in and use it. After contacting their Help Desk four times, twice I was ignored, twice I received identical generic emails which do not address the problem I am having. So I can't use it. Annoying as I have tickets on that app I would like to use. I don't recommend this app. Extremely annoyed..Version: 4.3.3

When working well it's great!I have loved using Eventbrite until recently when the price tab disappeared in certain events (not by the same organiser). Another person in one of my groups has experienced the same thing. I'm unable to find any way of contacting Eventbrite. I could try deleting and reinstalling the app but this is likely to delete my data and I still have unused tickets. When working well, it's great..Version: 9.43.0

No real customer support is organizer failsEvent Brite is designed for the benefit of the organizer. They can sell anything (concert/event tickets) however they want (with promises they don’t have to fulfill like VIP amenities). If you don’t get the service the way it was intended they still will not help you. They will tell you to contact the organizer. The website is only designed to get your money for the planner and for eventbrite to get processing fees (I paid $150 in fees). You will get charged two ways to use their service VIP tickets for me totaled at $1,150. Don’t buy any concert or event tickets unless you are ok with ANY result. Just know that customer service only will take messages and phone calls from people who are planning an event. Not people who are actually trying to get help. I didn’t get the full amenities of my VIP ticket and nothing was done about it ($940 wasted)..Version: 9.0.0

Great way to find events, but app could improveThis is a great app at finding events, and booking is made very easy as well as diary syncing. Would have given higher stars except that the “events for you” is too general I always use this app for business or networking events yet all the app suggests are beer (alcohol) events or music festivals? Not at all based on my bookings in the slightest. Also when I search for events (I’m based in Manchester) the app will show you events as far as Leicester or Newcastle?? Could do with a location pointer that actually works. All in all a good app but in this day an age this little things are irksome.Version: 6.1.1

Sloppy registration processConfusing. Seems to loose the first and make me reenter before it issues a ticket More than once I’ve arrived at a function only to find it sold out with me not on the list.Version: 9.35.1

Bad customer serviceI tried to contact customer service over a ticket issue and the first person I talk to said OK to a refund a week later I never got it. I called back and asked where it was. The new person said I couldn’t get one, but I had already been told I could, so I canceled my hotel because they said I could I know they keep records of the call and everything that is said and wanted a supervisor to look it up because if they said I could get a refund it’s on them. The supervisor said he would have to look into it and get back to me. Surprise surprise a week later no one got back to me after calling back and getting me a credit that I can use in the future but not refund. I spent two hours on waste of my time.Version: 9.46.1

You allowed HAMAS and ban Riley Gaines’s eventDeleted…..🤬.Version: 9.46.1

Seems to work well for meI look back at last two years and find I have organised over 50 events using Eventbrite. It has its foibles and I keep meaning to write out a checklist of all the little tweaks I have to do to make it work. Have found the iPhone app helpful for quickly keeping tabs of bookings as we near the date. Had 450 registered for big panel discussion on IPCC SR 1.5 Degrees and over 320 turned up - standing room only. I think Eventbrite helped this a bit..Version: 6.0.5

IPad app???I find this app ok in the sense that it works on my phone. But like many of us older people it’s harder to see the phone screen. It’s also harder to enter any txt on the piddly little keyboard screen on the iphone. Thus I like to use my ipad. Why or why don’t you have this app in ipad form?? Most holders hold the ipad in landscape mode - not portrait. Your app is small & portrait orientationed only. I try not to use it. Come on you app developers. Others can manage to have an iphone & an ipad version of the app. Why can’t you???.Version: 8.3.4

BrokenIt just keeps saying “something went wrong” so I can’t see events. I can't login either, it just doesn't do anything..Version: 9.44.0

DifficultConsistently confusing and time consuming to find tickets that I’ve paid for.Version: 9.45.2

Don’t get to choose seats on phoneI bought tickets recently, using the app on my phone. They were for a school performance at a local theatre. I wasn’t asked about seating, so I assumed it was just first come first serve. After buying the first 2 tickets, i had other family decide they wanted to go. I bought a couple more- no problem I thought, except when I printed out the tickets I discovered they were assigned. And because I bought the last 2 at different times- they were all in different places. This was frustrating. When I checked in, they explained it was because I used my phone. For some reason when using your phone you aren’t shown seating choices. Therefore, I’ve deleted the app..Version: 6.1.1

Incorrect date on ticket in appThere seems to be an issue with the event date on the ticket not matching the date of the event as in the event summary. I am involved with an event taking place at 6pm on Thursday 30 Nov but the event date shows on the ticket as Friday 1 Dec at 6pm. A day after the event has taken place. It appears to be a problem isolated to those who have an iPhone. If the bug could be looked into would be much appreciated..Version: 5.0.2

Total credit card fraudI bought my tickets online through Eventbrite and it forced me to download the app to get my tickets. I can’t get into the app, I’ve reset my password, tried logging in through Apple, tried logging in through my email. The only option in the app is to buy more tickets. When I try to access the ones I’ve already bought it asks me for my password, which I just created, and says it’s invalid. This is illegal by the way to take someone’s money when you are on notice that they can’t access the product. No customer service number. They are scam artists. Stay away from this app. They also asked me for my birthday for my tickets which is an unnecessary breach of my privacy and could lead to identity theft. They could have just asked me to confirm if I was 21 plus..Version: 9.25.0

Wait...Not helpful to have to sign in and out for every different email you receive invitations from..Version: 4.3.3

Useless. You can only view local in person events. If you’re traveling and planning ahead, you cannot view anything besides online events. Ridiculous..Version: 9.35.1

Takes agesTakes a long time to make an event, and then won’t let you make more than one, as the screens freeze after making an publishing one. Usually have to come back a few hours later and have another go. A few weird screen setting bugs mean the very detailed screens don’t always display well on a smart phone. Generally not too bad but you have to have all your text pre made so you can just copy paste into the forms and boxes and even then sometimes the whole thin hangs because the drag and drop for photos (event photo banners and headers) decides not to work. Could be less temperamental and there’s no function to report something not working. If it is then great (but tideous) if not tough. Occasionally does weird things to ticket sales times ending them early or not starting them at all. Again, you have to go back and check your events are as you wanted them and have the right dates/times etc..Version: 9.15.0

Very poor UXSuch a waste of an app. It could be so good and yet… The filter options are pointless. It blows my mind how poorly designed it is for functionality. There must be so many events getting overlooked because of it. If you choose specific dates, it still gives you events outside of those parameters. Many which have already passed. You can’t sort by price or distance, only date (which doesn’t work) and relevance (even with no search terms. Relevance to what?). It won’t even let you search via postcode or set a specific radius. It’s really terribly designed. I honestly hate it. It’s only purpose is to hold my tickets more conveniently. Trash app..Version: 9.36.0

No support for multiple accountsIf you have a personal account and a work account (for conferences, etc) you can’t view them both at once. Have to keep signing in/out.Version: 6.0.0

Website is great. App could do better.I like Eventbrite. But the app could to with a bit of fine-tuning. It tends to crash at times. And when you go back to a search, it starts at the beginning again, instead of where you left off. It would also be nice if you could specify what time you want to filter events for. Like, if you want to have a night out, you may want to filter out all the things that happen in the mornings..Version: 7.1.1

Frustration.I find it very frustrating that I need to write my details for each individual event and cannot book a series of classes from one booking. I think it is easy to make a mistake and double book for events. This is because I have to constantly look between event and calendar apps and because of the time it takes to upload “my events”..Version: 9.58.0

Horrendous app - many errors. Not user friendlyThis app logs you out constantly. It tells you to use the app… whilst using the app… When clicking events it opens up your browser to use it. Then in the browser it tells you to use the app. Which diverts you back to a webpage instead. When clicking on organisers page and clicking “collections” or “events” you get error codes and no info. So you can’t purchase tickets for future events. When filtering events on the search page to “today” it still gives you different weeks, months and years. The time zones should reflect the users current time zone - such as a different country rather than saying the time and time zone in their country - the users local time should be indicated instead. So rather than saying “2pm EDT” - I’d rather it show my time as “7pm.” It needs to come with a search term of “exactly these words included” as when I search I find extremely inappropriate and unrelated searches come up..Version: 9.9.0

Some major annoying featuresI’ve bought tickets in the past and so I logged into the app to buy a ticket for a new event. Yet the app pulled my info from PayPal and now my tickets can’t sync to the app because they don’t have the same email address. Luckily tickets are attached to the email but it’s a really horrible pdf of the web copy and is extremely difficult to see and fit on your device. Makes the app worthless to be honest. Why is this a feature without an alert the information doesn’t match and to confirm if you want the tickets synced properly. I’m just extremely lucky the info that copied over from PayPal was accessible and glad I checked before I got to the event so now I have a bad pdf to show. Also - I had to read through the FAQs to figure out what went wrong. I almost cried thinking I did something wrong especially since the email shows the entire event day timing and not what I paid for. How is a company smart enough to realize a lot of people have this issue to put it in FAQ but not smart enough to provide a good customer experience and fix this issue/confusion? Very disappointing..Version: 9.6.0

Terrible user experienceThis must be the glitchiest and slowest app I have on my iPhone, and it's definitely the eventbrite app since everything else works perfectly. I can't search for anything even if I have the exact event title, it crashes for no reason, there's a severe lag whenever I try to open or close a window, it doesn't show all my tickets, it won't even let me select a date and buy tickets sometimes - which is literally the one thing this app should be doing! I could go on, but basically this is a terrible app for something that's this popular and commonly used. It's almost unusable for me at this point..Version: 9.44.0

Most difficult app to useMost difficult app to use. Absolutely useless spent an hour trying to find tickets then put into Wallet as so much easier when lined up. Eventbrite app want crazy detail before opening. Basically setting up app again again and again. Crazy. Very poor administration to events that I go to. Even though I am on the site as ticketing opens it says all have gone in 3 seconds. I often miss out for being diligent.Version: 6.0.5

Why is there still no Ipad app for Eventbrite?Awful. This is a 1 star experience on the Ipad. It is ridiculous that there is no Ipad app for Eventbrite. I use my Ipad to book most eventbrite events, and yet when I end up on the app (usually after say clicking a link to buy tickets from MeetUp) it is a silly iPhone size AND the wrong way round! Come on. Get a grip Eventbrite. It is totally absurd that a company as big as you has no proper ipad app. Clearly you need both a phone and ipad app as much of the actual booking and browsing is done on people’s IPads, rather then their phones. This should have been introduced an age ago. But now that IpadOS is here there really are zero excuses not to develop one..Version: 7.2.3

Disappointment after DisappointmentCould have been a great app. Misleading and incorrect information for three consecutive events. Gave them so many chances before writing this review. But after missing a few events that was important to me. I will not have any more expectations on Eventbrite because I have no faith in them and I cannot trust their information or event details..Version: 5.0.3

App problemEventbrite itself is wonderful, being able to create or attend events through searches is beyond complaints. However, the app. The notification system of the app is very flawed. I do not receive notifications of the event until it a few hours before it has commenced or outright the night of the event. Because of this I have missed many of my first events which I have signed up for. This has made me manually put in a notification from my calendar app to remind me and have completely muted the notification system of this app..Version: 7.0.0

Ok but could be so much betterSearch function is hit and miss - tried searching for Shugborough estate on the app but not found. Went via National Trust website and it linked me to this app to book and comes up fine. The date/time booking is so annoying! Once you’ve scrolled and found a date/time to suit, often it’s sold out, likely due to current demand as people want to get out with lockdown restrictions lifting - why can’t it just tell you what is available before selecting a date/time!! Or better yet, bring up a calendar, select the date, and it shows you what times are available and with number of spaces. Just not as straightforward as it could be!.Version: 8.3.12

Worst ordering app/websiteI ordered tickets through this website today and it's terrible. First of all it timed out after asking for unnecessary information on every person attending the event. I never received all the tickets. Their 'how can we help section' was not helpful at all. I called their customer service whose automated service told me to reply to the order email. I replied to the order email and received an automated email to say the mailbox is not in use. Tried contacting through Facebook, no response yet. Enough to test anyone's patience, I've been trying to sort this for 2 hours!!.Version: 4.3.3

Email address management neededI now have five separate Eventbrite accounts that can’t be merged together. There is no option to add a secondary email addresses, so every time I got a ticket from someone else to a different email address, Eventbrite automatically created an account and locked the ticket to it. The ticket claims path has no option to login and claim with your actual account. Customers typically have more than one email address. I don’t subscribe to one canonical email. Fragmenting my data across different accounts makes the app pretty much useless for me. It’s more efficient to just search email. The FAQ claims such futuristic feature requests are under review, while other apps consider this standard practice..Version: 6.3.3

SlowThe app was very slow.Version: 9.8.0

ManWorst app ever. I just can’t follow it..Version: 6.0.4

App is disappointing - Website is the better optionThere are a lot of great events on here but the app itself is a pain. You have to use back arrows to get to the home screen and other areas (like the search function) on certain pages because there’s no main navigation. This can be a real pain when you’ve clicked through a lot of events in a row. I just shutdown the app and restart at that point. The other problem is that you can set any location filters (like distance) outside of just where to look, so you’ll see results for events that are sometimes over 2 hours drive from the location you set. This is a bummer when you find what you’re looking for but can’t do it because of how far away it actually is..Version: 9.8.0

It's handy, needs more featuresThis app is great to find events, yes. It does need a lot of improvement though. One thing I've found is there is no option send suggestions or feedback via the app, there is no account settings, including profile/name/email change/location etc via the app, and there is no push notifications to remind you when an event is coming up, to remind you to register for events coming up, etc. These are all must haves for any app really..Version: 4.3.3

Too pushyIt does what it says on the tin in terms of tickets and events but recently they started sending notifications that are just like "stop haunting your house and go out this Halloween!" I HAVE plans, I don't need this app to tell me to go have a life just coz it's not making you profit and you can't see what it is I'm doing. This is the third app in the past couple of months that has started turning what were once useful notifications like "you have an event booked coming up" and spamming with attention seeking rubbish. Immediate delete. Might re-download if I have an event that only uses the Eventbrite ticketing system but otherwise the spam outweighs the usefulness..Version: 9.46.1

Greedy corporate rip offsI have events for the last eight years I never profit but they always get $600-$1000 and ticket fees they charge you for selling the ticket. They charge a customer for buying a ticket. They charge you to transfer your own money to your bank then they charge some other stupid fees and they’re always raising their prices slowly they think they’re slick now on top of all that they want to charge $50 for plan for another fee when they’re already making a killing off of me. They’re pretty much robbing me and I’m allowing it and now they really really really wanna rob you. I’m gonna do everything I can to tell all my promoter friends to stop messing with a Eventbrite move on create a website or go to other options that’s not their Sister company. Eventbrite shame on you. You guys are greedy, horrible people. my little measly three parties I have a year you guys probably make almost 3000 off me a year in fees I’m doing everything in my power to make sure you don’t get that no more and my promoter friends and our podcast that have over 40,000 people. We are going to continue to tell people not use your service you money, hungry greedy, thugs.Version: 9.46.0

Poor experience as registered userWhy is there still no facility provided for the fields I repeatedly have to complete when booking an event to automatically populate the booking form? It's SUCH a basic function that as I book a handful of events every month, I find increasingly frustrating that it's missing. Why can this repeat information not simply be stored in my account details to pre-fill event booking forms? Surely these days it's about as basic and simple a function as you can get and would significantly improve the user's experience. Mind you, the event management interface is equally awful and basic, so perhaps I shouldn't be surprised. Also, why is entering a VAT number mandatory when selecting 'Company' instead of 'Individual' when purchasing a ticket? The two things are not even connected (in the UK) as individuals (sole traders) can also be VAT registered. Come on, Eventbrite, please bring your interfaces up to date and out of the dark ages, and plough some of the millions you earn back into the user experience, even if only to show you care a tiny bit about more than just making money..Version: 9.29.0

Event ticketsWhy did I have to repeat all my information when I was referred to get tickets that I registered for?.Version: 9.37.0

This company is a scamThis company is a total scam, they sold me a vip ticket for Dr. chameleon at the East African Party in Ottawa on 2nd July 2023 the artist never showed up, no refund, no one to explain, dirty washrooms pretty much nothing ….. We travelled all the way from Montréal to Ottawa only to find pretty much nothing, sometimes I wonder why we pay our taxes and the government can’t handle such companies that scam people.Version: 9.33.0

Compatibility issuesIt seems that my iPhone 6 no longer can properly display the content of the app. It also seems that my Eventbrite account is no longer linked to my gmail account. Every time I try to log in, I’m being asked to reset my password but the login never happens. I used to like the Eventbrite app but with an older phone it becomes total nuisance..Version: 8.3.10

Good Concept, Frustrating to Use!Despite sorting by distance, and searching within a 50 km radius, I keep getting events in Sydney and Melbourne (around 1200 and 800km away, respectively), and worse still, if I don’t sort on distance, the first events listed are in Manchester, London, New York, etc, despite having logged in and set my location!.Version: 5.0.1

ScamsI’m so sorry but you are promoting fake events and fake organizer don’t buy no tickets from this app. I bough few tickets for a techno event in Dallas. And I just found out yesterday that not only change the event dates, but I talk to the manager of the artist and I can show proof of it. The event was for the 30 of March and now they are promoting it for the 13 of April. And the manager of Debora de luka just told me that she is not coming to Texas for like 3 more month, she is very easy to reach. And I don’t even have a answer from the event organizer. This is scam and don’t waists your money like I did. I hope this app resolve me with the money. I’m really thinking to sue this app. I been planing this trip for over 1 month in advance I have hotel reservation and everything and it’s not fair with the costumer be more seriously about your business..Version: 6.4.0

InaccessibleThe webinar in registering for concerns aged care and disability. Ironic then, that this keyboard I’m using now is very hard to use given my disability. Hard for anyone to use, really. To end a sentence with a full stop one has to get into the symbols display. Are you serious? There’s no caps lock, meaning I had to press the shift key with each letter of NDIS. And more, including the necessity to make the booking in portrait mode on an iPad. But I won’t go on..Version: 9.1.0

So fricken annoyingThis would be a great app, if the login wasn’t impossible. If you go to settings, hit login and then put in your email address it doesn’t give you an option for password. The options are login with FB or get started. If you hit either of them they send you a reset option for your password, WTH!? You can login when you are registering for an event, BUT it doesn’t keep you logged in so you can’t tell what you’ve registered for and what you haven’t. I spent way too much time trying to figure out how to log into the app. Guess I’ll use the site from now on 🤷🏼‍♀️ Responding to what the developer said. You are WRONG. I am a developer myself, your app is flawed, it does not allow one to login. It has nothing to do with my password. I am not the only review with this issue and from appearance it has been an issue for more than 6 months. Fix it..Version: 7.2.2

Where is accessibility?Hello, this app is extremely terrible for accessibility? All tabs are unlabelled, unliabled buttons, and unlabeled graphics??? Please, please, please, follow the voiceover accessibility guidelines that Apple releases and follow the website accessibility 3.0 guidelines for apps! This app at the moment gets a one star rating for accessibility! I expect more as a blind user of your app. I should be able to undertake all tasks that sighted people can do in the app!.Version: 6.3.3

Too Much Data!!Eventbrite requires too much data input! I wanted to buy four tickets to an event. All event tickets were the same price. I entered my info (name, address, phone, email, credit card). Then Eventbrite wanted all the same information for every other person using one of the tickets!!! (Except for credit card info.) I refuse to give out personal information about my friends to anyone that asks. I decided to use my information for all four tickets. Eventbrite doesn't easily allow you to do this by copying the data from the first ticket. I had to manually input the data into many different windows. What a pain-in-the-butt. There has got to be an easier way!.Version: 4.3.3

What’s the point? What’s the point of a ticketing app that doesn’t actually sell tickets? I have used the Eventbrite website quite happily in the past. I thought I would download the app so I could easily book for events that I spot while scrolling, but all I can do is “like” them. I know I like the look of an event, but if I can’t get a ticket while I’m away from my laptop then I’m likely to forget and miss it. Then the organisers will miss out on audience numbers too. Seems like a very basic thing that has been missed..Version: 9.53.0

One of the most infuriating apps I’ve ever usedI find the search feature on this app to be one of the worst I have ever encountered, if you type in the exact title of a course, and the date, you still find yourself scrolling for ages. I find the experience slightly less aggravating when using the website, until that is you find the course you want, click on it and find yourself instantly transported to….the app, where you then have to start the search process all over again! Having eventually located what you wanted - god forbid it’s a free online event because trying to register is very much more miss than hit. I would have given this app 1 star if it wasn’t for the fact that it is used as a platform for so many great courses. Obviously the hosting side of the business is much less hassle free than the booking side..Version: 9.12.1

They have clearly started an advertising revenue streamIt doesn't matter how much you search for a specific event - even if you have the event ID from another link , is impossible to book through the app for the event you re specifically looking for ever since the latest update- because the searches come up with whatever random event has paid for your eyeballs Impossible to find and easily book the events you want, as apparently it's more important to Eventbrite that they force you to go through the clumsy process of booking via a browser on your phone than using the app they made for this purpose Not sure exactly what this app is meant to do I've spent 30 minutes futilely trying to find a way to book an event in August - guess I will have to book through the browser Don't bother downloading it until they fix the search option ..Version: 4.3.3

Useful but terrible search functionDon’t understand how the search function can be so bad. Even if you enter the exact name and date of an event you know exists it will show you a whole bunch of random Other stuff instead. Otherwise it’s a useful app..Version: 9.11.0

What’s the point of this app?I have tickets to two Eventbrite events but cannot see the tickets under this app. When I click on tickets they are not there and I am redirected to login to their website where I can see them but there is no way to get them to be on my app. What is the point of this app then if I still have to login to the website to see the tickets I bought? I signed up on the app with the same email and password. Also, thought it was weird that the app didn’t give me the option to sign in. I was only able to create an account or sign in with Facebook. Must be why I can’t see my tickets...the app is not linked to your already created profile through their website. Amateurs made this app as far as I can tell. So It looks like I have to buy through the app in order to see those tickets and vice versa. Makes no sense..Version: 7.1.2

Eventbrite is supporting anti-LGBTQ events in CanadaEventbrite is supporting alt-right, anti-LGBTQ hate March in Canada on September 20, 2023. Shame on you. I will never use your app again..Version: 9.40.0

Can’t book online events via Eventbrite on iOS appI’ve been using Eventbrite for my clients to book into online classes during the pandemic. Today I discovered clients can’t book any online events via Eventbrite using their apple iPhone The team at Eventbrite tell me this is an apple iOS app developer decision and is out of their hands. So my potential clients see dates of online classes on their phone app, but can’t book them and are giving up. Terrible for my business. Now looking for a new provider that does permit online event Bookings via an iPhone. Very disappointing..Version: 9.4.3

Incredibly difficult to get inThis App is incredibly difficult to get into. I couldn’t remember my password and so I opted to reset it by way of an emailed link. Didn’t get one. Tried again. Didn’t get one. Tried 20 more times before I finally got one almost two hours later. By that time, the links (all 22 came in at once) had expired, so I had to start over. Frustrating to say the least. In this day and age, everything is computerized. There is no reason it should take that long for a computer to send me a link to reset my password. It should be an instantaneous transaction. Ridiculous! I was also supposed to get an email with my ticket in it, but, three hours later, that one has yet to show up. The person I am going to the event with has yet to get anything from eventbrite. At this point, I’m not sure she’ll be coming with me. Absolutely disgusted and completely frustrated with this app. Will not be using it again after this event! If I could give it zero stars I would!.Version: 9.37.0

Used to be great; now unable to buy ticketsI have used Eventbrite a lot and, until recently, have found the app incredibly user-friendly. Recently something has happened and there is no longer an option to buy tickets on my app. I have searched the app top to bottom, logged out, logged back in, deleted the app, reinstalled….nothing and still no tickets button. Trying to actually contact someone for help has proved impossible: whatever option I choose in the help centre does not leave me with the option to contact a human being who can be helpful, instead I get a ‘help topic’ page that doesn’t answer my question. Really disappointed..Version: 9.4.3

Very clunkySigning in to this app can be a nightmare , it keeps you in a never ending circle bouncing you from your email back to the app I had to delete the app and try again just to get a ticket I PAID FOR. Next time just email my damn ticket ..Version: 9.10.0

Share featuresRecently the share feature doesn’t work. I selected the three dots and nothings afterwards..Version: 9.49.0

Second time using this app, still a scamLook, I’ve reviewed Eventbrite badly before for not sending email confirmation of your bookings and being hard to use (find your ticket and the event, getting the basics right!), but a concert I wanted to go to listed there so I had to use it again and… they debited my card very quickly alright but there’s no ticket on the app, no record of the transaction in my orders, no email I my mailbox, no support, no nothing… Want a refund? “Contact the organiser”. Want to show up anyway? “The event details are supposed to be shared by the organiser”. Just a useless website/app enabling scammy organisers who exist only online to run away with your money knowing you’re screwed!.Version: 9.22.0

Half hour ticket queue for National Trust!Misleading info - says there are tickets in the slot you seek, you go there and placed in a queue! Not moving for 15-30mins. When I finally get tired of waiting my hour slot is already booked but the app lets let sit in that queue!!!! It doesn’t recognise membership details so every time i have to type the same - if i get through! No flexibility to try booking another slot while waiting and it seems that even if tickets are available from Friday to the following week, Friday morning they are booked already by 07:30! Would delete the app and cancel my NT membership..Version: 8.3.11

Be careful and PAY ATTENTIONThe day one of my favorite bands put tickets on sale I tried to use the Eventbrite link for my local hometown show. It directed me to the wrong show 1 day later, and I made the mistake of not reading every detail and made the purchase with excitement. AS SOON AS I got the confirmation email I realized there was a glitch with the link that I clicked on bc the show was obviously not the show I was looking for, so I immediately tried to contact Eventbrite to explain my mistake. I still wanted 2 tickets, but I wanted them for the show that I originally clicked on. They emailed me back about 3 days later and basically said it wasn’t their problem and there is nothing that they would do to help me, but that I am more than welcome to sell them to someone else. Thanks a lot for that helpful response. I will try to avoid buying tickets from this company for the rest of my life now unless they are the only ones offering them. Terrible customer service, even when the mistake was on both of us. I should’ve read the fine details, but they also shouldn’t have had a broken link. I tried the link several times after that to make sure I wasn’t crazy, and the same thing was replicated over and over. After they emailed me and told me there wasn’t anything they would do, I also emailed them back pleading my case and they didn’t even bother to respond again..Version: 7.2.6

Login troubleThis all has the most stupidest login plus when they send you a link it opens in browser while I have the app installed. Wasted my time to login for half an hour and still doesn’t login to the app.Version: 9.37.0

Time consumingNot easy to access regular events, not sure why the need to fill in the form each and every time with so much detail (full address, phone no, age and gender etc) even when logged in the personal account with Event brite. Also not able to select multiple events but have to go look for them again (ie in the Feel good program). Very time consuming for the repeat customers..Version: 8.3.9

IPhone app unusable - crashes 100% of the timeI love eventbrite but this app is horrible and unusable. I cannot ever get it to work. Crashes 100% of the time. If I try to access an event through google calendar or chrome it takes me to the app where I cannot access any online events. I can’t access tickets. If I manage to look at information about a ticket (1 out of 50 tries) it crashes before I can read the information. The new update fixed NOTHING. Thanks for the horrible app and the inability to access any events/information from my phone due to the nonfunctional app that it insists I use. Please find a new app developer or delete the app from the App Store so I can access a **m* event from my browser. Straight up embarrassing shell of a program. There needs to be a 0 star rating..Version: 8.3.10

App (mostly) works great - unless you’re in a different timezoneYou can do everything you expect with this app - but if you’re in a different timezone, it gets confused. Normally I’d submit a bug report - but the Spectrum website just leads me back to Eventbrite. Go on: attempt to submit a bug report! I had a 19:00 event. I went; it was great; got back to my hotel; then *PING!* An alert from Eventbrite: “Your event is today!” Ummm... no. Sure enough, it was 00:01, the day AFTER my event. Because I’m at GST+11, it got confused. So, two strikes (timezones and bad bug reporting) gives this otherwise excellent app only three stars.Version: 6.1.0

AnnoyingIt’s super annoying that I need to manually fill in the fields again and again (registering for repeat occurrences of the same event) and the automatic filling in of fields that works elsewhere on my phone doesn’t work here. Also have to fill in shipping address and billing address separately when they are the same. Also, finding events is difficult, there’s no option to sort by date for example when viewing the events of a particular organiser..Version: 8.3.11

This app does not work for me as a blind person using VoiceOverI enter act with my iPhone using voice over, a screen reader built into every iPhone. When I navigate the main screen of this app, I see categories I can select, but attempting to select them brings up no corresponding events. The window which would list events doesn't even open, and the List box at the top of the app doesn't populate. When I navigate from the top of the screen down, I do not see hashtags I can select, but when I navigate from the bottom of the screen up, I do see hashtags. I tend to find it challenging to discover what events are going on on the weekend, and I was hoping this app would present and easy to use solution to that problem. Until the accessibility challenges are fixed, this will not be a solution I will be able to use in order to become more socially active, and involved in my community..Version: 4.3.3

Non existent eventI purchased 4 tickets for the drag brunch in Liverpool. After experiencing significant problems getting to the event in Liverpool from wales ( due to storm Babette )we turned up to the event which has not been held at this venue for. A significant amount of time . The venue were apologetic but have previously contacted Eventbrite to make them aware. This is totally unacceptable practice. The money has been take n for the tickets and actually we have incurred additional costs as we have had to purchase food and drink. I have looked on your website and it states event sold out!!! Totally untrue. There are still adverts for Nov Dec and Jan which are clearly not happening . It is vey bad practice to advertise for events that are not taking place and furthermore it could be classed as fraud. I will be contacting trading standards and at the very least Eventbrite should refund the ticket costs but also the additional costs incurred to purchase food and drink. I am expecting a response to this e mail Fiona price.Version: 9.45.2

Search function is poorThis app works fine, if you have followed a link to a particular event. However, the search function is clunky, and frustrating. It would be so helpful to be able to expand the search area to greater than just a specified city..Version: 9.21.0

Dual account support neededAn MVP feature for this app should be multi account support. Having the ability to switch between personal and work accounts is key. Or at least the ability to add multiple email addresses to a single account..Version: 5.3.0

No widget or integration with calendarNeeds improvement.Version: 9.36.1

Unreliable and frustratingThis app is not reliable at all. I have reverted to using the web app. My events/orders are not syncing to my IOS app. They show up fine in the Web portal. I get emails on tickets or cancellations at the email address associated with my account, but tickets are not showing up in the IOS App upcoming tickets (yes I i have pressed Try again multiple times to no avail). I have deleted app, reinstalled, tried literally everything to get the IOS app to show my tickets but have to use the Web App now because the IOS app is not reliable for displaying my tickets. Latest IOS update did not help. Please fix syncing between web app and IOS app. I no longer can use Apple Wallet for tickets because they don't appear. Again, all events are showing up correctly when I login via web browser..Version: 8.3.11

The app does not work. Not sure how this got a 4.8 rating, but we are all experiencing the same issue and finally gave up on the app. I had to manually print my tickets and carry the paper rather than have an e-copy as expected. When launching the app, it asks me to log in with the email address used to purchase the tickets. I put in the email, next screen asks for email password. I put that in, and it says it will send me an email to verify. I go to that new mail, and click the Login button. It launches a browser and goes to the Eventbrite site. I can then use the site to go to my account and find my tickets, but I could have done that anyway in a browser without the app. And since it is now a browser window, the QR code is tiny as it is sized for a monitor. The app is therefore useless in this context, as it does not appear capable of actually holding tickets..Version: 9.46.1

Nice concept but throws error in useful feature …It is a good application however if you want to view a list of events by a particular organiser, it throws an error “Operation cannot be completed. ARGUMENTS_ERROR” while trying to retrieve the list. I believe this feature would help one to decide if an organiser is worth following, so it would be great if it is fixed. Writing this after my most recent app update (today) with error still experienced..Version: 9.23.0

Can’t change my location, no support. It thinks I’m in a different location. I tried to change it, found my area by searching, tapped it, but then it just went back to the other location that I’m not in. Tried to get support but they will not even let you contact them unless you have a billing or legal issue..Version: 9.10.0

No longer able to purchase tickets via appI’m a event organiser who has used Eventbrite for a few years now. However, I’ve recently been alerted that my customers can no longer purchase tickets to my events via the iOS app. The red ‘get tickets’ button does not appear. This is such a worry - my tickets simply aren’t selling like they used to. I have tried to contact Eventbrite about this but nothing has been done. Event organisers should have been informed about this change to the app function! I will need to investigate a new platform on which to host my online events, as the change to the iOS app is proving incredibly costly to my business..Version: 9.45.2

App unworkableI don’t know if it’s since the most recent update but the app won’t open. It just rests on the orange opening Eventbrite screen & goes no further, even after a period of time. I’ve tried it on various internet settings & even powered off the phone & switched it back on again. Other apps are opening & working easily & quickly. Outside of this at other times, the app usually tends to be phenomenally slow both opening up & moving from section to section. Please speed it up as it is often urgent to get in to an event. The experience on browser is little better, frequently logs you out within extremely short time frames, offers less details about events, & more difficult to access them. Please make improvements to increase the effectiveness of the experience..Version: 8.4.2

Another epic fail, another app to deleteI’m logged into the app and can see the event I want but there’s no option to register, no support available, and can’t send a message to the organizer to let them know. App deleted, maybe one day you’ll fix it..Version: 9.45.2

A polished app with 20th century payment optionsYou get what you need from EventBrite in terms of finding events to attend. But the big niggles for me are: 1. Lack of Apple Pay support - having to type in credit card details each time is crazy! 2. About section - The detail in the About section is restricted to 2 lines on the main events page and the rest hidden away requiring you to tap again to reveal the detail in an unformatted basic html page!.Version: 9.6.0

“You don’t have access to the event”I purchased tickets for two of my favourite online events, but both returned “You don’t have access to the event” even though I logged in and re-logged in many times. This has been an absolute waste of my time and it really is rather frustrating because organizers of both events replied that they could not get to the bottom of the issue. Please fix it..Version: 8.3.0

Love the concept, but the tech lets Eventbrite downLove the concept, but the tech lets Eventbrite down. From initial login, to payment, to populating fields even after login, Eventbrite simply seems like a poor desktop site. The App seems more promising but it feels as though the two aren’t connected. The number of hours wasted re logging back in to find an event, pay for it, re populate my details even though they are loaded on my account. Absolutely shocking and frustrating- if my favourite event moved of Eventbrite I’d totally have avoided it by now..Version: 8.4.0

J EVODrives me mad that it never saved my address and card details even with a signed in account. And the company linking a specific regular event sends a link that eventbrites website recognises, but if you say yes to opening the app. you’re sent only to the homepage! Then Search for events and it’s not chronological and you have drill down for specific search results to then bring up more entries than the high level!! It misses out events starting sooner?? Also says Sales Ended when there are extra dates still available?.Version: 9.24.0

Ridiculous and no communicationIt is now taking me a half an hour to try to get my ticket. I had to register twice to get a ticket. I received the email because I first registered online through my laptop. I could print the ticket but there was no eTicket available. Then I went to the app and couldn’t find anything and there were no tickets listed under my name. There was no one to contact. The search would not bring up anything. I had to get rid of the app bring it back try again try to find anything online in which to talk to someone or chat with someone, or at least email that there was an issue. No avail. I cannot stand event bright because they are ridiculous and if you have any issues forget it your money your time is gone..Version: 9.4.1

Log in LoopI am trying to use this with a work email. Which I do not want connected to my phone. I am stuck in a continuous loop of entering my email, putting in my password, and then the app telling me to check my email for account verification to add a password. I’ve already added and changed the password numerous times on a browser. I guess the app does not work if you do not have your email connected to your phone..Version: 9.46.1

Editing the basketI recently contacted EVENTBRITE and the event organisers but to date did not get a reply from either. I tried to register and there was an option to add a donation to a free event. Through trying to do this, 2 tickets appeared in the basket and it was impossible to delete the second ticket I did not need. I tried to log back in a few times, but they were still both in my basket, and when I logged in again the next dat the event was full so very disappointing..Version: 8.3.8

Useless app with poor search capabilitiesThe developers apparently don’t understand that people might want to attend events that don’t occur in their immediate vicinty. Why else would it force you to search nearby? I am prepared to travel for events but I can’t switch off “nearby” for in person events. Even specifying a particular date brings up heaps of irrelevant events on different dates. As for wanting an online event from your own country!!!.Version: 9.28.2

Time consuming & not intuitiveIt’s annoying that you have to click on each time to see if that slot has sold out. Would be better to just show the time slots still available. Also sometimes you put in a national Trust site and it can’t find it...Winkworth is a example where it consistently does not show up but if you keep trying will show eventually... These 2 things are really annoying when your doing it at midnight to try & get tickets before they sell out..Version: 8.3.11

March 4 ChildrenPromoting/Supporting alt-right events isn’t doing anything to protect children..Version: 9.40.0

Logging inGood luck logging into the app to get the tickets you’ve purchased. There is no place to put a password after hitting login. I already have an account with eventbrite but all it does is say “this email already exists” and it automatically sends an email to change my password. Kind of hard to login anyway when there is no field to input a password. Good job evenbrite I feel like I’m being punked. It’s obvious they don’t care, if you read all the reviews about logging in all they say is contact customer support. Not even the developers know how to login on their own app. Horrible app and horrible customer service. After contacting I still can’t login. It’s sad that people use this and I’m assuming the rating on the App Store is purely employees trying to save themselves a job while they look for an employer and development team that doesn’t have their heads shoved you know where..Version: 6.6.2

Frustrating App for being so well knownThis was a huge disappointment. Downloaded the app so I could create an event. But you need to download another Eventbrite app to do that. Also, when there is an event, and you click on the button to learn more about it, it goes to web-based screen where you can barely read the details. You have to pinch and zoom and slide and scroll in order to read it. Pretty pathetic for nearly 2024.Version: 9.49.0

NaomiYour app on my phone has a glitz. I had to put the app on my iPad..Version: 9.37.0

Loop to LoopI registered for an event by clicking on a link from my email. Then when I attempted to log into t he Eventbrite app it said I needed to go to my email for security reasons & click the link sent. All this did was create an endless loop to a web browser that gave me the pop up link for the app. That took me to another webpage that said to click to copy information & redirect it to the app but when it went back to the app it just stayed stuck n the same original pop up claiming I needed to click the link. I come from an IT background & the whole thing is running me in circles for an event that I simply want to view. It’s inefficient & needs to be fixed. If I have this problem I can only imagine the frustration it would cause others who are less technologically skilled..Version: 9.15.0

App broken for older phonesThe app has been broken for a couple of months on my iPhone 6 running IOS 12.5.5. It hangs trying to access any information online (spinning wheel). Version 8.4.3 on my phone. Deleting the app and reinstalling didn’t help; indeed, there’s still some data on my phone as the icon shows 17 alerts even though I’m no longer logged into the app. Writing this here as there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the online support on your website: only canned answers to typical issues :-(.Version: 9.9.0

Ticket not show on applicationI got some ticket from organizers. It’s show normally on the website but when I log into the same email on application the ticket was show up then disappear. I can’t find it anymore. However, it still have a registered event notification appear but can’t see the ticket..Version: 9.37.0

Difficult to useI signed up with Eventbrite ages ago and used a password that I cannot forget! Each time I try to use the shortcut for buying a ticket I try to use this password but each time it tells me it’s incorrect. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could find an option to change password or “ forgot password” but this option never comes up. Consequently I have to type in all my details each time and half the time I do I cannot proceed as the website has a glitch in it!! All very anxiety inducing so I don’t bother to book things as much as I would otherwise..Version: 8.3.10

Completely UnusableThis latest version for iOS does not work. It is unusable. Everytime I open the app I get connection errors where you can’t even log in and check tickets. This happens on Wifi and Cellular. I have to delete the app and reinstall just to be able to login. Also, you have website functionality, but clicking on an event ticket just pushes the click to open the app: THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. If a person is locked out of the app for whatever reason (like my above issues) then they have no way to access their tickets for an event. It’s great that you are committed to developing an app for the various phone OS’s, but website functionality should not be handicapped just because you have an app. I should be able to access my account and event tickets through the app in Mobile Safari..Version: 8.4.3

The events are great, recommendations are notI have used Eventbrite for quite some time and I really appreciate the work this app is doing. Having said that there are some basic recommendations I am frequently frustrated by. I want to get out and meet people in person and I have no problem that there are great events happening online I just would like them to be out of my feed. I also feel like it’s hard to find or plan more casual events on the app. I understand there are other apps like Meetup but I would really love if you could host a big Hiking event on the app without it being weird. Again, I do appreciate the effort to use technology to help people connect in person. I just hope that the app can take it to the next level and become a place where popular people go to find events, not just to document details and RSVPs of those events..Version: 9.28.0

Great but needs improvement to facilitate usage.I really like the app, however I think it would be very useful if we could remove events we saw and are not interested on. For example, when scrolling down I see something I am not interested on I would like to swipe left or something and not ever see it again. Also, events that repeat every week are annoying. They are the first ones to show up and they are like surfing lessons or something and each week is the same thing. Even if I choose filters that do not apply to that they still show up. Finally, filters are not always helpful. I could select community and nothing will come up, but after searching on google events do show up and they are on eventbrite!! Maybe have people posting events answer more questions so the filters can be more accurate..Version: 7.3.4

Digital - sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’tWhen it work this is a great app for finding things to do from days out to online courses & talks. Unfortunately often the filtering system just doesn’t work at all. I’ve just tried looking for events in Southport this weekend & it’s given me events from last month in towns 2 counties away. There’s no way of contacting the management in the app so this seems the only way of asking for it to be fixed..Version: 9.37.0

Review of EventbriteIt’s a pretty good app but I find it extremely hard to find what I’m looking for. I just got a notification for an event that I wanted to attend and when I tapped on the notification it just took me to the home page which I couldn’t find the event. I finally found it after about 10 minutes but there’s got to be a better way.Version: 9.44.0

Search functionality could do with workSearch doesn’t always return all options against a search term (a specific term I used returned one event, but the other event had exactly the same term in it). Also not easy to go to a reoccurring event you frequently purchase tickets for…even as a favourite, it isn’t easy to navigate to.Version: 9.66.2

Useless appI bought tickets to an event and it told me to download the app to get access to the tickets however everytime I try to log in it wants to verify my email. It takes about 20 minutes for them to send me a verification email and when I click the link it sends me it says it’s expired and to resend another but it’s expired everytime. This app is actually useless and so confusing and time consuming.Version: 9.45.2

RISKY……Eventbrite is great when there is an actual event that occurs and no mistakes are made. Be VERY CAREFUL though, as Eventbrite takes ZERO accountability of what is placed on their platforms and any fraudulent activity. They are not even going to stop the activity that can scam you out of money and then tells you to resolve it with the fraudulent party using their site. Who games the system in ways such as just “saying” they will reschedule an event and Eventbrite has zero parameters around these types of claims. For example. My recommendation is to never spend more than $10 with Eventbrite. See if there is another platform you can use or way to validate purchases. I feel like there should be some type of class action lawsuit that helps protect consumers utilizing third-party sites like this..Version: 9.24.0

Worth having but frustratingly limited.I book a lot of events using Eventbrite via the app as my details are stored here so that makes it easy. However, searching for events on this app proves to be almost impossible sometimes, even when I have all of the details. I also never get suitable recommendations for events so I think this app is more like a glorified PayPal in terms of usefulness. It would be really good to see some development in the app as I think it would benefit everyone, people attending events and those wanting people to come..Version: 4.3.3

Doesn’t workIf I could log on I would. If I could give it no stars I would Just wasted and hour trying to log on or register, no joy.Version: 6.1.1

Can’t find eventsHad used app in the past. Didn’t have it on my new phone, so when a link wanted wanted to open it, I had to re-download it. Knew exact name and location and tried to find it, but would not work. Have had trouble with wi-fi giving location of internet service provider instead of my actual location, so when it asked for permission I clicked “no”. There was a search window to enter location, but it wouldn’t work. At that point, rather than go to location services to give it permission, I just deleted it. Don’t give me the appearance that I have an option if I don’t! I’ll use something else. Works fine when clicking on a link and it is already installed, but no good in trying to find events that you may be looking for..Version: 7.2.5

WalksUsing this is a long winded nightmare. Our whole group have been totally frustrated by your ridiculously long difficult to negotiate system. Many of our group have given up trying to book on. We are trying to book on a free 5 week walking course which has taken hours having to give the same information 5 times over. I tried to numerous times to register for all 5 walks but only managed to book on last day. I feel as though I should have been paid for trying to register on this system. If I had another option I would not use Eventbrite and I think it is the wrong platform for this type of booking and not have to book on each individual day..Version: 9.9.0

App is broken on IOSI receive emails on activities for the tickets for the whole time firefighter tickets. I don’t get anything on my profile as it keeps saying “ the resource you’re trying to access is unavailable at the moment. Please try again “. But has been like this for the last few months but nothing on here doesn’t work well as I can’t view any tickets on my profile on what’s upcoming soon or anything. This has just caused me to miss an opportunity to do a dream job that I wanted to do for years. As it doesn’t work properly THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!.Version: 8.3.3
