✓ Can't manually add attendeesI think that Eventbrite is a really great idea and has some fantastic features but lacks a very basic feature: when a the event, I want to add an attendee who has just purchased a ticket via cash. I want to hit one button, type name and email and hit save. Job done. This is a feature I would have expected as standard but I was surprised this feature does not exist. ✓ Can’t Even Log InI have created an event for my organization and wanted to download the app so I can check in guests using the iPhone app. I’m able to download the app, but every time I try to log in it says to check my email address and password for a typo. There’s nothing wrong with the address or password. I’ve tried from different accounts that are on my team, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I’ve tried to log in using email, Apple, and Google. ✓ Good but doesn’t do what i need it to doI like this app because it’s easy for me to go in and see how many people I have coming to an event however, I can’t edit my events or change anything on them or delete anything. I was just sitting in a meeting and tried to be productive and edit an event but I couldn’t. I needed to delete one of my events and couldn’t do that. ✓ Did anyone actually test this app?It’s awful. I’ve tried to set up an event for an hour now. Once I get to the event details such as description, images, faq, there’s no save button or next. It is difficult to understand what is expected from the user. I had to exit the app and all my work is gone, it’s not even in draft. That’s a bad UIX, where I can’t get to the helpcentre in another tab, instead it loads some sort of help screen, and the state of the event just evaporates into thin air. Not intuitive, no logical process flow (where on earth is the price set?????) and functionality missing, it’s is sorely lacking. ✓ They will scam you in “fees”We sold over 200 tickets for a charity event to friends and family that we know. Eventbrite said that 190 of the tickets were traffic directed from them and their organizers and only a little over 10 tickets from our Facebook page and took over $500 of profit from us in fees because of it. Our Facebook page had over 10K people view it from ads WE PAID FOR. WE LINKED OUR EVENT PAGE TO EVENTBRITE AND DIRECTED THE TRAFFIC THERE OURSELVES. Eventbrite doesn’t answer their contact phone number. As convenient as this app and website seems, they are scamming money from you. Won’t be using this service anymore.Version: 8.9.1

✓ First timer as an organiser…Where do I begin? Set up means that you’re not told that if you apply some options it automatically puts you in to a higher fees bracket and you can’t revert to standard without copying the event and restarting the whole process. Fine if you’re a big organiser and if you can absorb those extra costs. This might just be poor coding but frankly feel I feel manipulated. I chose EB even though more expensive than other providers because it offers the possibility of your event being advertised on EB itself , local listings and tagging etc. helping to pull in interested customers who I don’t know personally. However after selling a few tickets I start getting messages from friends who are trying to purchase tickets that the PayPal service isn’t working (actually it’s any kind of payment) - no info on webpage no direct help unless you pay for the top package, no service update on Twitter. I took to Twitter and got a reply to DM EBhelp - that was 12 hours ago and still nothing from them! Since I’ve sold tickets do I pull it from EB and restart with another provider? Part of the event is post but I tried to do the free tickets and it would allow it then it looks like it’s charging me. ✓ Eventbrite...Listen to your users and fix this app.Ok here’s the good. It works... mostly. Getting an up to date read on how many tickets are sold is clumsy at best. Refresh page and wait sometimes over 30 seconds for the data to repopulate. There was a recent change to the GUI that makes assigning a name and email to comped tickets impossible. I think you tried to streamline the process of selling and somehow made it more convoluted. Everything should be done in steps. Step 1. Step 2. Confirm. Not with sub menus and back tracking... I get this is a box office solution only. So it’s got one job please make it good at it. Another small gripe is attendees will have a tiny green sliver to indicate they have been checked in. You can barley see it on certain devices. Make it a check mark for dog’s sakes! I encourage your team to read these reviews careful and fix your app!.Version: 9.1.4

✓ Useless!Although I can see my events listed, no data is listed for those tickets booked online... which is all of them! I just get a message saying 'no ticket sales in this device'. What use is that?! Also, as a UK user, it looks as though functionality will be limited anyway. Expected better!.Version: 5.0.4
✓ Some important things missingI downloaded this app as I thought I'd finally be able to manage the waiting list from my phone, but no. I thought oh well, there will at least be a way to link through to the website to get to all the missing administration functions, but again no. Have you checked what functions people use on your website? None of the admin functions I use are accessible from this new app. I'm disappointed..Version: 5.5.1
✓ You can’t edit or launch events on mobile.What is the point of it if you can’t actually manage anything? You can only work with the ticketing side but are unable to edit anything else. This has been a major stress of this platform for many years and I am surprised to see that there have been no improvements. Super disappointed..Version: 8.7.2
✓ Useful but frustrating bugsI’ve used the app for 2 years. The app seems to be badly written - a special effort has to be made to refresh the orders screen for example. Which means you cannot trust the orders screen to be up to date. This week, the app became totally useless when it stopped showing any upcoming live events. I have a weekly recurring event set up for the next 4 months. But the app shows no future live events. I’m hoping that deleting the app and reinstalling might fix. When it works, it’s useful. But given how frustrating the user experience is, and how complacent the developers are - not improved the app in 2 years - it’s just a 2-star IMO..Version: 9.1.1

✓ Why have an app when it directs you to website?Despite the app being called “organiser”, you can’t actually organise events without it directing you to the website. I can see who and how many bought tickets though..Version: 9.6.1
✓ What is wrong with you guysHoly crap are you totally useless? You have obviously spent a great deal of time on your apps but what a pointless waste of everyone’s time if you can’t copy or send a link to your ticket page to customers from within the mobile app or your mobile web site.
