✓ Great ap…while it lastedI’m a pro musician and purchased this app several years ago. In addition to downloading a bunch of then-available presets and playlists I created a number of my own. Then, presumably after a recommended upgrade the playlists are now a “premium feature” and I can no longer access them. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this and the developer says you don’t lose and features after upgrades, but I’ve not found a way to get back to my playlists and indeed they may have been deleted in the attempts to get back to where I was. Not happy and I won’t be spending any more money for this app..LouGuitarVersion: 21.08.3

✓ Ok but needs a rethinkI like that the beats can be divided which was why I bought the app. However, I think the beat divisions may need a rethink. I cannot find 1e+ , 1+a or 1e a. It used to be intuitive and quick, now it’s buried and I’ve actually given up in creating new saved items because I can’t figure out how to change sounds. ✓ Used to love this appHaven’t been a fan since it was rewritten, and everyone had to pay for the Pro version a second time. I feel like maybe the devs are trying to do too much with it. The interface seems cumbersome. It definitely is not something to use when you just need a simple click, as you have to program in a rhythm before the metronome will even work. Who’s ever heard of a metronome that you can’t just hit Play and go? Also, the app has an inbox? That’s annoying. Is there a way to avoid receiving messages unless they’re of vital importance? I originally got PolyNome because I wasn’t entirely happy with Tempo Advance’s weird interface. I was perfectly happy with the original version, and I wish the devs would have kept it available with occasional compatibility updates as necessary. The new version makes me consider going back to Tempo Advance. At least it’s equally usable/fast whether you need a simple click or a complex polyrhythm. ✓ This was great until 2.4.6 upgradeI just upgraded to 2.4.6 and some basic functionality is broke. You can no longer set all tempos for presets in a playlist. I also noticed that playlist loop times are now set to 10-15 seconds. Don’t expect a quick response from support either. Since most of my playlists have multiple presets, this is now pretty much unusable. I will say that it was great for 9 months..ChiTownChuckVersion: 2.4.6
