✓ Great concept; needs tidying upHaving a bank of specialty-sorted mcq's available on the go is fantastic. The cases chosen and vignettes are excellent, most of the questions are well thought out, and the app is nicely presented. However... There are a number of 'cheap' questions where all answers are correct and it is extremely difficult to mind-read the questioner. I felt this wasn't fitting with the ward round theme, where making good clinical judgements is emphasised. There are also a few bugs where several responses are identical, or questions answered correctly are marked as incorrect (and vice versa). Also some of the explanations of answers are ambiguous or contradictory. This app is great, and I do recommend it, but with some improvements and better question breakdown it could be absolutely outstanding. ✓ Nice IdeaThis is a well designed app with a largely friendly interface. The concept is excellent, and most of the questions are good or very good. However, there are several mistakes (use of slightly incorrect terminology, spelling errors, errors where the correct answers don't match the descriptions) and many of the explanations to the questions are too brief and leave little room for deep learning. I would agree with other reviewers that the app would benefit from a better review of a case at the end of each case. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to adjust or turn off the timer; whilst medical situations are time stressful, MCQ exams tends not to be, so it would be good to be able to tailor the app to your intended revision purposes. Overall, an app with potential to be great, but too many niggling errors for me to recommend over the many other medical question apps out there..Michael LoweVersion: 2.3
