✓ Review update:Super happy with this app. It has become much more intuitive to set tasks and change dates/times when needed. THANK YOU! Old Review:I am really upset about the recent update, which removed the ability of the Plan My Day feature to utilize a daily/hourly calendar with plenty or options to organize and move tasks around and defer to specific calendar dates. It has instead reverted to the old, basic, dot progression, which allows for moving tasks only to “tomorrow”, “two days”, “next week”, and “someday”. I will not be renewing my Premium subscription when it expires if nothing is changed..Version: 4.27.0
✓ So excited to find this app!Such cool features! Especially love the list order can be based on which grocery store I’m in!!! Also sharing with the family helpful when one of us in a store - they know what’s needed. When we shop together, it makes dividing and conquering the list so much easier since we see what each other has scratched off the list! Uploading recipes is a fun feature and being able to add ingredients to grocery list from recipe is handy. And again..easy to share with the family. ✓ Room For ImprovementThis app is great! I currently use the free version, but might even upgrade to premium. The only thing I have to say is it is somewhat difficult to pinpoint the day you want the event on. This would be an easy fix though. Simply just allowing the user to set a date for the event and a separate reminder. Multiple reminders would also be very helpful. Also, in calendar view, the dates are a day off. For example, in the calendar Fathers Day is on Sunday June 16, 2019, but on the list below it has it as June 15th. But even if you click on the event, it’s still listed for the right date. Once again, a simple fix. Other than that, this app is great!.Version: 4.29.8

✓ Convenient, Easy 2 Use, Siri & AlexaI’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Well, obviously they feel they had a bad experience, I just don’t agree & haven’t had their problems. I received an Echo Spot & tried this app when I saw it listed as working with Alexa. I like that the app made connecting with Alexa, Calendar, Reminders, etc very easy. I have had no problems. It works with both Alexa & Siri, nice clean interface, always sends my reminders, integrates my calendar no matter where I enter my event/reminder (through Alexa, Siri, Reminders, or Calendar), sub tasks works great, & I haven’t had any lagging. I love the ‘plan your day’ thing, very easy, intuitive, & useful! I’m not running this on a new iPhone either, a very full 6s+, & I have not bought a subscription. It does sometimes open slow, but only when I have a bunch of apps open so it is my phone not the app. This hasn’t completely replaced Things app since nothing (for me) does projects like it, but I no longer use Things for everything, pretty much just business projects. So far this has been a very useful, easy to setup, & easy to use app that does what it advertises, also working with both Siri & Alexa..Version: 4.19.4

✓ Best app I have foundI have brain damage from a stroke and organizing is hard for me, but this makes life work for me. Both my husband and I use it. Adding recipes is easy, meal plan super easy to change and move around, Lots of lists of things need done, shopping lists for grocery, big box drug store, errands to run..,,took me awhile to remember shopping list is Alexa list and grocery list has Elena put it in any lust….but that is so helpful……I don’t have to stop what I am doing or wash my hands. ✓ Great planner app!I really like this app, it helps a lot! I got it going into high school because I’ve always been terrible at writing in a physical planner, and saw it suggested in a story I’m subscribed to on snapchat. One problem, though... I feel like you have to pay for too many features. I know the developers need to make money, but I think they should maybe make some more features available for those who don’t want to us money on the app. I really like how simple it is and easy to use. Anything that needs explaining is covered when you first open the app! 😄 I use this a lot. It helps me remember what I need to do for homework and it also helps me not procrastinate because it reminds me to do things I need/want to do. It also helps that I have a visual to-do list. If you have problems remembering things you need to do, if you’re a procrastinator or if you want a planner, but don’t like having to buy one every year, I highly suggest this app..Version: 4.19.0

✓ I miss some old features, but I really like the new color-coded tagging systemI really miss the old “moment” feature where you could drag and drop tasks onto a time chart. You could resize the blocks for how much time they would take. This feature used to really help me realistically plan how much I could get done in one day. They canceled the feature and now the “moment” feature works differently. I really miss how it used to be. I hope they can add it back someday. However, one new feature that I really like is the tagging system feature so you can add your own color-coded tags onto your tasks and define what each tag means to you. For example: you can have a tag (red tag) that means to you “this takes 3 hours or longer to complete.” So you know not to plan a lot of stuff that’s tagged red. I personally also added: (yellow tag) = “this task takes 30 minutes - 2 hours to complete” (Green tag) = “this task takes 15 minutes or less to complete.” You can also tag stuff like (blue) = “social” Or (grey) = math projects for college..Version: 4.20.3
✓ Stopped working since updateI really liked the app and have saved many tasks on it over time. However since the last update in August 2020 the app does not open anymore and now I cannot get to my tasks which is very frustrating. I use an older phone, an iPhone 6, so don’t know if it’s because of this. But there should have been some notice given if this is to do with older iOS support as I am now stranded. Not good. Apps gone from a 5 star to a 1 due to its support&mainenance not due to functionality, because when it works it’s good. ✓ Good but lots of bugsWould love this app to be amazing but few bugs that no one seems to be able to help with! In grocery list why can’t you move items into other categories - it never works. Help just tells me to make sure I have the latest version of the app which I do... Would also love the opportunity to make more lists which aren’t task based (eg packing lists etc) The other bug that frustrates me is that you can’t set it to “WhatsApp” someone and have it open WhatsApp - only does this for text message which I don’t use.Version: 4.35.1

This App rolls over an event to the following day if not ticked as ‘done’. This makes it completely different to icalender or inotes. ✓ Great app except for the task list glitchMy sister and I love this app. We mainly use it for the shared task list for when we do grocery shopping. She can add to the list, and I’ll get a notification for it. And she’ll get a notification for when I check off something. However, there’s been this weird glitch. I would try to add things to the list, but it won’t always show up. It may show up on her end, but not mine and vice versa. Or she’ll check something off on her end but it’s still on my list and vice versa. There was also a glitch where she sent me an invite to a list but it wouldn’t show up on the app. And I kept getting notifications and emails about this invite for a couple of days before it finally showed up in the app and I was able to join. I’ve been having more problems than she has. I finally got fed up and deleted the app and reinstalled. I’m hoping this will fix the error. Other than that I really like this app..Version: 4.39.9

I was using Next Thing before this, only better feature with that was u can click on an exact day in the future on the main tabs list n see set tasks, with this one, everything beyond tomorrow is all stacked out in one list pretty much. I think I would like this app more if I had premium because a lot of things that are so great about it, you need premium for. ✓ Recent update broken?I love using this app. However, has something broken with the most recent update? I updated two days ago and since then I cannot use the app. My iOS version is up to date v 12.1.2. First it took several minutes for any changes (new, deleted or moved items) to reflect in my list. Then my lists would not expand so I could not see any detail. Now the lists are expanded but only show “label” and not the actual detail of the item, unless I click on it to edit it. ✓ Stage manager and swipe keyboard need fixing on iPadI love this app, crossing things off is why I like it. I also love the new stage manager feature, which when using this app becomes less constant, sometimes the done button doesn’t actually add your reminder until fully residing the app. And when using the iPhone sized swipe keyboard on the iPad it’s exactly the same small things and then this app is perfect. ✓ Efficient Way to Organize my To-Do ListsI use this for my To-Do list every day. I used to keep paper lists that I’d have to scribble on and re-write when they got messy. This app keeps everything organized, and if I don’t plan to do something until later, I can put it out of my mind until then, because I get a reminder on the specific day of the task. I can have less on my mind, knowing that everything is accounted for & that it’ll come up on my list as it needs to. The only down side is not being able to adjust to a custom date when using “Plan My Day.” (“Someday” is not a helpful category because I’ll just forget to do it without a reminder, so I end up choosing “next week “ even if what I want is “in ten days,” then in a week I have to choose “two days from now” and then in two days choose “tomorrow” if I’ve forgotten to go in and adjust it from the other screen.).Version: 4.26.0

The free functions on this app are pretty great and very useful. I already like how it is a planner, calendar and has reminders all in one + Siri and verbal notes I can leave myself. Unlike others using apps like this, I have been using three separate apps as calendar, reminders and tasks to do for years. I just never thought to use one app with all of it together. ✓ Great app but recent bug is very annoyingSo I’ve been using this app for over a year across all my devices and I love it. Great layout and all. However, recently, after updating to iPadOS 16, I noticed that it’s not allowing me to create new tasks using the on-screen keyboard. It works with if I use my folio keyboard, but not the on-screen floating keyboard. I contacted the developer and it’s been well over maybe 2 months since they told me they were gonna fix it and they still haven’t. It’s just frustrating now since I use this app on my iPad a lot. ✓ Not working - now fixedI downloaded this yesterday, paid for the version with the bells and whistles and spent time inputting my tasks and meetings. It looks great. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, it had frozen and now it will not open. It freezes while trying to open and then just shuts down. I’ll give it a couple days to see if the programming can but fixed, but otherwise I’m cancelling quickly to avoid losing money. It’s a shame, the format (for the first 4 hours) was fantastic. Update to my prior review: IT reached out and has been very responsive over the last week or so in trying to fix the crashing issue. They updated the software and the crashing problem is resolved! I have this app on my iPhone and iPad. The goal is to get rid of my paper planner, and this 100% has me on my way. Truly a great app to stay organized with tasks and calendar. ✓ Best planner app out thereI've tried so many apps to manage my life, and this by far is the best I've found to help maintain my long to do lists and crazy calendar! Some suggestions for future releases: 1) a button on the calendar that brings you back to "today" quickly. I've found that the only way I can get back to the current date when I'm adding tasks far out is to re scroll through the entire calendar again. 2) in the all tasks section, have the upcoming tasks ordered automatically by date instead of by order of when you added the task. It makes it hard to manage to do's via. that list when it's all out of order. Both minor, but would be immensely helpful in my daily use! Keep up the great work :).Version: 4.14.0

✓ One of the Best Calendar AppsThis app seamlessly combines calendar events with to do lists. It combines Apple calendar, google calendar, Apple reminders, and many others in one covinent place! I love this for college, I can make assignments as tasks and pick what day they are due well in advance while having blocks for class time kept in my calendar. I also love that you can “check off” items! My only critique is that once you have marked tasks as completed and the day has past you can’t see the tasks anymore...I would love to be able to scroll backwards and see when I submitted past assignments for reference in the calendar view! ✓ GoodThis is a good app for organising what I need to study, however I don’t understand the point of crossing the task out as done, but it shows up as overdue? So I have to delete the task. It’s annoying that it shows up as overdue some time after I’ve crossed it out. ✓ Drag to sort is my favorite featureIt’s why I chose this app out of many choices. This responsive dragging feature does not appear to be an option in the new designated Grocery list. Here’s why it’s useful to me: suppose I need carrots, onions, lettuce, eggs, brown sugar, bread and cereal—and I’m thinking there will be time to go to Costco and Trader Joe’s. So, I drag-sort into grocery sections by likely stores, as I’ll probably get carrots, onions, maybe bread etc at TJ’s or I’ll end up with too much food to get through before spoiling. But I want the entire list in view as might run out of time and just get that 5 lb bag of carrots at Costco, make soup or juice with the excess. And, I can sort the grocery items by area of that produce department (ie apples, pears, citrus found together as are onions, potatoes, garlic, shallots, etc) so I’m not zipping into that chilly (Costco cooler room!) area more than once. ✓ A couple tweaks needed to an otherwise perfect appThis is so close to being the ideal calendar/to-do app. No other app that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot) has done as well at integrating to do lists and a calendar. There are a couple things that would make this absolutely perfect, though. I really like having the monthly view with the dots showing which days have events, but I *really* wish the agenda view below it would scroll. It’s more difficult than it should be to move between dates in that view, especially when I’m trying to find time for an appointment far in the future. And this seems like a hard thing to do, so I’m not docking any stars for it, is being able to say or type, “meet Mom for dinner at 7 PM at restaurant,” and then having the app put all that information where it needs to be. Instead, the user has to type all of that in the individual date, time, location, and description fields. I’ve tried other apps that have this feature, and it is so convenient. But I’m guessing the tech behind it is pretty complex..Version: 4.38.1

Couple of things could do to improve it further: - have a mac version as well that syncs and you can use on your desktop - appointments for "today" and "tomorrow" need to automatically move back one day after you've entered them. Ie if I enter a to do for "tomorrow", 24hrs later it should appear on my "today" list. It doesn't. You have to move manually which is annoying. "Next week" should also move automatically, "later" could stay static. - the "mail" option doesn't always automatically appear when the task has the word "email" in it. You should have the same function for when the task says "call". Eg "call" should show a phone and link directly to calls. "Email" should show an email. "Book" could show both phone and email. "Pick up" should show a link to maps. - vocal input could be improved, but I like the concept. Look forward to the next series of updates/iterations - great base to start from!.Version: 1.5

✓ Not bad, not perfectI like this app. I use it daily. But the interface on the iPad version gives me fits - trying to set a recurring task there is a nightmare. The “daily-weekly-monthly-etc” buttons take up so much of the screen that you can’t see the other options to set them. I get that this is mostly designed for use on a phone, but a lot of the time I’d rather do my organizing on a tablet where I have a keyboard. (Yes, there’s a version for the Mac. I’ve long since given up on using it.) Not sure I see the point of porting something to other devices if you can’t use it properly.
