✓ Cancelled concertOur concert was cancelled due to lockdown restrictions. They not only offered replacement tickets for same concert, same venue just another date, but also equivalent tickets to any other concert if replacement date did not suit. Great service, no questions asked..Version: 7.31.0

✓ Great App & Great Customer Service!I’m over the moon to find Fever, usually I search for hours looking for cool & interesting things to go & see, & by accident I came across Fever, which has now cut my search time online by 90%. Fever provides me with the coolest events in my city, easy to book, & at great prices. Additionally when I bought my first tickets the other day, I made a mistake in my order, contacted customer service, actually spoke to a person who really cared about my experience with their company, and my mistake was rectified straight away. ✓ WAH MADRIDFantastic show at IFEMA, Madrid, Spain. WAH Madrid is a complete experience from the outset, as you arrive. Great artists - singing, playing music instruments and dancing!!! Great Flamenco, absolutely WONDERFUL the girl dancing flamenco! We would have loved to see her dancing much more, as she was fabulous! The show could also last 20-30 minutes more, as it’s so enjoyable and fun -guess the artists would be stretching even more. Please do come to London as would love to take my friends to enjoy it too! ✓ Event canceled due to COVID lockdownThe event we were going to was canceled due to a level 4 lockdown. Fever contacted me quickly and refunded the tickets as we live out of town. Great to deal with - excellent service and will definitely use again..Version: 7.34.0
✓ Cool events but Deceptive AdvertisingI know the app isn’t generally responsible for all of the events other than as a marketing/ticketing tool, so I have no issues with that service. They definitely have some cool stuff. However, I think the way they sell tickets is very shady. For the event I bought tickets for, 2/3 days were sold out. No biggie - I bought for the third day while a big red sign flashed at me saying “LESS THAN TEN TICKETS LEFT. BUY NOW” Gross marketing tactic to get people to buy without thinking. Then, if you read the notice fully, it says less than ten tickets left “at their best price.” I was also able to buy at least 12 tickets at their “best price” that supposedly only had 10 left. I obviously only bought two, as that’s all I needed, but it’s a really manipulative system. They also opt you in to sharing a ton of data unless you dig into the permissions and opt out (Which you should do), but that’s not really a surprise today..Version: 6.20.1
✓ Serial killer online talk with Adam and ChrisThis was a really excellent talk. Please keep more of these online talks going as the new, post covid ‘normal’. I love things like this & have been able to listen to a lot more talks on various topics since lockdown. It’s more financially viable for lots of people who live in the burbs as often travel costs time mixed with work commitments prevent people attending. Streaming has to be the way forward for so many of the arts now..Version: 7.1.0
✓ Fantastic service!Couldn’t recommend this app more highly. In addition to the great discount program and ease of purchasing tickets, the customer service is excellent. I’ve used great apps before in relation to content, but the customer service when you need assistance was shocking and stopped using them. Luis@fever was extremely efficient, clear and helpful after initially conversation over the live chat at 7:30pm I got an immediate response then through emails for confirmation (which he explained in the chat). I have my new tickets (on the correct day) without added stress or having to spend any extra within 12hrs of my first message. Really fantastic customer service. Thank you Luis S. ✓ -UPDATE- Star Wars experienceSo someone from feverup finally responded back. And replaced my useless vouchers with vouchers I was able to use on the app. I went to the bubbly brunch mimosas with baby goats and it was pretty fun. I was scared the experience was going to be a scam, but it really wasn’t. The goats were pretty cute and very wild, you get to feed them too so it’s overall a great place to go on a first date. ———————————————————————— I tried to get a refund for the experience but they said they do not do refunds and I can get a voucher instead. So whatever I did. The event is now showing that it has ended and the show wasn’t even supposed to happen until March. I have been trying to reach out to these people to get a voucher to use on something else and they have been of no help. I also have another voucher that I can only use for the Star Wars experience. So at the moment I have two useless vouchers that I can only use for an experience that is not even happening. If someone from fever can reach out to me and get this resolved I will change my review. I panicked and messaged Fever to see if anything could be done and within an hour they got back to me and allowed me a refund. We’re now booked onto the same event two weeks later. However the response was immediate & couldn’t be more helpful . Cancelled my tickets gave me a voucher to re purchase the correct tickets . ✓ Amazing stunning experience Celebration!!I got the tickets to bring my mother on her earlier B-Day celebration. She really loved. All the experience was spectacular. Our server Shelby was fenomenal !! All the Asistant was pretty amazing as well, beautiful atmosphere, wonderful food, good drinks, and the most importa the crew was making feel like the way I wanna she feels.... SPECIAL ON HER DAY !!! She really had a blast night on her early celebration!!! I’m so glad to get that tickets for her and make her feel special and remember old melodies that she love and dance, back on time !! I actually got another day to go enjoy as well !!! Now I’m addicted with this app and no only that shows are amazing, became a member with the app, you, no only get all the info in one.... you even got points that counts like money. So in your next purchase you will have few bocks discount of the total if you use it. Remember you have to check on the expiration. Yesssss like everything, this credit of the previous purchases has expired date as well. ✓ Only one feature is missingI’d love if there was a feature to track availability of the tickets. When tickets are sold out one has to constantly check availability manually which is quite annoying. ✓ Titanic Exhibition LondonBought tickets on here, really easy to use. The exhibition was really good, immersive, emotional and interesting. I think the pricing was reasonable. I found the overall value and ease of use of Fever to be good and I’d recommend it. There are loads of events on Fever I haven’t even seen advertised elsewhere, so I wouldn’t even know about them unless I had this app. Very useful for ideas when stuck for things to do..Version: 7.44.0
✓ Excellent customer serviceI bought tickets for an event late at night (after a bottle of wine-oops) and realised that I chose the wrong time slot. Having read that the tickets were unrefundable I tried contacting customer service through the in app chat thinking I was just going to be turned down. At midnight I was chatting with a customer service lady then via email, up until this morning, and now... I’ve got the slot I wanted! They cancelled my ticket and issued a voucher for the same amount I spent, it was all much easier than I imagined. Very pleased and looking forward to the event! The only downside of the app is that I feel that it is easily done to book the wrong date/time slot. When you go back to a previous page it resets the chosen date/time to the first available instead of the one that you had chosen. So you need to keep checking. I wish that it would say in every page what slot/date you were booking up until the confirmation of payment page. Just a heads up..Version: 6.0.22
✓ Customer Service ImprovedUpdated review: I updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars because the customer service department really went out of their way to do the right thing. They showed empathy and allowed my concerns to be heard. I appreciate the follow up. Original review: Fever has horrible customer service and there is no phone number to contact anyone. We had a death in the family and wanted to reschedule our tickets to an event that evening and Israel the live chat agent was very rude to me after I explained the situation. We weren’t asking for a refund, just a reschedule. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and he said that was not possible. He said “I’m not going to bend rules for you or anyone else. If you had contacted us 24 hours in advance we may have been able to help you. No company in world would give you refund the same day.” And then he disconnected the chat before I could respond. Again, we didn’t want a refund, just a reschedule. Horrible way to treat someone who is grieving. Never again!.Version: 7.29.0
✓ Van Gough ImmersionWe had tickets to see the Van Gough Immersion on a day when the weather was horrible. I called and spoke with Alejandro S. The venue asks that you give them 48 hours for any changes. I didn't have 24 hours before our show was to begin. This young man escalated my issue and within a few hours, they voided out my old tickets and allowed me to select another date. I was so appreciative that he was able to assist me, bc, as I said, our tickets were for a show that was less than 24 hours away. I had purchased my tickets far in advance because I love Van Gough’s works of art. We visited his museum in Amsterdam, so I didn't hesitate to have another chance to see his awesome work. ✓ Voucher issues for cancelled concertI am one happy customer due to the great service I received with getting my voucher issues sorted. I bought my tickets last year not realising I had used a different email to log on to purchase them. As a consequence I didn’t read the email notification about concert to be cancelled due to Covid. I contacted fever team who assisted me redeem my vouchers. I made another mistake with bookings and mentioned it to Paula@fever who was assisting me not expecting anything. I was pleasantly surprised when told they’d look into it straightaway and resolved that issue as well! I now am able to purchase tickets using the vouchers to a concert of my choice. Le prix est un peu élevé mais il en vaut la peine pour un événement qui sort de l’ordinaire. En revanche l’offre d’événements varie très fort entre l’Europe et le Québec par exemple et entre Montréal et la ville de Québec.
