✓ Some improvements:It is a really nice app, but here's a few ways it could be improved: First, we need more cut lines for more precise cutting. Second, we should have the ability to change the pitch at certain points. Third, it'd be pretty neat if we could use our own downloaded videos. And finally, I would like to be able to speed up the song and then slow it down, rather then being stuck with one speed. ✓ Waste of time and money. Can’t use any songs.After buying this app for $4 I had to also subscribe to iTunes for $10 because I can’t use any of my previously purchased music. ✓ Great but...Great idea, great price, great interface but... - my main problem is that you can only have two songs in your mashup project, so if i want to do a 10 minute 10 song mashup then i have to go through the painful process of doing two songs at a time and then syncing with the computer and then doing the links etc etc..... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE THIS - the second big thing is when i do a mashup, it sounds fine coming out of my ipad speakers but when i sync it to the computer it just comes out as a distorted bass sound. please fix. - you can't slow down tracks or speed them up, and you can't cut and split where you want but this is only a minor point..Version: 2.0

✓ Consider Another AppAs I was looking through the App Store, hoping to find a fairly cheap DJ/Music mixing app, I came across iMashup. I read the reviews (all fairly positive) and the description. It sounded great. I downloaded it and tried to "mix" Counting Stars (OneRepublic) and Levels (Avicii). Both the same key, and roughly equal tempo. I tried to cut and move segments about, changing bits. It was very stubborn to use. Cutting segments in certain places was hard, and the whole layout of the app wasn't very good. It was hard to find the right bits on undo and to edit segments. Honestly? Not worth £2.99 at all. Try garageband, I've done loads of remixes and edits on it. Much easier to use..Version: 2.0

✓ Good app, but needs more workThe app "iMashup" has worked wonders for me in the past. That being that I can make awesome mashups and such, but the only complaint I currently can say is that there still (and for maybe like two years) hasn't been an update addressing the delete button in which you can delete your mashups if you didn't want them anymore or simply if they didn't go right. Another bug I came upon is that a song I put into the app has been all weird, by this I mean the song I put in started slow but sped up a lot at the end. Not sure why the app did that, but please fix some of these minor problems developers of the app (Mixed in Key) please..Version: 4.0.1

✓ TERRIBLEFirst off it only allows you to edit to files at once. Second, it wouldn't let me save the finished product to my phone or anything, so the only time I could hear it, is if I use the app or get online to listen to the one file on my Dropbox 😤! ✓ IMushup?This could have been good based on the theory, but the end result in practice drives me to distraction. This App does not live up to the plaudits sadly. I followed the App's advice on which tracks would work together, but the end result was distorted noise. Careful track selection may be the key, not random choices of your favourite songs/tunes. Maybe I should try another combination before I delete the App or perhaps the developers have plans to eradicate such anomalies and gain more users?!.Version: 2.0

✓ Not quite there yet...Ok, so the potential is there, but it's nowhere near worth £5 yet. This needs the ability to cut, copy and paste sections of the tracks to enable full 'mashups'! At the minute there is no way to layer vocals from one track over the tune from another track, which is what creating a mash up is all about. I'll consider re-rating when they add the cut/copy/paste feature. Until then, I'm honestly disappointed I paid £5..Version: 1.6

✓ Used to be able to use it for months now i can’t.This was the only app that worked for me when it came to mash ups. It was perfect for someone like me who never made mash ups before, especially since it told me which ones sounded good together ( though there were a few times it was way wrong). I took a break from music editing for a few months and deleted it so it wouldn’t take up space a few days ago i redownloaded it intending to make a new edit only to find pretty much all songs i clicked wouldn’t play due to copyright. ✓ GrrrrrrrrrrThis is a fun app for making mashups in IOS, the downside is when you want to move away from that. App constantly crashes if you analyse more than 2 songs at same time, a bulk analyser would be very good. Then once you have finished your mashup you can export, the choices are limited no Facebook, Twitter or soundcloud, however you can import to ITUNES & save from app. Once track has imported & I mashup says transfer complete I go to iTunes check in app & constantly get error message "mashup m4a could not be copied because an error occurred. The required file cannot be found" Wasted a couple of hours on this.Version: 3.0.1

✓ So far not so goodI have been playing around with this app for about an hour or so and my first impressions are not so good. First of all when you add your tracks a lot of them do not analyse so you have to click on each one individually to analyse them. Secondly when you load up your second track and start to move it about so you can align it for your mix after about 10 to 15 seconds you are no longer able to move it and both tracks move at the same time, the only way to bypass this is to close the app and open it again and you can start from where if froze but then like before you only have about the same amount of time to align your track. I am hoping these little glitches get sorted soon as I have it on my laptop and it works fine. Also on this software it would be Mitch better if the tracks didn’t snap to certain points in the beat grid, if you could move your tracks and then apply the beat grid would make it so much easier, just a thought..Version: 4.1
