✓ I loved this app until the most recent updateI loved this app and I literally use it multiple times a day. Just earlier this evening (January 18th, 2021) I realized my CopApp had updated itself since the last time I used it earlier today. It appears that almost all the notes I had entered on any date where I did not also change the color to blue, green, yellow, or red (the only color choices on the old version) are now GONE!!! I’m now trying to recreate MONTHS (even years) of data from memory. 😕😕😕 UPDATE!!! I emailed the app developers and they helped me get full functionality back! ✓ What could have been...If only the customer service were better. Not because they don't try to help. They do. However, being snide and rude to a customer who paid $3 for an app is NOT a very good business tactic. Of course, I don't have a business degree, so what do I know. I'm sure this is a great tool for people in law enforcement or healthcare who have crazy schedules. Seems to me, though, I shouldn't have to worry about figuring out how to take a picture of my schedule, after paying $3, so the program can accommodate me. ✓ 2021 dates are wrongI have just downloaded this app because it’s perfect for what I need. I have the lad test version but the January start date is wrong which obviously throws off the whole year and defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve sent two emails to customer support but have no heard back. ✓ Great for rotating daysI use this app to keep track of my rotating days off. I work a 2 off 5 on then 3 off schedule. This helps me out a lot! Would have gave 5 stars if I could link it with my outlook or any other calendar. It’s a very limited calendar and doesn’t have many features.
